This is actually a very nice target. We walked in and the carts were nicely in order. No mess. We walked straight to the clothing. Even the clearance was nice and neat. The majority of the employees here are rude. Even the ones who bring out your curbside order have an attitude. I've sent an email to Target corporate about one experience in particular and never received a response back. I wish there was another location close by so I could avoid the sour tarts at this store. read more

One of the nicest Targets I have seen. The store is HUGE and spacious. There's pretty much anything and everything you would want. The space is clean and well-kept. Restrooms are modern and clean. Parking is alright. Overall, it's above average and worth stopping by if you're a regular at Target. Definitely recommend! read more

I am a palled by the recent customer service I just received at target. Keep in mind that I go to this target all the time and have for the last five years that I've lived in Frisco Texas. Never ever have I ever had such a degrading experience as a customer here. When I went to self check out on Saturday evening a lady name Sierra who was watching over the self check out accuse me of stealing and then aggressively came over and demanded that I rescan the items and watched me like a hawk as I continue to do so. Not only that but she had a super snarky attitude and asked me to look at the other direction whenever she typed in the employee code to fix my air which by the way I have never had that ever be requested of me in the history of all of my target runs. This lady clearly has no customer service experience or otherwise she would never treat a customer like that. Also interesting to mention that she was African-American and I was white. I seriously felt some serious reverse racism in there which is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion and I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this target ever again. read more

I only venture out to Super Target when I HAVE to purchase something specifically from them. I'm not a Target or a Wal-Mart fan, but sometimes you just need a superstore. I usually have to talk myself out f a panic attack after a near-miss with another car in the parking lot. And, it never fails that I get the shopping cart that pulls to one side because the wheels don't all work... ugh... Oh, and did i mention holiday shopping? Nightmare! read more

I have never been disappointed with this location. The store is clean, employees are friendly and order pickup is super convenient and quick. I took off a star due to a recent experience... my daughter purchased a volumizer brush online and picked it up. When we opened it, the brush had clearly been used and had hair in it. It's a very busy time of year, so mistakes happen. This was probably returned and put back on the floor without being checked, so there's an opportunity for improvement. I love Target, so you can imagine how much I love Super Targets. My review is mostly based on the fact that you can do two kinds of errands at this store, regular Target-runs, plus you can pick up your groceries. I especially love the fresh deli section in the front of the supermarket area. They sell already prepared Archer Farms deli foods and sandwiches. In a world where the price of lunch is inflating like crazy you can grab a turkey avocado wrap for $2.50 or butternut squash ravioli for $1.54! read more

I absolutely love Target and this location doesn't disappoint! You can usually find me spending my husband's paycheck in the Dollar Spot. Joking... But I do spend the majority of my visit there. I leave with bags full of goodies that continue to brighten my days. The guest associates are always helpful and super friendly. I don't think I've ever seen a "dirty" Target but this location is super clean, the upkeep is impeccable and the grounds are nicely maintained. My son loves going to the bakery for a free cookie and we use the deli often. I did transfer my families prescriptions to another pharmacy after an encounter with an opinionated, know it all pharmacist a couple years ago but we hold no grudges. Make sure to download their app for shopping and mobile coupons. Also add the Target Cartwheel app for extra savings. Get their Red Card (we use the debit) and save 5% off your total. Use your manufacturer coupons + Target + Cartwheel + that Red Card discount and you've found yourself a super duper deal! read more

The selection for baby food is minimal. Organic anyone? How about more than one product to choose from? As with most Super Targets, for specific, non mainstream items, there is only one or two brands to choose from in the grocery aisle. They have not upgraded this store as of yet (the location in West Plano is nicely upgraded and the layout is much nicer). The pharmacy is AWFUL. if you need a prescription filled, please do some research and find another pharmacy close by that can do it for you. I have had repeated problems and reported it to the pharmacy manager, store manager, and corporate office with zero empathy or results. Use caution if you decide to use this pharmacy. This Target seems bigger than the Targets in McKinney. Their layout is different but it seems like they have a lot more space and more product. It's always been clean when I come here, which is always a plus! I had a return and that was simple and painless. The lady was super quick and helpful with the other customers and myself. She also gave a bunch of stickers to a toddler that was in front of me. I like little nice gestures like this. I went to the baby section and was trying to find the lotion/shampoo section and I was circling it a few times thinking I overlooked it, but I never did find it. Maybe it was on the other side of the store where the adult ones were but I didn't feel like walking over there and I got distracted by other gadgets my normal Target doesn't carry! After browsing and going through their endless clearance racks, I went to check out. For a midday, there were more lanes opened than I normally see so, checking out was fast. Great customer service from Mo and Dino in customer service. I understand that taking care of the public is challenging sometimes. I was completely at fault of loosing the merchandise credit gift card that was provided to me when I had retuned some items at the start of my shopping trip. But when I was rummaging through my handbag as I was checking out, Mo came to my rescue. He had me go to customer service where I sheepishly had to ask Dino to refund my return again and cancel the lost merchandise credit gift card. He did so even though I know it was a pain in the but. He said no problem. No even came by to check to see if I was being taken care of. And all this on no tax day- which I am sure tried every target employees patience. Thank you! I came to this Target to exchange my ninja blender. I did not have my receipt or the card that I used to purchase it but the store manager, Andrew was more than happy to assist me. Different Targets have different selections and this one has a good selection. I normally go to the target on 121 and the selection is lacking but not here. I can find what I need and I have the cartwheel app/ Target card so I save a lot of money. I have the Target debit card and you get 5% off each purchase and free shipping online ( no minimum). read more

