I tried to take advantage of the baby promotion (like ive done many times in the past). They offer $20 gift card with $100 diaper purchase. Bought it online to pick up in the store. Total online said $106.74. Never got my gift card. Went to the store to ask and the manager said that $7+ was tax and is not included as part of the $100. My total was $99.96. They fought me over 4 cents!!! The manager refused to help me or even offer a "just this once" assistance. I told her as a consumer... all I saw was "$106.74". It's deceiving. She told me to take it up with online purchasing department. It would have cost you 4 cents to retain me as a customer! DO BETTER. read more

Usually I have No Issues At This Target & That's Great Because I'm In There Literally All The Time. Unfortunately last night I Had My First Not So Great Customer Service Experience. I was Shopping For A Few Things Including My Favorite Granola When Something Told Me Check The Expiration Dates Seeing As A Few Months Ago I Had Got An Expired Bag. To My Surprise There Where 6 Bags Dated May 21 2019 & That's Pretty Gross Seeing That It's Almost August! I decided To Take Them To customer Service to be helpful & I was greeted with a smile but as soon as I told the young lady behind the counter about the granola her little attitude flipped & she was not so nice which Of course is very rude especially when I was just trying to help others customers...your customers not buy expired products from months ago. I always enjoy shopping at this Target. The store is organized neatly and my shopping experience is always positive. I took 1 star away because the bathrooms always seem to be untidy and sometime the toilets are a bit filthy. I usually avoid at alll costs. The cafe always seems to be a mess as well. Trash everywhere and some of the workers may need some more customer service training. These are the only two aspects I wish I could change about this location. read more

The fall of brick and mortar retail stores. This is another one that will bite the dust because on-line shopping is much better. Why would any one want to fight traffic on Eastern Avenue or Silverado Ranch Blvd, park among cars flinging by, and then go inside to be annoyed and bothered by shoppers and bad selection? When I am staying in las vegas this is my local target and I like almost everything about it. Although I must agree with some of the other reviewers the selection here seems to be different and "less" than other locations. This was the only target in vegas with a portrait studio, and we drove all the way from the other side of town and invested $200 to take our family photos. We never received a call to pick them up, and when we drove back over to get them, the portrait studio (and all our photos) were gone. Customer service manager, though apologetic, could only provide us a phone number to hopefully be able to get our photos from corporate. In regards to the time invested in both trips, the amount we spent, and the ambiguity behind whether we will even get our photos... she didn't offer anything but an apology. She even tried to avert reputational damage by explaining that the portrait studio is a contractor, not owned by target, as if that seperates their responsi ility to assist in a resolution. When a customer walks into a Target, and takes photos with Target Photo Studio, they should not be told later that it has nothing to do with Target. No attempt at recovering the customer service experience. But that's what social media is for, right? read more

The improvements Target has made over the past couple of years are awesome. The grocery section carries items that are not always available in regular grocery stores. And the men's clothing section is so much better than before. Target is now carrying good name brands at great prices. Anything on sale at their website can be picked up at the store quickly. Now, with this location in particular I can say that I have always had a good experience. It is always very clean and the employees always seem to be helpful. This is the closest Target to my house and I like that the store is always so clean with friendly employees. Everything is so easy to find, and if you can't find what you're looking for then there is usually someone close by to assist you. I was here a few days ago and noticed a couple of departments were combined because of the remodel that is currently underway. Love this dangerous place! It's the same shopping center I work and I live right across the street! I shop here too much! I am a bit obsessed with target I use their app cartwheel which is very convenient! I also do have a target red card! Can you say scary? I do love how they update cartwheel everyday and altogether every Sunday! They have great prices i will def choose this target over the Walmart down the street! I found myself there because I was given a gift card as part of a promotion. Never had a problem until black Friday. We went on Thanksgiving and bought a 65' Samsung tv for $479 and a cart add on for a hoverboard which was $69 and paid half cash and half on a credit card. I went back the next day to return cart add on only and lady at customer service was lazy she just put it back on my card without asking or even looking at my receipt to see what forms of payment I used.When I told her I preferred cash back she said she couldn't because she could only do what the computer tells her to do...Now I previously worked in retail customer service for over 8 years so I knew that was bs and that was horrible customer service. Later I called to speak to her store manager which told me his name was Chris and later told my husband a different name he was worse they both had no knowledge of targets official return policy which say if you use multiple forms of payment you may receive your refund across all forms of payments used ,he tried to say that he could only put it back on our card also until I put my husband on the phone then he says oh yeah just come in and well charge your card again then refund you in cash. This is the worst customer service and from the employees in the store that should be giving the best customer service. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because of the three employees on the floor that were great and gave us exceptional customer service. Target really needs to train their customer service and management a whole lot better. This experience has made me not want to shop at target. read more

