Crystal is the worst don't get her or she will screw up your whole situation. Besides being very rude and disrespectful and not granting the deal that we had. Then they bring the TV up and they had fingerprints all over it it was a showroom TV and we get basically up used garbage. As if everyone didn't know this place was an overpriced crap chute we had bought washers and dryer's & the lint trap broke-Even though we have the insurance and the protection plan blah blah blah of course they would not replace it -not to mention the fact that when we bought my son a computer he said he needed $1000 down for it &it's like you know you're working at a rental place correct -even though my fiancé has been renting from them for three years he's acting like we're going to takeoff with the computer no respect no morale this place is a nightmare unfortunately she always rents from here but if it were up to me I would never talk to these people again! read more

I've seen the other reviews here, and I have to say, I've had two very nice experiences with the folks at Aaron's. Can't speak to any issues others may have had with renting to buy; I always pay cash. But the first time I stopped in, they had the mid-section of a brown leather couch for sale. Apparently the ends had never arrived at the store. Jeff, the manager, sold me the chair for $80, and then he agreed to have it delivered at no charge. Can't beat that. And just now, I stopped in again, and Ashley couldn't have been nicer. I let her know that I was just browsing in advance, and that I might not even end up buying anything at all in the near future. She was still as nice as she could be, not pushing me at all, but giving me a ride in a very cool massaging recliner. These people strike me as sincerely friendly and competent, and I'll make a point of stopping in there first, the next time I'm looking for what I consider to be a good deal on furniture. read more

Where do I begin? Im writing this while I am freshly angry about the whole situation. I purchased a tv stand from Aarons yesterday. In the store, it was new merch with the tag on it still in mew condition. Last night knowing that our new one would come today, WE THREW OUR OLD TV STAND AWAY! So when they show up it has a big gash on the top of it. Now, keep in mind that I THREW MINE AWAY expecting good service from them. Boy was I ever wrong to expect such an outlandish thing. So, I also have a sectional couch from Aarons. I got in about 3 months ago. Maybe 2. Upon delivery of this item, IT WAS BROKEN. The leg was stripped out and wouldn't screw on. However, they left the merchandise for me to use until they could order me a new one and deliver it. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE NOW? So, it was ok to leave the broken couch for me to put my butt on, but not ok to leave the scratched up tv stand for me to put my tv on until a new one came? They knew I threw the old one out. It was still sitting there in the trash? The manager, Juan, was NO HELP AT ALL. So now I have no tv stand at all thanks to Aarons. I cancelled the order and told them to kiss my a double s. Don't do business with these inconsistent people. You will be sorry you did. Hope to save you from regret. read more

Moved into a place and I needed an extra bed. I decided I'd try Aaron's since it was close and seemed to be appealing. Upon entry I was attacked greeted by the staff. Like car salesmen. Either way I reluctantly signed, not really realizing I had just signed a binder of problems for the next 9 months. It started when I informed them of my pay periods and arranged for payment to be made on a particular day every month. I made three on time payments and didn't have any issues other than them calling all the time to remind you of the set payment. Anyway fourth month came I called to arrange a payment for the day after or something. Anyway these people called every contact I had put on my application informing them I had missed a payment and if they knew where I was at ?? Wait a minute what!!!! Yeah they called all four contacts I had and they told each one I had missed a payment. I could not believe my ears when I heard this nor could I believe they had done this. I called down there and paid the balance off instantly because they embarrassed me and acted like I was gonna skip on them. I told them what I thought and will never ever do a lease type payment thing again with Aaron's or anyone for that. What a piss poor experience. But it didn't stop there for months and months they would call trying to get me to come in a buy another product that was priced five times the amount of said item. After telling them too lose my number they decide they will send out flyers in an envelope. Upon receiving this envelope I open it and confetti goes everywhere and I mean everywhere. Already disabled as it is I had to spend the next day cleaning confetti off the floor in between the couch cushion and from my socks ! Pissed me off so much I called them and said what kind of bullshit is this y'all trying to get me to buy a vacuum or what !? I honestly explained to the staff there over the phone that I thought that was the most foolish act their marketing team would do is send effen confetti like that. I will never ever ever ever never ever do this again with Aaron's for sure. read more
