Target is my happy place. There, I said it. Yes, I'm one of "those" women. From the aroma of popcorn, Starbucks coffee, and an indescribable scent that's unique to the Target retail experience (do they spray something??) that greets you upon entering the sliding doors...to the Dollar Spot section...to the designer collaborations (Nate Berkus, anyone?)...to the dizzying selection of items to...well, everything...Target is just awesome. I could spend an embarrassing amount of time just wandering here, coffee in hand. Pretty much all Targets are wonderful, but I do have a soft spot for this Target since it's the one I frequent the most. It's a Super Target, to boot. During Black Friday, Target/Walmart have a deal buy an iPhone 8 or plus receive a $250/$300 gift card. Target service was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They don't give a crap about you. I had an appointment at 2pm at Target for an iPhone activation and I got my phone at 6pm. We came in at 2pm, had my phone ready to be after 3 people. I told them I'm going to somewhere and will come back later. The guy told me the waiting will be 1-2 hours and I was okay with that. Apparently they never mention "wait in line" and I had to wait for 4 hours because I didn't wait in line when they wrote my name on a sticky note and stuck it on the iPhone 8 Plus. This is 2000 fucking 17 and they are so unorganized. They could have people name on the list instead of making people waiting in line. Which they never mention it to me. They saw me standing outside the line and never tell us to get in line for the phone activation. THEY DON'T GIVE A SHIT Now compare this to Walmart, which give out $300 gift card. I had an appointment at 10 the next day with them for an iPhone X. Came in and the lady wrote my name on the iPhone box. She told me I will be next right after this lady in front of me. I went to buy groceries and came back. I saw the line so I waited. This lady called my name and I just came to her and active the phone. WALMART USED PEOPLE NAME ON THE PHONE AS THEIR LIST INSTEAD OF MAKING PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I'm selling the gift card on Craigslist btw. read more

I went to this Target Supercenter, of course only needing three items (a magazine, avocado and a car air freshener) and walked out with a few more. Since they have produce, I grabbed some apples and bath poof things. While strolling through the fresh baked goods area, I noticed that they baked Einstein Bros Bagels in the store and sold them! I got one and made a sandwich with it for lunch today. Yum! They also carry Panera brand salad dressing which I thought was cool. So, go check it out and see what you can find :) read more

Love this target but I really wish they would get a better shoe selection. Especially for children. I find cute clothes for my nieces and nephew but when it comes to shoes, I'm at a dead halt. This store is always clean and the associates always speak when they pass. I'm a fan. read more

This Target has gone down hill. They're consistently out of common things, employees have incorrect info on where items are in the store, customer service is lacking. I used to love shopping here but will avoid it in the future. Usually I find that I end up wasting my time and should have gone somewhere else first. read more

Expect Less Pay More. Upon entering - The store has a slight-musk air, underneath the harsh florescent lighting ricocheting off the dingy floor. No favourable smells of any sort, until upon having exited. I'd say inside there's even a hint of dirty-diaper odour from the multitude of querulous bairns. This target is an actual and factual literal dump. Every aisle is crowded with muzzy people and lack of sense and the store even less lack of selection. Barren vegetable isles, is one I keyed in on most. All whilst a lot of goods thrown about the floors: trashy, broken, and tattered.. Not to mention the seemingly unattended children running a muck as if this is a drop-off day care. Riding bikes about the store and hurling toys whilst yelling. (This place isn't better than -- dare I say -- W-Mart....) Purchased, by me, a bourbon sausage package only to get home to find it had been expired for months. CHECK THE DATES. Also the Einstein cream cheese upon the shelf expired the same day, No thank you. The return of the expired sausages was at least remedied with a $3.00 coupon and good word they'd be removed statum. Store stockers leave huge rolley carts, make eye contact and no apology to leave your way.... For the good (which isn't very much) the check-out cashiers / bakery workers have--on average-- been considerately nice with good care of service. Upon my house inheritance, I am stuck with this Target location and begrudgingly make my way through the sullen aisles. Only yearning they tear this place down and start a new or replace with something else; notwithstanding, I am a dreamer in that respect. But this is for any visitor as I respectfully request you be sentient to those around you. A cart full of kids monkeying around and flailing in every direction, could you be at least courteous to step aside rather than chit-chatting with your friend you met upon happenstance in the MIDDLE of the aisle.........This isn't everyone's happy place; this is a place to get in and out of. Certainly absolutely will be nothing more than a slightly larger convenience store. And for the workers: clean your godforsaken store and inventory of the perishable foods! How dare this even been a thought on one's mind. A sickly or elderly person come through and not notice with having poor vision and get ill. Just, Good God, there is just zero excuse for that [insert tactful word for 'HORSESHIT' here]. read more

