I don't come to this Target often, but usually when I do it's because I'm running errands in South Jersey. It's usually always so much more well-stocked than most other Targets I frequent, and I can usually find everything I'm looking for. Anywho, I wanted to write a quick review based on the Drive-Up feature at this particular Target. As I found myself circling around the parking lot for about 5 minutes or so before I could find where the drive up was at. It's not noticeable at all. The parking lot itself is quite vast by the way! Plenty of parking! But like said, I could not easily find where the Drive Up was and I was starting to wonder if I was going to have to switch to Pick Up. Thankfully after circling around some more, I found it on the outer most right edge of the parking lot, towards Petco. The sign is blocked by a tree, and the drive up number signs are quite short and aren't as obvious when you first drive into the parking lot. This locations Drive-Up is quite far from the main entrance of its Target, and this is the first time I'm seeing a drive up so far away! Usually it's within decent distance, this one was far! Then the employees have a far walk back into the main entrance in the scorching heat or some other disastrous weather. I think Drive Up is an amazing feature, but because it's quite far for the employees of this particular Target and it's not as noticeable from the main entrance of Target's parking lot, I'm iffy about using it again for this particular location. Not to mention the roads around here are always quite confusing and interesting. It's doable if you do it often or use a GPS, but I have gotten confused coming into and out of this plaza time and time again. read more

Drove here because it said they had 14 of an item in stock. When we got here the girl said that yes, it's showing they have 14 but she doesn't want to go in the back to find them. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

Keeps getting worse and worse. Dirty, disorganized, unfriendly. Old Christmas products thrown in carts around the store. Empty shelves. Long lines. Upon arrival, no carts available, no working scanners at the order pickup desk, and when I finally got my order, an item was missing. I recommend visiting any other Target in the area over this one. read more

I went to this target today when I was in the area and it was great, just like every other Target! The store was well organized and the employees were all helpful as well. Target in Cherry Hill, wanted to be racist as fuck and not take military discount from me after I showed him my Military ID. I usually get military discounts at certain stores and I never had a problem with Target until now. And the cashier was rude as hell. This occurred between 8:20pm and 8:50pm. read more

This is the closest target near me and I wish I could say I love it. But I don't! Usually target makes me feel organized just by walking through the store. BUT THIS TARGET actually gives me anxiety! It's worse than Walmart! Everything is ALWAYS unorganized, most of the items on the shelves are never restocked, and there's always weird and creepy people there that you have to constantly look over your shoulder! When I go there I have to bring my 3 kids and I'm scared for our lives! Can this target please pull it together! And I blame the manager for letting it constantly looking a mess. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER TARGET EXCEPT THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had photos to show the inside of there but I want to get what I need and RUN. read more

The next Walmart-poor service & people watching: Service not there, other costumers rude, probably as frustrated as me. Went on a Tuesday a little after 7 o'clock left before eight, no human operated lanes were open. Had an employee come way too close to me with a three story cart as she was wheeling through the line barely muttered excuse me, had two other costumers back into me during check out at automated checkout which was having difficulty with my gift card and bank card payment. I didn't seem like all the t-shirts were on sale but wow did the customers pick the store over. This place is becoming the next Walmart as far as customer service and shenanigans. Wish there were more humans working there. read more

Beware shoppers...the AT&T salesliars approach shoppers to ask them if they have found everything ok! When you see that AT&T shirt/logo, run for your life or the lies will suck you into a two month battle with that crap-ass company to get your money back. A few years back I lived in this store. Was my favorite place. We'll Over the last 2 years it has gone down hill so badly. The store is a mess. The people managing it have shown that customer service is not their specialty. This target ranks right up there with the Walmarts near by. Aisles loaded with inventory. Not organized. Forget using the drive up because most items they show they have in stock they'll cancel out on you saying they don't have. Making most trips here an utter waist of time. I was a huge target fan. But no longer this location. I've shopped at dollar stores with better customer service and organization. read more

