After a shopping trip to pick up some much needed essentials we went over to the snack bar / Pizza Hut for a bit of lunch! We got personal pan cheese pizzas, chicken Alfredo, popcorn, and Archer Farms Mint chocolate cookies . The chicken was amazingly creamy and cheesy with moist boneless chunks of white chicken! Overall we loved and enjoyed the chicken Alfredo and the personal pan pizzas.... so cheesy and good! The lady at the snack bar put in the oven fresh ones for us which were ready in fifteen minutes from ordering. The popcorn was freshly popped buttery and crispy and texturally delightful. The Archer Farms mint chocolate cookies were soft, super chocolately with a nice mint chip distribution. Take a visit over to the snack bar and have some lunch all in all around twenty bucks for everyone including drinks. Yummy!! Great shopping experience and wonderful lunch!!! read more

The sole store in a dystopian, zombie mall which is fitting because it is like night of the living dead inside this Target location. The aroma of burnt coffee wafts from the requisite 'bucks, permeating the air inside and out. Employees, who far outnumber customers, wander around expressionless, dazed and confused. I did say 'hello' to one employee who was unblinkingly staring at me, sending him into a panic as he declared that he was waiting for somebody, but didn't know who, and couldn't talk to me because he was going on break soon. I guess ghosts do not expect to be seen by the living ?? Shelves are stocked haphazardly giving the resident dust bunnies free reign. The electronics department seems to have been abandoned mostly, I suppose, because the walking dead do not watch television. An interesting, if not a tad disturbing, experience to be sure, but not one we are likely to repeat. Perhaps it's time for target to let this location cross into the light. read more

Not happy at all with the cell phones they encouraged me to buy. The system constantly says UI and then it will say not working. If there was an emergency I wouldn't be able to use the phone. Very slow and screen does not turn off. Samsung A10 would have been a much wiser choice. Now I am all the way in Eastern Ma so can't easily return these junky phones. read more

I would NEVER allow a man that carries himself like this to represent my business and my 1 star is 100% dedicated to the very rude, unprofessional and very embarrassing manager, JOEL. This man spoke to my mother and I with such little respect that having worked in customer service our whole life, we told him he was very rude and disrespectful. I was in the store looking for a bathing suit and a few things for my children, I tried to price check the bathing suit with the changing room staff member and she stated it was an "item not found" and that it's probably an online sale and that someone could fix the price for me. Upon reaching the front of the store in self scan, I asked this man if there was anything he could do and stated that the female in the changing room station said it was on sale online. This man says "huh well I'll just check 'cuz' I have the app right here on my phone so. Nope it's still 49.99" he's rolling his eyes the entire time and kept interrupting what I was trying to explain... and after all of the attitude walks away while my mother was in the middle of a sentence saying "well I don't know what to tell you". After that I said "you are very rude". He laughed and said "sorry". My mother said "out of all the years we've worked in customer service Ive never met someone so rude and I'm calling and reporting this- what is your name?" He then is about 100 ft away and yells "oh GOOD. the names Joel. J-O-E-L. CALL THEM." His mannerism was so baffling I can't even believe this man works in customer service at ALL let alone a "manager" at a retail store I've always loved until now. read more

So I have to warn this star rating is coming purely because of the manager at this store. Besides that its clean and I dont mind it (minus the registers being at one end of the store away from the mall entrance, which is dumb) This mans name is Joel. Two black fridays in a row he has been a miserable bastard and I need to spread the word. This year on the Saturday after black friday, our cashier had a question on a coupon and asked Joel for help. Joel came over saying WHAT DO YOU WANT WHAT DO YOU NEED all aggravated. Before the cashier even finished his sentence, he picked up some of my items and said "these arent Christmas items no coupon, pay attention" First of all JOEL ... he wasn't asking about the Christmas coupons or bouncy balls. Second of all JOEL... you are rude and a disgusting, trash bag of a human being He waved his hands at me and my mother when we stood up for the cashier. He said WHATEVER and left. Nice management! Last year, he screwed up a transaction my target card which over charged it, si then I couldnt use the card t make my 500 dollar purchase. He suggested to me to pay off my card. But he did a transaction and did not void ut correctly. He stomped away from me. I card call services and stood right in his line of sight and then card service told him to reverse the charge and his void didnt go through correctly. He never apologized. He also asked me if I was done after I rang out correctly. JOEL you are miserable. JOEL I do not like you and I do not like how you treat your staff or customers. I generally don't shop in Target, but since I was in the "mall" anyway, I figured I would go in and have a look around. Much of the place is in disarray. Prices were also on the high side. Even their clearance items were very pricey. Yet, somehow I managed to plunk down $78 before getting out of there. read more

