Lame store, they wouldn't let us price match 3 items that we bought there with price matching on target.com. Oddly enough, it's their own website? Why won't they price match? Really dumb policy. And the manager wouldn't budge. We bought the third one and have to go back to the target tomorrow to return and repurchase. Not a good policy when their own website is what I was price matching. I'm not a huge fan of Target. Sure, they're cleaner than wal-mart but that extra bit of tidyness doesn't make up for the prices. The products are always quality but the staff is not very helpful and they seem to be a little under-knowledged about their stores. read more

I want to start by saying I've never been to this target before but I go to Target a couple times a month. I was a bit confused with the layout, the house hold cleaner is on opposite ends of the store than the body wash area, different but who cares? I asked someone from electronics about where the house hold cleaners were because as I finished walking through the body area that's where I landed. He definitely didn't want to be bothered and he told me where it was, I explained oh that's odd. He already had dismissed me. Okay... someone's having a bad morning, whatever. I get to the line which there are two lanes open all the way to the clothing. Someone opens up, and I go to that person, (Freddy I believe). No hello, if he did it was so low I couldn't hear. I said hi anyway. It's good manners. I told him if it was okay for him to scan the soda from the cart. He didn't offer to help me lift and move them, okay that's fine. I got it in there I can get it out. Then he stuffed all my stuff in the bag. Which I couldn't carry because it was awkward. I asked for another bag. He was looking elsewhere ignoring me. I asked again, and then just grabbed one. He said, "oh, okay". Then I finished and left. No thank you, no parting whatsoever. I know that good customer service is rare. Which I reward when I see it. I don't even normally comment on bad service. I always play devils advocate in all situations. So yes, maybe he was bored, didn't want to work, had things on his mind, sure. But leave it at the door. I'll never come back here. It was just convenient at the time. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I live about 20 minutes from this store. Last night I went to this store to purchase a new Fitbit charge hr that was on sale for 49.99 it was sold out online but they had both products. It came with a free yurbuds. The manager said that the price online was wrong and they would not honor the price. This week's ad had it for 77.97 from 129.99. So I said that I would just order it for in store pick up. They said that they would CANCEL my order because the price online is wrong. I kept saying that it's Green Monday and that's why the price is different from the ad. Green Monday is the last day to get any items guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. I am shocked that a store would not honor the online price and would cancel my order for pickup! Make sure that you get the right price because they don't follow corporate prices! read more

Was on my way out to a hike when I realized I needed to buy extra water and sunscreen. Target to the rescue! This location was on par with any of the dozens of other Targets I've been in. The only difference was that the layout was way different (get ready all midwesterners reading this), but that didn't cause any problems at all. read more

This is your average target store. Don't expect anything special. The staff is either great or very rude. It evens out to a neutral stand. The staff will not go above and beyond for its customers. Bathrooms were dirty every time visited. Returns were always easy in this location. read more

I was in search of a hard to find toy for my child and when all the other stores were out I called this store to ask if they had it in stock. I'm very disappointed with the service at this store. I had the worst experience with management and cashier. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, knowing that the store was about to close I did my best to get the item I needed in a hurry. Getting to my car I noticed that I took the wrong item, I still had about 9 minutes to get back to the store and make an exchanged. At the time I enter the store I ask a manager where where to exchanged and he directed me to the customer service area. Well , they told me that they were close and that they couldn't help me, I explained how important the item was and if please someone could help me, the store was still open. I was treated so bad, one cashier came over and offered to help me, another cashier told her not to do it because the store was close. I was in shock, of how poorly this people have been trained and how management was not willing to help. The manager apologized because he gave me the wrong information, and ask me to comeback the next day. I told him how much I need it the item and that I was inside the store and that the store wasn't close when I tried to make the exchange, he got upset and left me talking by myself. I really need it the item so I bought it. ( can you imagine if I didn't have money to get another? ) At the moment of exiting the store I ask the manager his name and he didn't want to provide me with it. Then he said his first name, and when I ask for his last name he rolled his eyes and walk away. Im going to make sure to let every person I know, the bad experience I had at this store. I've never been in a place where employees are in such a hurry to leave that they don't care about customer service or have a little bit of compassion. The item was earphones for my son, he is going to start distance education tomorrow. When he was organizing everything for the next day. Our puppy grabbed it and destroyed it. All the stores are closing early, and my son needed earphones at 6:45.am. read more