I haven't reviewed Target yet? Weird. This location is the closest to my home, and thus I stop in at least once a week. Customer Service is spotty like any chain store. Sometimes, the cashier will end up being the same person who rung me up earlier in the week -- and will remember me based on my predictable purchases. Then you have the pesky clearly-hate-their-jobs-passionately cashiers, who, when you make a simple request, call a manager over and then make blatant disgust-expressions with the customer (me) standing right there, as if the world is immune to their faces. With that said, my four-star rating is not basing the store off of the employees. It's the products. Generally, I can find whatever I need here, which is great when you need stuff in a pinch and don't have time to shop around at five different stores. This Target in particular also has a great location -- right across from the mall and next to Kohl's, PetSmart, and Sports Authority. read more

A few years ago this Target was awesome, especially since I lived 2 minutes away, now!? Dirty, unorganized, awful customer service, scattered and empty shelves. Another place I have to give low ratings to because their fitting rooms are still 'closed for Covid'. I mean come on man places are opening back up to 100% and the lousy fitting rooms are still closed?. My other stop in every trip, after Whole Foods, is Target. I usually come here for toiletry and miscellaneous items I either forgot to pack, or had to room to pack. This Target location was pretty busy when I got here. As I don't mind walking a distance, I parked a bit away from the main door. I went to get the toiletry items I needed, and proceeded to check out. I used the self-checkout, which was hassle free and quick. Along the way, I stopped by the on-site Starbucks location to order some iced coffee to sip on for the drive back to my rental. Nothing over-the-top to report about this location. It was a great, albeit short, shopping experience. read more

Very clean if I do say so myself, and yeah they just rearranged so it's not as it was previously, but that's what makes it hot.. they haven't gotten rid of anything, rather they've gained leaps and bounds. I bought an expensive microphone there. It was the last one in stock. When I tried it that night, it was no better than my computer microphone. When I went to return it the very next day, I was told the serial numbers did not match up as they were off by 1 number. Because of this, they refused a refund and essentially told me to try to get the manufacturer to deal with it. Apparently a manufacturer issue of boxing microphones off by 1 serial number is up to me, the customer, to resolve. read more

I like this Target because it's convenience however it has its good times and bad. Them bringing back sales rep to walk around and try to survey you, only to get you to buy something or switch cellular services is ridiculous. I literally try to go during off hours between clients, during the day and spend it dodging the people with the clipboard. Seriously?!?!?! The website changed too where I used to be able to pull an item up and it tell me the isle it was located so I didn't have to bug the associates and now I need to hunt someone down. I like how some of their prices for things can be less than Wegman's/CVS/Welgreens so definitely double check prices on snacks/hair products/etc.. Still need more work Target but I am looking forward to you doing better since most shopping experiences have been taken away from Amazon and there's still a good population of us that would like to see our products and get them right away off the shelf. It is a Target, nothing unusual. People are usually pretty nice, they have the grocery section like others do, as well as a Starbucks and a small food area. We have found that some of the things available here are not at some of the other local Targets, and vice versa, but for the most part it is pretty similar. read more

I love Target it's my absolute favorite store! However this Target felt like I was visiting Walmart. Everything was unorganized and messy. The pharmacy employee was the only one helpful as she helped us find an item by the pharmacy. As soon as we got done paying at the cashier by the door the security asked for our ticket(felt like walmart) no social distancing, she was right next to me asking me what the item was on my receipt and I had to show her although she had just seen all my items being scanned. This is not my fave target. My favorite is in Manahawkin NJ on the way home from the beach. My second fave is in Mt Laurel NJ near the wegmans. I'm not sure where this one falls on the list. However, they have a starbucks! Mom and I at and shared a delish piece of lemon loaf and some drinks looking out the window and people watching, hot pink hair on a 30yr old! Shorts and black socks on a young guy? cute asian baby! We had a nice little chat and some yum nosh before we took on the store! I scored a great pair of curtains that were repackaged and reduced! Its a Target, and great if you are near the mall and way better then the frantic south philly Target! read more