The store Managers Joel, Dan ,Patricia , David, Nicole are always willing to help customers.They go above and beyond customer service 5 stars . Joel always has a pleasant personality when you talk to him and will answer any question you may have very knowledgeable. All the managers are great and greet the customers when you see them. Really great customer service at this target attached to the mall. Was returning item and it was fast. Then I purchased some items and the manager saw a line so he asked the cashier at the cafe to ring me up, which led me to buy a drink at Starbucks. And this bathroom was also sparkling with a fresh smell. A guy was cleaning it and he was fast and said m'am to me when it was ready. Haha. Felt like this Target was def worth yelping! read more

The manager at the customer service desk was exceptionally rude when I asked to exchange a ten for a roll of quarters. I totally get it if they're running short or if it's against policy, but none of that was posted anywhere or told to me at any point and it is not an unreasonable request, especially for a big chain store. He was belittling, unhelpful, and unapologeticly dismissive, and I think I'd rather drive the extra half hour to a Target in Albany next time. read more

I would give this store a 5 star rating if it weren't for the store manager who was less than helpful. Very angry and obviously hated his job. His assistant wasn't any better. I recently visited Target because of their weekly ad which showed Unlocked phones sold at a discount. We were assisted by the person in charge of the electronics/phone section. He was informed enough to tell us that several of the phones were ringing up at lower than advertised prices and to check it. We did. He was right! We saved mega dollars on the phone. Generally, I find the store sparsely stocked. Things I find as in 'my store', often are not. This last visit may have been a fluke, but, one worth reporting - especially since the person manning the area was well informed, knew his products and current information. All of which resulted in an unexpected but great deal. read more

I just had to return something I had bought there in October. I didn't have the receipt, and was sure they'd use this as an excuse to not accept the trade. Marc at the service counter explained that it was just over the 90 day return policy, but would accept it anyway! Very friendly and helpful service. I usually have a great experience when I go here and I love that they have a Starbucks inside as well as a mini Pizza Hut. Everything is easy to find and I love the selection of clothing they have. I love it so much more than Walmart as it feel cleaner and the associates are much nicer. The new produce/grocery section was a great add to the store and makes my life much easier since I work at the mall and can pick up a few things on my way out after work! read more

Clean, orderly, convenient. Prices often aren't as good as Walmart, but I'll gladly pay double for the shopping experience that far supersedes the messy Pittsfield competitor aforementioned. Employees are not always around, but if you need one, they are very helpful, friendly and close by. I will chose Target over Walmart any day, and if you're in the Berkshires, I advise you do too :o) PS: generic products are often better than competitors of equal pricing.. read more

This is a great store! The manager, pharmacists, and other employees are very friendly, and their prices are good. They have quality goods, including good food. Their stores are clean, including the restrooms. The pharmacy has an excellent reward program in which for every five prescription are filled, one will get 5% off their next order, store wide. read more

Terrible experience with Target Mobile. I preordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 which was supposed to come with a $100 rebate and drove for an hour to get to Target. Once I was there I was told that I would have to sign a contract to get the phone (I use AT&T prepaid and I was going to use an AT&T phone so this was a surprise for me). Sarah who was working there assured me that I would just have to pay an installment plan and that everything was ok. She was still learning the system so she ended up having to pull my credit twice for an installment plan that I didn't even want just so I could look at the contract I would be signing. It turned out I would have to switch to a postpaid plan. I was told by the manager there that I could just do the postpaid plan for a month and then cancel the contract and switch back to prepaid without any fees or penalties. When we finally got through the credit checks and application forms there was a screen with a tiny text box in it that had the at&t terms and conditions. When printed, this turned into a 36 page document. I sat there and read it and there in the fine print it said I would have to pay a $325 early termination fee if I went with the plan proposed by the manager. He said he was surprised but that there was nothing he could do. To their credit these were two very nice people who were doing their best to solve things, but this whole situation was a mess and I wasted 2 hours traveling, over an hour trying to get this figured out at target, plus the costs of traveling there and back. Plus I would have lost over $300 if I had taken the advice I was given. I found this promotion by target to be very deceptive and even the manager agreed with that assessment. I will never consider buying a phone at target again, and the fact that they have to offer a $100 incentive speaks to some of the problems inherent in a business model where they profit from having employees peddle contracts with 3rd parties that they don't understand. I was further surprised that they would not sell me the phone even without the $100 incentive or even paying a premium. There was no way to leave the store with that phone unless I signed 36 pages of legalese with AT&T. I thought Target was better than this. read more

I usually love this store, I live out of state and like the low crowds of this location. The staff on the floor are great, always very helpful to find items or answer questions. Today there was only one cashier open with a line of people so I went to the express/customer service line. The girl had one customer then me, after the transaction she said I should've went to the other cashier. I said "there's only one open and a long line." So clearly I disrupted this girls "leisure hanging around time" to actually do her job. Why do so many people around here have a chip on their shoulder? I'm a customer and the reason she HAS a job.