This is definitely the cleanest Target I have even been in. Other than that, I am not sure that there is anything memorable about it compared to other locations. I would be more inclined to visit other locations during busy times (such as holiday shopping or peak weekend times) as this mall can be a pain to get in and out of along with driving/parking dangers. read more

This is your average Target store. Well-organized, good prices, pretty big. I usually come here if I'm in the Stonebriar area. Parking can be a little annoying since it's in the same shopping center area as TJ Maxx, Best Buy, Ross, etc. I usually go late, usually after 9pm.. and parking isn't an issue. I agree with what some of the other Yelpers have said.. they def need to open a few more registers! There are like 25+ registers and they have only 3-4 open at a time. Other than that, I like this location. I always find what a need..and of course things I didn't need. lol. ;-) read more

This Target is generally a beating. It's not far off of a Walmart, and that's saying something. It's packed and it's not necessarily clean. The grocery section is not priced very well, but that's just one of my complaints for Target. This store is on my "avoid at all costs" list. read more

I just moved here from California and when my meds ran out my thought was to transfer it from my Target in Eastvale (5stars) to this one. One of my meds (that I was now out of and made sure they were aware of it) had to be called for refills. After 3 days I went back to the store and asked if they had heard from my doc about my BP med. they said no, then realized it had been sent to my Target in California. After waiting 3 days they told me it would be at least 45 min (I was not going to accept this). I had a previous engagement that did not allow me to wait another 45min after they never checked on this urgent refill. The guy behind the counter began to argue with me... Telling me he didn't have time and I would have to come back. Now 3 days without my Bp meds the last thing they should be doing is stating that they couldn't help me and that it was "my fault for not calling sooner"! I will not come back here! Finally one of the girls behind the counter asked how long I had, I told her 20 min. She told me it would be done by then! read more

I'm not sure what her name is, I believe she is the manager here, but she was so sweet!! I'm almost 9 months pregnant and still some people wouldn't care to help you either way (will say a prayer for the guy who acted like he wanted to hit me in the parking lot because I was walking too slow for him) but she made sure I had a working motor cart and also took the time to help me at the register with my items. Worst Target I've ever been to. Waited 30 minutes while they tried to find the price of an item, even though we provided that information (a 5 dollar clearance item). The manager was too busy reprimanding employees in front of all of the customers to assist and the cashier obviously was not trained on how to use the register ( didn't bother to even read the error messages when calling for help). Sadly we were unable to purchase the items we came in for when the cashier began helping other customers since no one was able to check the price on the item. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. read more

Always short on cashiers and the PHARMACY IS AWFUL! never has my info up- to-date and am having to get them to change my stuff in the system EVERYTIME. I give them my phone number at least twice a month because for some reason nothing "saves" and they tell me I don't have refills for prescriptions due to the fact that they called in my prescription to a doctor that is in another state that I haven't seen in 3 years..... worst service in the RX department. read more

Target's logo hypnotizes me and so does this store. I sometimes make up excuses to be able to shop here only to have two items in mind and come out with a cart full of stuff that I've made excuses to myself that I needed to make these purchases. It quells my retail therapy cravings and at times this place has been a temporary date place for me and my husband. When grocery shopping, I try to focus on not stepping out of the red line although it is hard 99% of the time not to browse, peruse and get yourself a nice something. I went tots get today to use a target coupon (that I had gotten off of Target.com) and a manufacture coupons on my items I wanted to buy I had 3 items so that makes 6 coupons 2 for each item. When I started to check out the cashier told me I couldn't use both my coupons I asked her why and she had just stated that she just couldn't. So after having that experience I only bought Two of my items and went to customers service because surly they should know their own policy. She had told me that the target coupon I had was a manufacture coupon (even though it had target logo on it and I got it from the target site and it says on yalls policy it is a target coupon). I have been here before and never had issues with doubling on my coupons I refuse to go back until they know their own coupon policy. I was stressed out and embarrassed not to mention I had my 2 year old with me and this took way longer than what I expected and I left without what I needed. Very frustrating. read more