I came to this target yesterday, 01/31/21 & a couple hours later my card was used at nearby stores/restaurants. After talking with my bank this morning they informed me to never use self checkout at target (& any other store for that matter).. they only have one worker for all of the registers & it's so easy for a scammer to place a device on the card machine. That's exactly what happened to me at this store yesterday.... I always order online and this was the first store in weeks I was actually inside of. So frustrating! Not sure if this was an outside or inside job, but beware!! My bank told me they could tell on their end a duplicate card had already been made (in a matter of hours) Not sure how they could tell, but they can (wells Fargo). Like, common people, put that illegal energy into getting a JOB & don't steal other people's HARD EARNED money. read more

The woman working electronics couldn't be less concerned about having a customer - whatever was on her computer apparently was more important. When asked, "How accurate is your website for items in stock?" - she responded (incredibly sour-faced), "it says on the website it's not updated every 24 hours." Then she turns away - I continue (because I've checked the website for five days and they always said in stock), "I'm looking for instax square film." She gets a colleague - "do we have this?" He looks - asks her, "did we get a shipment in?" She looks ... well how she looks. And then he says, "we haven't had a shipment in a while." So your 24 hour update is just wrong. And your sass is unappreciated. This is the fifth Target to show they have it and not have it. But this was the first Target where the staff couldn't be bothered with the customer. read more

You know I love my Target, but this one by far not my favorite at all. Location, location, location. It's close to some bad areas, attracts bad crowds, the parking lots sucks-sucks BALLS!!!! The lot is too tightly spaces, as you come out, front or back, cars come close to hitting you. I know** I got rammed at this Target-someone backed right into me, as I was going to park. With pedestrians coming in & out, just too tight. Once you get in, the place looks pillaged, lack of inventory, no one one around to clean up..from when they first opened, completely opposite now.I would rather go to the one by me or Delran. I have a private entrance to Target. Nah nah nah nah nah nah. I love LOVE LOVE Target. I can never leave that store without spending at least $50. To have one so close?!?!?! Winner winner chicken dinner (ew, I channeled Guy Fieri there). This Target is clean, organized, and has a great layout. They're always well stocked (in all departments) and I never have an issue finding what I need. I've never interacted with their staff, but it's cool. I'm pretty sure my sister lives here. If you can't see her, she's probably hiding in the bathroom until the store is closed and then lives a fantasy life when no one is around. I can't come home to visit family in Cherry Hill without at least one pit stop here to pick up some innocuous item I can probably get where I live out west, but I just want to buy now. Clean, close by, your typical target. Watch for the quality of Target-branded goods, though, especially shoes - not always the best. read more

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store, because I love it. Target takes all of my money because I'm always in there! For me, this is a one stop shop. Who doesn't love Target? Aside from the atrocious parking situation (it took me over and hour to get out of the lot on Black Friday) this is a good Target. Fairly clean. Good values. I purchased several items, about 8 items one was a father's day card, and the check out employee failed to give me the bag with the card and one other item. I had to call and then I had to go back. I had to wait in line for the slow customer service (what a joke name for this department) to get to me and then slowly look it up in some binder. Then she says they reshelved my items. I had to walk around the store to get them again and of course the card is purchased originally was gone. I had to stand there and pick out a new one. Then WAIT IN LINE AGAIN. Then the slow lady customer service rep told me she couldn't help me bc she had to get something from the back. Only one person working "customer service." Terrible target. read more

I live on South Street in Philadelphia, and I visit this target about once every 2 weeks. There is something about this location that is just so much easier to digest than the south philly location that makes me come back again and again. They recently did a remodel that expanded their food section, and I swear the place is bigger (feeling at least). This Target has the planogram of a few of my favorite Targets. I enjoy when a store uses a similar or same planogram at their stores, it leaves a customer feeling at ease no matter which one you are in. This store is set up differently than the south philly target, and I think that is part of what I like about it. This target is definitely worth the 15 minute drive from philly, that's how much more I enjoy it to its s. philly counterpart. read more
