I love target. I was super excited when I was moving so close to one until I came here. I am not that picky about stores, but this one is set up weird and tends to mostly have small and medium sizes. This review is for the cafe inside... First off, the service was pretty bad and not a welcoming attitude at all. As if I were an annoyance and not a potential customer. Anyway, ordered an item on the menu that wasn't readily available at the time, but could be cooked in 5 minutes. I said "sure, I don't mind waiting". So I pay upfront and the associate goes into the back area to start making my order. She proceeds to make my order (along with other items) with her bare, unwashed hands. (Which I know because she went straight from the register to the prep area). That was just a complete turn-off, and I left. Not bothering to ask for a refund. Ironically, an "A" grade from the health department was displayed right by the register area. read more

Just went to the target pharmacy on silverado ranch for the first time. I believe it was Kurt who assisted me(young Asian kid) he was so helpful. There was some trouble with my insurance and he got right to work on the phone calling around for around thirty minutes with a smile on his face the whole time. I will definitely be picking up my prescriptions there from now on due to his excellent customer service. read more

I have been calling this location for over 30 minutes and no one seems to be answering. I called another location and they told me that there was nothing they could do since the Silverado Ranch doesn't even answer their phone calls and the manager said she could not help me at all. They sold me a product that was already used and I didn't notice till I got home and took it apart to use it. This place is seriously going downhill I won't be shopping here again. Let's face it , this review isn't to stop people from shopping at Target cuz I mean HELLO it's TARGET! Lol but I'm writing this because of the lady who works at customer service... I couldn't see her name because her long black hair was covering it but she's always there and had the same bla personality she did a few months ago when I was returning something ... so the story is today as I was checking out , the Halloween costume I got and the candy was supposed to be 40% off ... well I didn't realize it till after fully checking out that the coupons never went through so the guy who rang me up said to go to customer service... there was a little line , no biggie but once it was my turn it was just bs really... the lady who I have a problem with is the lady with long black hair who's probably in her early 40's? Idk? But she was questioning me about the items and being very condescending when she was talking to me ... like I said this wasn't the first time she's been like this , she's done this before a few months ago.... anyway she asked a co worker if it was TRUE that the candy is 40 % off? And the lady looked it up and said yes it is and was super friendly and walked off... well then after I was done I looked at the receipt and realized our costume didn't have the 40% off coupon either ... so I had to get all the way back in line which now had 5 people waiting.... anyway by the time I got up there, there was another lady helping out ... her name tag I saw clearly and her name was Rebecca... WOW what a difference in customer service and she was much younger too... she was SUPER friendly and helpful and was very personable... i left target with a smiling thinking "I'm gonna write a review about her cuz the other lady is just awful to deal with" ... oh and I have to add I over heard another lady having the same problem and she was just as BLA and rude to her as she was to my husband and I... please put her behind the scenes and someone else up front read more

if i can rate this store 0 to -5 star, i would! my son & i were confronted & humiliated in front of many people by, first, the 2 security staff who approached us at the self-checkout accusing us of stealing a breast pump & $600-$700 worth of merchandise almost a week prior. i was at work on the day they said my son & i were at target. i denied their accusations, of course, and these guys, including their asset protection manager, travis, got a hold of the license plate number of our car that i was driving & threatened me that they are going to file a police report unless i return or pay for the merchandise they accused us of stealing. my son & i were traumatized because of the humiliating experience & stress they put us into. we go to this store at least once or twice a week & this is what they do their customers. they profiled me & my son, did not bother to investigate & get their facts straight before jumping into conclusion, did not talk to me & my son in private, instead humiliated us infront of many people & did not apologize that they fucked up! walmart & amazon will thank you after this because we are never going back to target, especially this store! read more

