I love Target so much more than Wal Mart. They have nicer things in most departments, and It's not a Zoo inside with long lines. You can actually get what you need and get out pretty quick. I don't mind paying a tad bit more to avoid the mess at Wal Mart. read more

I was trying to get a price match for an item but was interrupted several times before I could end the initial conversation. To make things short, I asked calmly the "supervisor" if she was denying service to me and she said YES and walked away smiling like she was getting awarded. I'm so disappointed in this store for not even trying to find what I was looking for, they didn't even ask me for the items number to check on their system. They just left me on the phone for a few seconds and said that they didn't even have the brand "babyorganics" that's just even rude to lie about not having that brand. Target has a promotion that you can buy 2 Frozen the movie products and get 1 free. Target did not honor this promotion. They charged me for all 3 items and refused to issue me a refund for 1 of the 3 items. That person working does not understand what "free" means. Instead I returned everything. I'll just shop somewhere else. This is whY brick and mortar stores are going away. There is no customer service anymore. read more

Train your employees to sell extended warranties better. We were told that we should buy an extended warrantee on our new Samsung TV because they've had a few come back. They almost successfully argued against the sale. On a positive note, the did carry the TV to our car and loaded it up. read more

This target is ok and is just like all the other ones. Parking can be a hassle at times and the store does not seem to have the items that you really need. Well for me that is... When I pay for whatever I get they are always greeting me in spanish rather than english. We are in the USA and should speak english unless someone speaks to you in another language. read more

This target is ok. Nothing bad but not great either. I'd probably like to note that this location is very skeptical of couponers so for those who like to use coupons here expect that to happen like any other store and if you get them from valid resources and use them correctly you should be good. read more

This target is always crazy packed why? because it's next to a wal Mart and Costco. I like this target because you can buy you're grocerys here. The only bad thing is the lines to check out. It gets so bad and even though they open up a lot of registers it's still packed. read more

Everything is always well organized, and staff is super friendly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because they're always out of merchandise. So I have to go to the one in Eastlake to find what I need, that one is always super stocked but it's too far from my house. read more

Typical Target selection of junk. Typical "People of Walmart" busy filling their carts. I only stopped there because I needed to get something specific at a nearby store and decided to pick up the last items on my list at Target. When I couldn't find it, I lifted one of those store "help" phones - which was answered by an operator who hung up on me twice. Finally corralled a store employee and asked her about the item. She wasn't sure where it was, but when I looked down the possible aisles more closely, I found the item (two remaining) on a bottom shelf. Headed for check-out and saw that a handful of lines were queued at registers with their lights off. Asked one checker and was told that he was closed because he had to leave before overtime was due. Apparently 8 p.m. is the witching hour at this Target because despite about 35 customers, several check out lines kept closing, leaving only two registers open for all the people with their carts. Finally one other checkstand opened, meaning there were only about 12 customers in line at each open register. We waited and waited, finally checking out and as usual, swearing never to return to Target. The bright side? This Target seemed pretty clean and well-stocked. read more

This target is horrible. It's always dirty, disorganized and the check out lines are always long. I live 3 minutes away from it and I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to a different one. This store needs better management ASAP read more

Well the employee, Geovana, in the lingerie department lacks any customer sevice skills. This is one of the reasons large companies are folding. They forget that a customer can spend their money elsewhere. She could learn a lot from, Neal, in pharmacy department . Goodness I've been to many Targets stores but when I visited this location everything was poorly stocked. I was looking for a particular lipstick and gloss but the shade I wanted were all 'tested' i.e. the safety seals were broken off. I think that's a new pet peeve.. Anyways, I also went to the boys section and again it was poorly stocked. The women's sale section was three racks of 20% off, nothing more. I visit a lot of Target stores to know they all have at least three racks of clearance, this one had none. I gave up shopping here when I saw majority of the make-up were all tampered with. I just got what I really needed and left. At least the cashier was friendly. read more

I prefer this Target over the Plaza Bonita Target. The employees seem more responsible and better trained in customer service. The grocery store is a bonus because it is a low volume store. If you want the entire collection of the designer launches like Liberty of London or Orla Kiely, go to Mission Valley. But if you want to beat the crowds and get your hands on this stuff, this is the Target to go to. The demographics just aren't interested in the designer stuff here. read more

