He came in just for us. It was an easy conversation and absolutely no pressure. Within twenty minutes we had purchased the barn door and Jason scheduled installation three to four weeks out (they were working on a huge project at the time). Along the way Jason kept us abreast of the progress of the door while sending us photos of the door in production -- very nice. Well, they were able to install it on time and were done in about three hours. We can not say enough about how happy with are with the barn door and the whole experience dealing with everyone at Story Barns.
