Take my review with a grain of salt since your experience might be very different than mine. That being said I did curbside pickup. Selected the items online and finalized my order. Got a message that my order was ready. Drove over and parked in the stall. Before they handed me my items, I asked them to let me make sure i get everything and its in good condition before marking complete (once at a different location they gave me the wrong item and there was no correct item in stock but since there was no physical product it was difficult to refund me since they already marked my order complete). Got my items, no dents, everything in great shape (you would be surprised but I have gotten dented cans and boxes that were torn open at other locations). Everything done I was ready to head home. [DISABLED] The curbside service is great for handicap people like me. We don't have to leave our vehicles plus the stalls are a good size so its not hard to park. read more

It was my first outing to this Target at Windward Mall. It's located right next to the food court, so it's convenient to get to. The store is pretty big and it's two levels. When you walk in the store Starbucks is to the right. A little further beyond that is the ready to eat food section. The checkout is to the left of the store and straight ahead is clothing. I came a few days after Valentine's Day, so most of the VDay stuff was half off. There was lots and lots of candy. They also had a 20% off sale on their T-shirts. I found one that I really wanted and got it for around $10. You can get some pretty good deals when they have promotions and sales. read more

Such a great addition to Windward mall! Taking over the old Sears, this Target is two stories with an escalator in the middle. So much goodies (like any other Target) in a practical and clean layout. Doesn't even feel like youre apart of a mall. Starbucks, hot food items available inside. Lots of registers and self check outs available. Curbside pickup is an option with assigned stalls. Great experience! Holiday items are rolling out. read more

Right on Target! Love this Kaneohe location as it did select the perfect location in the mall which made is sort of semi independent yet still connected...sure it's brand new and everyone will love and appreciate that but what I do love is that you can go to and shop without feeling like you need to enter the mall. Enter from Alaloa Street for parking and direct access though that is the upper level so it will take me a few visits to get acquainted to the layout and finding items though using their app does help as it tells you where you can find that item you're searching for as well. Starbucks, Bullseye Playground and restroom are on the first floor, super happy for the Kaneohe community to have Target so much closer and convenient as another option to shop as they basically do have it all. Lol, do I love this business asked Yelp....heck yeah! I only recently started doing some of my shopping so consider me a convert! Great addition to Kaneohe and if you've ever shopped at a Target you know what I'm writing about here. I was so surprised at the differences in pricing and the savings I was kissing off even shopping at Amazon. Now I'm looking online at Target to see their prices before I order most anything packaged. I really like the contactless pickup and the drive up. I haven't tried their delivery because I really do need to get out of my house. This particular Target is brand spanking new almost sparkles as you walk through. The store wasn't bustling but there were plenty of shoppers and checkout was fast. Plenty of parking fronting the store and in the back lot. Everyone talks about how expensive it is to live in Hawaii....this is one of the ways to bring down those costs. read more

Welcome to Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawaii! The newest location of Target has finally opened at Windward Mall! The Grand Opening was supposed to be July 15, 2023. However, 7-12-23 was the first full day of operation. With two floors of shopping fun, Target has taken over the space formerly occupied by Sears. The renovation totally looks like a Target, with all of the red accents and employees wearing red vests or shirts. I strolled through the various departments such as greeting cards, books, kitchen supplies, clothing, accessories, home decor, personal care, office supplies, and snacks. Everything looked organized, clean, and bright! I'm so happy that Target is closer and more convenient for me now! It sure beats driving 20 minutes to Kailua and half an hour to Ala Moana! Overall, nice and clean replacement store located in Windward Mall, former Sears Kaneohe store location. The new design makes use of their existing building, while expanding the overall footprint for retail sales floor space (sq. ft.). You'll find wide aisles which allows shoppers to casually scroll throughout their well lit store. Cool and inviting. Self-checkouts on both levels helps to cover all main exits, while Customer Service is located downstairs in the former Auto Center location. You'll also find a Starbucks on the ground floor. It was my first time going to windward mall target and what need to improve is there women restroom because from what I have noticed there and what I noticed is very messy in women restroom. It's the newest of the Target's on the island and It is located in the Windward Mall shopping center. The store has two floors and four entrances. Two in the mall and two from the parking lot. I enjoyed the fresh clean smell and the wide aisles. I decided to use the self checkout. The machine ate my twenty dollar bill but couldn't swallow it. I called the attention of an employee standing nearby. She came and retrieved my crumpled money and fed it back into the machine. We had a laugh while she dug out my money. I was in the area had to check out the new Target located in Kaneohe in the Windward Mall. It was clean of course it's a brand new store lots of aisle space and very friendly service I think I got greeted about 3x just walking around . They have elevator located in the back of the store on both levels . Ground level there's the restrooms very clean but small even the Ala Moana come to think of it ? I do like the size of this location, however more than once that I have gone there, the customer service was terrible! Specifically, this past Friday, my daughter had to make a return and the associate, Kahealani, customer service skills were nil! As we stood waiting to be helped, she was talking with another associate (listening to the conversation, it may have been work related), but still no acknowledgement. An "I'll be right with you" with a smile would've done. Then when she is finally ready to assist us, she went from this cheery demeanor from talking with her co-worker to this straight face, no smile, and a "Hi" as her way of letting us know she was ready. Again, no "Hi, I can help you here!", or even better, a "thank you for waiting, I can help you!" She proceeded with my daughter's return in a decent manner, but still no friendliness at all. Then to top it off, I realize as she's speaking to my daughter, she's smacking away and popping her gum. Like, omg!! What happened to people practicing BASIC customer service skills??? Wonderful addition to the Windward Mall, replacing the old long-time Sears! Two levels of household goods, groceries, basic necessities, and so on in this Target. Not as big as other Target locations I have been to, and even the Ala Moana location is bigger than this one. read more