I went to this Target last Friday to use the gift card I got from one of my students. I had bought stuff I knew was under $15 dollars. So I got in line and the male cashier rung my stuff up. I handed him the gift card, he scanned the gift card. During the whole process of ringing my things up he was talking too two of his other coworkers that were talking to this lady returning the registry scanner. He puts my gift card in the register and hands me another gift card that he already had in the register. I look at the one he handed to me and I tell him this isn't my card. And I told him that mines had $20 written on the back corner and there was still $5 and some change left on my card. I told the guy, that I want my gift card back. He even tried to say the card he handed to me was the one I gave him. I'm like no this gift card the red strip is scratched off and I never scratched mines. I don't know what trick that cashier was trying to play on me. But he messed with the wrong girl. I worked my ASS off to get that gift card! Whatever your name is why don't you work your ASS off do someone can reward you on your performance. Just be careful with your gift cards when paying! I didn't realize people are becoming so heartless to steal a customers gift card while they pay. Your mom didn't teach you anything. read more

We were shopping in Target last evening. We went to the check out, was not greeted or thanked for shopping Target. The entire time we were checking out, the Cashier was worrying about when he could take his break. He handed us our receipt ($96.00) and didn't say a word. This particular Target is never busy. The people who work there look like they are bored out of their minds. If I'm going to spend a lot of money in a store, you better treat me better or I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

I love this Target, never really crowded much here since I either go to this one or the Blue Diamond. I like the way the parking is set up here, I don't feel flustered entering into this target. Although it IS one of the smaller targets, with no Starbucks, or much of a produce section I still think this target is worth checking out if you're looking for something specific or simply leisurely looking around. I always end up walking out of the store with at least one thing. It's target how can you go wrong! They price match with amazon which is a cool thing. I think target is always a better route than Walmart which is by the way across the street. I just love the way everything is laid out, how the sections are organized, and how peaceful it is in here. It just gives me this warm feeling while I shop around that makes me want to take my time browsing through everything. The lines for checkout aren't that bad. They try to accommodate as much people as possible, and they do keep their store and bathrooms pretty clean. read more

I typically go to this Target when I need some everyday item. Bras, bowls or bed sheets. Today, it was a Foreman Grill. I didn't realize that trying to pick out a grill could be so daunting. There were about 6 grills to choose from. The smallest one seemed appealing... but there was no floor model out. I grabbed the last one but still had some questions on the specs so felt hesitant. I must've looked confused because Ryan, staff at Target, came over to check in and asked if I needed assistance. Such a sweetheart. I explained there was no floor model and wished I could see what the item looked like. He said,"No problem!" And he took the box, ripped it open with his big muscles, busted out the griller (okay, I'm being a little dramatic in the replay :) and I got to see what I was going to buy. Cool! That was easy enough. Just another successful trip at this store. The cashiers here have always been super nice and helpful too. read more

First time to this particular target. After not being able to find cute bedside table lamps at Walmart (all tacky) I drove across the street to this target which was confidently located across the street from Walmart which seemed strange. I liked that their was an abundance of parking out front. The lines were short and the check out clerk was super sweet. I even found unique bedside table lamps on clearance here.. I was trying to contact the Grand Canyon store. I live in their neighborhood and there are always Target shopping carts loose here. Why can't management put something on the carts to stop them from being removed from the parking lot. I have to call shopping cart retrieval to have them removed. Does this happen at the other Target's in Las Vegas? If so this is a corporate issue that should be dealt with. read more
