Hmmm, I'm a bit disappointed with my last visit but I won't boycott indefinitely as I try to support food trucks until they turn into a brick and mortar. I ordered the hot link (#10 on the menu) which is a hot link topped off with grilled onions, jalapeños, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. By the time I got home, the hot dog bun was so soggy - it basically melted in the box. I couldn't eat it :( I will update this review the next time I try something else on their menu. I thought the hot dogs looked small at first (must've been from staring at the giant hot dogs on the truck), but it's actually pretty filling. The truck is parked in a small lot in front of the Tropicana Liquor store. There are several spots for parking but it's usually full when I come here. The bacon is super crispy, the onions are caramelized perfectly, and the flavors just combine perfectly.
