Walking into Target located on 3550 S. Rainbow always gives me the feeling of peace. I know I'm going to find what I want and probably even something I don't want. I've been going to this Target for at least 10 years. One thing Vegans know is how difficult it is for a business to stay consistent for any length of time. Well, let me tell you Target achieves that status. This is a store that never disappoints...whether you get seduced by the Jewelry counter or the adorable girls section at the front of the store. Anyways, she was super friendly and helpful. She heard me tell my mom that I was planning a Nemo/Dory birthday party for my son. She took that opportunity to make my Target run memorable. As we talked about my party theme, she also suggested other Nemo/Dory themed items that would be great for the party. I finished paying, and went back in to shop for the items she suggested. My experience at this specific Target is, just simply terrible. To start, the bathrooms were extremely dirty and had NO paper towels. Second, when I asked for a pretzel and popcorn the response was, and I quote, "I'm sorry, I don't have those items." I mean what Target doesn't have pretzels and popcorn? This is the worst store I've been to manager Michael was very rude and nasty got mad and very aggressive with me due to an error in their end tried buying shampoo that was advertised an ad and sale sticker $2.94 but rung up $4.99 what happened with taking care of customer verses arguing with them and blaming me for your system error he then continued to argue with me in front of cashiers and customers about the price verses just walking over to selves where the sign was clearly hanging or grab an ad he then followed me outside threatening me not to come back after I finally gave up on him honoring the price I will never come back here I've never been treated like this by anyone especially an so called manager target should do more retraining on how to provide great customer service read more

Target is a place for people that decide to go out and get dressed unlike people of Walmart who wear pajama pants and have no sense of pride for themselves. Targets are clean and the employees are always happy and take pride in their work. That sort of attitude is translated in their restrooms. The cleanliness of this lavatory really shows that they care about their customers. There is no old smelling odor or musk, amazingly clean and the quality of toilet tissue is incredible. It's almost like using a home toilet. Comfortable and relaxing. Therefore this target gets a 5 star rating in my book. read more

Came here about a week or two ago to buy me a new laptop as I was looking for a new laptop for a decent price went into the electronic section to ask for help in the laptop I wanted and nobody seem to want to help me one lady was on the phone and it seemed like that call was more important then helping me everybody else just walked by me or were to busy to help me. Eventually one of the employees helped me out and I purchased my laptop through him and a virus protection for my laptop. Overall the customer service is really bad here nobody seems to want to help or ask you for help and most of the employees just don't seem to give a damn it's a shame to because I kind of like this target and it's the only target close to my house needless to say I will probably end up doing business with another target due to this experience. read more

It might be older and have a limited selection in some aspects, but their seasonal catalog is amazing. I walked through their Christmas section making a checklist one day while killing some time. They keep everything well organized and it was easy to peruse the aisles. The prices are reasonable and you can easily decorate a house on a budget. Target is notorious for good quality at bargain prices. This target is smaller than other ones. The selection suffers because of that. I had a bunch of trouble with the Radio Shack located in the electronics department. But the staff at Target is usually pretty nice. It's pretty clean and usually not busy. The photo printer hadnt worked for the longest time and I dont know if they've fixed it yet. I much prefer Target to Walmart, so this one is definitely better than Walmart, however, I'd go to the one on Flamingo and 215 since it's larger and they have more stuff. Awful. I asked a team member to check a product. They did. Then told me they couldn't sell it bc it's street dated. But told me to "wait here" while they got someone else. I stood there for 20 minutes for that person to tell me no. Ok fine, you can't sell it, but don't have your customers wait around for no reason. I would give them zero stars if possible. After getting my big presents for my 3 nephews birthday party this weekend i stopped at Target to get wrapping paper and some more little gifts. They are turning 5 so the little kid dollar items are awesome! They even had a pack of cars bags to put it all in! I picked up some Halloween skull lights, a cute baby gift for my new niece and a gift for a friend that just survived the Mandalay Bay shooting (shot 3 times!). It was a nice shipping experience. My only issue was the wrapping paper section. They literally have jack! I couldn't believe what little they had to decorate the wrapping and i really didn't need much for little boy gifts. And nearly nothing as far as tape. The check out service was good but we waited quite a while because it was the only open register. They opened another after u had already waited and was next in line. We waited more because the girl checking out couldn't ring it the wine the woman was buying inline in from of us. The store was clean, organized and everything was priced (my biggest issue with Walmart). The prices can be a lot bigger than Walmart with less variety. But the toy section is much better! read more

i used the 5% discount debit card twice and target charge me even i didn't had funds because I did "change bank" ...right the way I went to store to pay the bills and for my surprise NO ONE knew what to do... and the letter that i had said the bill could pay at any store... The only person who help 100% was RICHARD H. he helped me about one hour or more with out any negative coment. First off I'd like to say I love target stores. Love them to death! So much I walk around in that store when I'm bored simply because I like being in one. So I would like to think target as an overall store is great. After concluding that, I have had the worst experience in this target store and thankfully wont have to return to this location again! The workers are young but that is no excuse to not know how to count change correctly at a job. Other targets hire young competent workers. They are not aware of their own sale items and weekly ads and when presented with an item that was supposed to be on sale the cashier told me it was not and I had to go take a picture to go prove it to them because they were too lazy to walk with me over to the section of the sale item. After agreeing it was their mistake they had to call a manager over instead of overriding it themselves like other target stores. This made a second trip over to the sale item's section because apparently my picture was not proof enough. After settling that issue, I had about 10 other items ready for purchase and the dumb cashier proceeds to take forever to ring the remaining items up, thus creating a line of impatient people... mad at me?!?! I'm sure those people realized the incompetency of the workers here just as much as I did after I was rung up. The retarded managers here hire retarded workers. Surprise! Love this Target because: 1. Aisles are wide and no junky racks 2. Plenty of easy parking and I don't have to dodge the crazy drivers just trying to walk to the entrance 3. Clean clean clean inside 4. Fast checkout 5. Quiet and not crowded. Notice how it's the exact opposite of Walmart? One small complaint. Why are the seasonal items waaaay in the back? I understand you don't want to crowd the front but isn't there a happy medium? Move shoes and underwear to the back and bring the seasonals closer to the middle. You can't even tell what holiday it is when walking in and I myself want to feel the spirit of whatever time of year it is. C'mon it might make me spend more. Upon returning the Customer Service girl told me to take it back to the Flamingo store or come back tomorrow because it not in our system because you purchased it today.