Like this place better than Walmart. Seems like their products are of better quality. Even tho the building may be a little old inside it is still clean and organized. And the shopping carts don't jiggle like crazy. Cool little quick food stop. I like the cool travel section. Basic Target. This Target is NOT up to there standards. Never enough cashiers. In the early morning they only have self check out. Their toy section is always in disarray. If an item is on sale, it's gone and no one can tell you when it will be restocked. Only upside is they hire older employees which I appreciate and Pick up is usually fast. I love Target! They always have cool things and great sales! I come to this Target often because it's more convenient. I am Wal Mart fan too, but sometimes it gets crazy and packed. This is not the best Target and not the most clean at times, but it's fine especially when you're In a hurry. So, even though i came here to leave feedback of sub-par service, i'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. However, i have had two less than stellar shopping experiences at this Target in two days, and i see that my experience is not unique. First less than excellent experience: After paying for a shelf from a surly looking and acting cashier, i was stopped at the door by an employee who wanted to check my receipt. She didn't stop anyone else, and honed in on me, and i was a bit offended by that. She said it was because i didn't have a bag, however I was carrying a big heavy shelf so of course i didn't have a bag. Seriously? Is that your store policy? Are thieves going to be so obvious? And of all the people that would be inconvenienced by being stopped, you can be damn sure it's the person carrying a big heavy shelf. So it was pretty ridiculous, i put the shelf down, showed her my receipt, and went on my way unpleasantly. *I should mention, i was told the shelf was out of stock originally at the guest services counter after returning a broken one. I decided to take a look anyway, and found a couple of the shelves i wanted stocked in the wrong section on another aisle. Luckily i got one, don't know if anyone else will because it's on a shelf for a higher costing different type of item. I would have not left any bad feedback, however the next day when i came back to shop, i decided to buy a game that was on sale at Best Buy, so i'd price match it and not have to wait or go to BB for pick up. I went to Guest Services and everyone seemed confused by the low price. The employee helping me asked someone else about it, because it was apparently shocking that it was on sale, and that employee said it might not be from Best Buy suggesting it was another seller on the BB site, which Best Buy does not do. She passed it on to another employee who looked at it for a few minutes, and after about ten minutes of debating they gave me the price match. I was pleased by that, and alternatively would have just went to Best Buy to buy it if they had refused me. But there was no reason for them to refuse me in the first place, and i heard the cashier quietly say that she won't be price matching the game for anyone else after this, which is against Target policy. The only restriction on price matches that could even nearly apply to it is the quantity of items, i checked the policy before shopping there, and since i was buying just one there was no problem. Her remark was personal and vindictive, there is no reason for her to deny a customer a price match besides being petty to customers. I won't be coming back to this Target, if i go to Target at all. I love to shop, but Walmart is closer to my house, and even with all of it's faults their employees are polite. These two days, i drove a little out of my way to go to Target, everyone loves Target, they have good customer service right? Not this store. This store is rough, and they need to change their morale and operating standards. read more

Worst service ever , if you have something to return hope you don't get Annette! Not only did she make me wait , but instead of getting some associate to go find them she tells me I can not return them and hands them back to me , until I insisted to go get the same shorts for her she said go ahead but they have to be the same size! this store has the most WORST customer service, i dont know who hires these people but DEF should step up when it comes to customer service, i was trying to buy an activity walker for my daughter i was told to go up to the customer service desk to check out faster so i do.. the thing rings up more then it should as displayed on the shelf after asking for the price it STATES on the shelf with NO MISTAKE It clearly said the product name that i bought and a specific price i was told its wrong. the lady that was "helping" me is very rude agrumentive and unprofessional so i asked for the manager soon after explaining the situation the "manager"tells the lady to give it to me as whats on the shelf (as they should) and i simply tell the girl you dont need to get loud anymore im the customer and its very unprofessional she throws up her hands says i dont need to ring you up and WALKS AWAY .WTF!?!?!?!?!?!? ive never in my life had that kind of issue. Went into target on Palomar in San Diego and they had some of baby formula items misplaced and they wouldn't honor the price. It wasn't just that a customer just misplaced it, all of the remaining containers of formula was there I went to pay for it thinking it was $7.39 and when the cashier rang it up it was like $28 dollars and I told her that all of the formula was there and she went to "go look" and came back and said that "they couldn't honor that price" even tho their employees were the ones who put it in the wrong spot. Just left this target very disappointed. I accidentally got the wrong color eyeliner the last time I was here (I picked up pearlized black when I really wanted blackest black) I had already thrown away the receipt before I noticed my mistake so I didn't think it would be an issue and this target wouldn't allow me to swap out the colors I asked to speak to the manager and she was far from being any help they need better customer service!!!! Also I'm a regular customer and former employee so I know their management isn't the best. Plus they're out of stock most of the time on a lot of their things :( You're better off going to the one in eastlake (: I honestly just go to this one because it's a block away from me :/ read more