We drove about 2 hours to this store just to buy cell phones from Carvin. I had talked to him on the phone and he was very knowledgeable about the different providers and phones each one offered. I love the food here at Target, the pizza and pasta are great and the breadsticks are the best! But the service is horrible. We walked up to the counter without even being greeted. I started giving my order and the man who was running the register just stared blankly at us. I love target itself but it is a ghost town as far as employees go. I've been to this location quite a few times , I'd much rather shop target then Walmart and always have. I know there's such things as secret shoppers, this one particular person needs to find a better job cause he's sucks at it , me and my boyfriend were grocery shopping for our everyday things and at this point literally had a kart full of toilet paper , paper towels , food , etc. grabbing something I notice a lady in the aisle across from me being talked to by someone then points at me , the person talking to her then walks away and the lady then walks over to me and says that was extremely weird but he thinks your stealing , i looked at her and said what?!?! And she proceeds to tell me that he was standing next to her talking in a microphone describing what I'm wearing and what I'm doing and it then bothered her so she said something to him and that's when he told her I was stealing and that's when she pointed at me and he hurried off , I understand how it looks I'm young in a nicer area shopping and covered in tattoos but if I proceeded to check out and pay for my thing and was approached at the end by him that I was stealing I would've been pissed , I'm sure while you were worried about me " stealing " there was someone that actually was , don't Judge a book by its cover!! Went in today to buy tampons and dry shampoo, and since I only had two items I went to the self checkout and began to ring up my items, for some reason my tampons would not ring up so i had to wait for a self check out assistant to help me, not only was she super nice and friendly, she was able to find me a coupon to get a discount off my item, even though it was just some money off my item, the fact that she did that in the first place was so nice. This is why I go to target instead of other stores because of their great, friendly, and helpful customer service, unfortunately I didn't get her name but hopefully she's there again when I go. A+ customer service and it makes me feel good to shop there!! :) read more

We went there for Christmas pictures of our twin boys, and got shafted!! First, the photographer saw us coming, got up from the station, walked passed us and mumbled "have a seat"... Then, when he got back from whatever he ran off to do (wasn't the bathroom because that's where I went), he seemed to be disinterested in even doing the shoot... When we FINALLY got down to it, he ho-hummed his way through the shoot, lazily throwing things around our children, not bothering to make them laugh and admonishing us for trying, and missing some of the cutest pictures, refusing to take the shots we were asking for... He had attitude the entire time, the pictures came out TERRIBLE, luckily our kids are so cute that they don't seem to take bad pictures, but this guy got about as bad as possible... We didn't get his name, but he was wearing all black with a black beanie, at around 3pm on 12/11/14... If you plan on having your pictures done there, do yourselves a favor and change your plans... Purchased a game console for my daughter online at Target for Christmas, order was delayed twice. Had to cancel my order as delivery date was pushed past Christmas. Web site reads that you will not be charged until your order ships, guess what, I was charged. Now I have to wait and see when money will be put back in my account. Not happy with Target. I will be buying a game console a different store this week. I will never count on Target.com for any purchase again. Will be a long time before I shop at a Target store again. This review is strictly in regards to the photo department (photo lab). I ordered some prints online and had received an email that my prints were ready for pick up. I went in the very next morning and the machine was down for repair. When asked why no one had called to tell me my photos were not ready and why I had received a 'ready to pick up' email, the person behind the counter said they have no control over online orders. Well, I find it hard to believe that you cannot call customers who this had affected since when you order photos online you need to provide a phone number. This location was also a bit of a drive for me since my local Target does not have a photo lab. They then proceeded to tell me they had no idea when it would be fixed and if they can call me when its ready. Um, how about you should have called me to tell me there was an issue and saved me a trip? Terrible customer service. If you order online, you might want to check to see if their equipment is functioning!!! read more

Went here for a simple pack of undershirts and t-shirt. The employee at the dressing room was unhelpful, rude, loud, and foreign. There was nothing that could be understood by the way she spoke. She was more concerned about phone calls then even helping other employees, let alone any customers. After leaving the dressing room, my mother encountered no help with another unhelpful employee at the luggage department causing her more anger and dismay. We finally make our way to the check-out, where a very large blonde employee almost hits me. I move out of the way as he almost hits my girlfriend and mother. I move outside the checkout line and he comes way too quickly with two carts towards me, and almost hits my pregnant stomach. I yell at him in his face. He barely says sorry and we tell the cashier. He dismisses us and tells us the total coldly. I curse loudly noting the terrible customer service and storm out the building. My mother reports all of our exciting 45 minute encounters with the terrible service at this Target to the manager. I on the other hand was way too pissed to do so. Just a warning to all who go here, maybe try Walmart... Least you know their customer service is bad... But Target--- you have sure fallen down to Walmart level. read more