I will never shop at another target again. My husband and I waited in line on for 4 hours to get an advertised electonic. We got the iteam then got it home and guess what IT DON'T WORK. We called the manufactor and they told us to call target. Jennifer at target tells us sorry to be you, that they might get more in or might not. Please not waste your time like we did. This is my favorite target in the area. It has everything, even the extended colors that they show online and you never see. It is always well stocked. I go out of the way to travel to this one because of how clean and organized it is, and with a larger grocery area I can do one trip instead of one to Target and one to a grocery store. read more

I use to shop on this store regularly when I live only 1/2 mile away, but lately, been transformed into a Walmartian... This is a great big box store. Very well organized and esthetically pleasing to the eyes. Management obviously has high regard for cleanliness and excellent customer service, as I have never had a complaint in all the years of shopping here... read more

I stopped by this Target to grab some breakfast essentials that we needed and clearly the grocery section needs a lot of help. There was a lot of produce that was completely out and the yogurt section almost all was expired. I couldn't find a non-expired version of the yogurt I wanted. If I can help it, I will not come to this location for anything perishable. read more

This location has great associates who always are willing to help you find what you are looking for. They seem to also have everything neatly stocked in its place. The food is also very fresh too. The only down fall is there is store carts every where and all over the parking lot. read more

Liars!! On the target app as well as another site and store said that target 116 packages of water in stock. They lied and said they didn't have any because they didn't want to honor the target coupon and the cartwheel!! Sneaky! They're terribly rude there. I called corporate. read more

The shelves have actually looked barren lately and they seem to be out of stock on many items. The associates are so-so, some are friendly while others are not. Loiterers are allowed to roam the store in the middle of the night and harass customers while management looks the other way. Don't shop here at night unless you want to be bothered by unruly teenagers. read more

No customer service! If things are on sale make sure take a picture and show it to the register so they can apply it! If not they will said NO. I had my worst customer service at this Target, the floor manager treat me so bad, I had to call the Upper manager which I never done at any stores. They thought you are asking for credit or gift card. Which is really disappointing as a upper management. I am not going their again!!!! Or any Target in that matter! read more

This is a nice Target. It's usually well stocked and clean. Always easy to find a parking spot and ample number of registers available for checkout. Only a few things kept me from giving it 5 stars: 1) its hard to get help from employees on the sales floor 2) sale items often sell-out quickly 3) i often have to use a price checker to find a price read more

I was getting baby food and one of the glass jars broke. There were 2 employees within 10 feet of me. Neither stopped to help. After a few minutes I asked one of the girls if she could help me clean it up. She didn't say anything, ROLLED her eyes at me and walked away (I assume to get something to clean it with). Absolutely the worse when it comes to buying groceries. They are constantly out of things. Every trip I go they have empty shelves in several different sections. I went in for milk one day and they had none. I go in for frozen chicken and the section is empty. I was looking for peanut butter and they had none. Looked for guacamole and they had none. Every time you ask for help it's the same response. The truck hasn't come in and we don't know what we are getting. read more

My husband and I are visiting our daughter here, from Michigan. Thinking this pharmacy would be the most affordable in the area, we took his prescription for painkillers (for managing his severe Rheumatoid) to the pharmacy. We also took it in 5 days early, in case they needed to verify the prescription with his doctor in Michigan. I specifically told them this was why we were turning it in early. They said there would be no problems but with all the new laws and restrictions, I thought they might need to. Today (Sunday), we went in to pick it up. Not only was I told (he does not have insurance) that the prescription would cost $130.00 (we have never paid more than $52.00 in Michigan) but now, as he has taken his last pill, they want to talk to his doctor in Michigan first. It is Sunday and his doctor is not in the office. So I told her I wanted the prescription back and we drove over to a nearby CVS. They took the script and filled it for $40.00, no issues, no problems. I would give this store zero stars if I could. Completely disappointed. read more

Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with at this Target. Need to train their employee better

My wife and I visit this Target every Sunday morning. We've been very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and operation of the store, in general. In particular, we've had occasion to be helped by two associates several times... Ezekiel in Produce and Vanessa in Meats... and they are both exceptionally helpful, friendly, and interested in making sure that we're satisfied customers. Definitely a place that we'll continue to patronize. read more