My daughter and I decided to go check this location out. Not as big as the other one we go to. This one was brand new. Nice. I definitely liked the presentation but the prices for the clearance stuff was still so expensive. Not sure why but I guess they gotta make money somehow. My daughter said the book section was small and it was. Not much to choose from. We didn't even bother going on the first floor. They really need to have more products available including books, clothing etc The first floor looked fully stocked but my daughter didn't really want to check out anything else. Nice and clean store. There's even security at the front of the entrance. Nice touch. Just an average Target to me. read more

This is a disclaimer as a privacy breach. A current employee who works in the drive up department, took photos of a personal item I purchased and shared it publicly outside of the Target staff. I've put in complaints, multiple times due to privacy concerns and have gotten vague responses back from the HR manager here. It has happened, 3 times. This employee is nonchalantly laughing about it to close friends of hers and my own. I just want this to be here as an awareness, that we may think things like this won't happen, but unfortunately they do. read more

Overall, it's a great store with a decent selection of products at very competitive prices. I had mentioned the condition of the carts to a floor manager on a recent visit, and it appears nothing has changed. I finally gave up after trying out 3 carts as they all made the same wobbly noise. At the store again today and at least 6 carts in disarray at the Starbucks side appearing abandoned. I found a less noisy one on first try. No cart wipes! More attention needs to be directed to having these carts in good working order. Frustrating! read more

It's really upsetting to see how scalpers are buying up all the Pokémon cards, leaving nothing for the keiki. What's even worse is that some stores like Target have stopped selling them to kids altogether. i love having Target in Kaneohe because Kaneohe doesn't have many places to shop at. However, be careful here because management here makes up their own return policies that are not consistent with Target policy. I was told i could not return an unopened, undamaged Lego with a valid receipt that was just purchased within the month unless it is under $10. There really are almost no Lego under $10 so they're basically saying no returns on Legos. This was the first time i tried returning something at this location and before they asked my name or looked at my receipt, they said no return on Legos and looked at me as if I'm a criminal. I checked with Target corporate and this return policy is not true. I also asked Kailua and Honolulu stores and they also said this policy is not true and you can always return a recently purchased unopened lego with a receipt, I asked the Kaneohe return desk why no returns on Lego and they said because it's a hot item so you cannot return. The return counter told me All sales final. there is nothing on the receipt or anywhere that says this. If they give you a hard time at the return counter, just go to another Target. read more

The Target at the Windward Mall is really nice! They have a lot of products like their other stores on the island. There's a lot of parking both upper and lower levels of the mall. They have two floors full of products, and with spacing in the isles. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plus there are enough staffing around in the store working so if you need any assistance and or questions there's someone around for you. I'll will make use of this Target in the future due to the fact there's way more parking at this location then the Kailua location. Also this location is closer to my home as well. read more

Nice the more condensed version of all targets. Got lots of good stuff and great to walk around and see familiar faces of Kaneohe. Love looking at new items to try and buy the next time. Target is Now open at Windward Mall as of 7/11. Yay! Hours are 8 a.m. - 10 .m. Monday - Saturday and 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Sunday. Conveniently located but oh so bad for my poor wallet. Two floors of shopping that took the old Sears place when it closed in 2019. Clean, bright interior. The first floor has grocery, beauty, healthcare, kids, mens wear, and pets. The second floor has home, kitchen, tech, women's wear, toys & games, and baby & toddler. There is a Longs Pharmacy, Ulta Beauty, and Starbucks downstairs. read more

I've used the buy online pick up in store at multiple targets. This particular Target is the only one to cancel an order a day before the expiration date. This has happened twice to me. I show up and they cancelled my order that morning. I even put in an extended to Thursday and they cancel my order on Wednesday. They say it's the system. No. It's them. Visited for the first time this afternoon. I was very impressed when I walked in from the Mauka upstairs entrance. It was Spacious, Bright and Clean. My disappointment came about while locating the Tech Dept. I found it located in the upstairs back corner and it was so small, the space of a walk in closet ! 3 aisles ! Why ? With technology being at the forefront of our daily lives, I am baffled why this space which encompasses everything tech is an afterthought? I expressed my disappointment to the two workers there and they also expressed their concern and shared that It's a corporate decision. I chose not to visit the bottom floor so I may be in for another surprise as well. Dear Target Corporate, What happened ? We are deserving of so much more. It's a spanking brand new store ! This Target is a 2 floor design. It is a wise use of space but a little strange for the shopper. They do have a small grocery section with most of the well-known typical items people are looking for, but don't go looking for large variety or specialty items. The staff have been very helpful, and using the Target app to locate items is spot on! read more

This new Target is located at Windward Mall at the old Sears location. This Target has 2 levels with parking lots at both levels. The store looks great, clean, and organized and has everything you would expect Target has to offer. When I visited the store in the late afternoon/early evening, both parking lots were full. I ended up parking on the second level. While walking to the store, I noticed several employees (seem like they just got off their work shift) got into their cars which were parked in the closest stars to the store the left. I would think that a business would usually have their employees park in the farther stalls giving the closer stalls to potential customers. Based on how full both parking lots were, there weren't that many customers. However, there were a lot of employees all over the store. read more

They have a non touch call button that is supposed to call an employee for assistance in that specific area. However, it takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes if not LONGER, for someone to come and help you. Mind you, walking around the store only to find everyone standing around doing NOTHING can add even more frustration. Why have the call for assistance button if they DON'T CALL FOR THE ASSISTANCE YOU NEED? Mind you, this happens every SINGLE time! read more