This is my favorite store. Home essentials, gifts, and even groceries. Only smaller items (can openers, serving spoon) are cheaper at Dollar Store. Target meets Amazon prices usually and has a much better return policy (full refund, no questions asked). I also like that people support Target and give the brand a good name Bob H. read more

Awful! Simply awful! We could not find some items were were looking for and so used the courtesy phone. I ran 7 times and someone hung up. Tried again-same result. They were not busy mid-day. I ran into two young employees on the floor and they said they did not know where the items were and did not ask anyone else. I wanted to buy a cold 6 pack of beer but their cooler only had large quantities and the 6 packs were on the top shelf-hard to reach and many items were out of stock. My local Target is much better. The only plus was the lady at the self-check out was nice and heard our experience. read more

I just came back from Target on Eastern & Silverado Ranch (I went for some late night clearance shopping). I checked out right at closing at 10:57PM and also used Cartwheel. I spent $36.87. For unknown reasons, neither the customer nor the customer service representative know which Cartwheels work and do not work. So, you have to wait for the receipt before you can double check the discounts. Unfortunately, Cartwheel rarely works correctly, no matter which Target you use it at. After paying and checking the receipt there were two items that did not receive the 20% Cartwheel discount. When I mentioned it to the clerk who checked me out. She told me I probably don't want to get a refund because it will actually charge my card again rather than refunding it. I told her I have had no issues getting refunds at the Target by my house (Stephanie and Sunset). She told me again it will double charge me. I told her she wasn't going to talk me out of getting a refund for the mistake. She laughed it off. I went to the customer service counter. The clerk, who claimed to be the manager but was not wearing a name tag, was waiting by the door to lock it after the last couple customers left (I was not the last). She asked what I needed and I told her Cartwheel did not give me the full discounts. I also told her the clerk at the register said I would be charged again rather than receiving a refund on my card. She agreed with the clerk. I told her that doesn't make sense and I wanted to try anyway. She came around the counter and as she did she said very snotty "For two dollars?" I questioned what she said; she repeated herself like "What are you going to do about it?" At this point I am getting very frustrated. Why should I be treated like that? I did nothing to her but keep her a couple minutes later than she would have normally stayed. I understand it is closing and she wants to get out of there. However, there is still a professionalism that should never go away, no matter the time (in actuality - because of her attitude and argumentative personality, it took twice as long as it should have). I wanted to ask her a question about which items were given the discount and which were not. She would not let me see the receipt so I could point them out to her. She said she needed it so she could figure out the total to refund and not to worry because she has a calculator on her phone. She never answered my question. She opened all the registers behind the customer service counter and said she could not give me a refund because it was after closing and there was no money in any of the registers. I told her - give me a refund on my card and I did not come in after closing for a refund. Rather, I just check out and there was a mistake on my receipt and it needs to be fixed before I leave. I am sure I got louder as she would not listen or shut up. I was not yelling, however. She told me to stop yelling because I shouldn't want to embarrass my four-year-old daughter. I told her I was not yelling and that my daughter had nothing to do with it and why would she say something like that? At this point I am not only getting more frustrated but I am kind of in shock at the level of unprofessionalism she displayed. I decided I needed to record the situation - just in case. I got my camera out to start recording the encounter. She told me she was not going to help me if I recorded her. I shut the camera off. She called a male clerk and asked for cash. She said she was going to give me $6.00 (even though the refund amount should have been $2.62) because I had such a bad customer service experience. I told her I didn't want more that what was due to me - she ignored me. I believe it is because she couldn't figure out the correct amount to refund. I apologized for keeping her a couple minutes late and also told her that's part of the job and if it is a problem for her or if she does not like working with customers then she should probably re-think her job and possibly get a new one. She ignored me. After she handed me the cash, I told the male clerk there shouldn't be an issue with refunding back to the card and maybe they should look into it. The clerk/manager?? decided to start talking again with even more attitude. I let her know I would be calling the manager tomorrow because of her foul attitude and her incorrect refund processing. That is when she let me know she is the manager. Yea right! I really hope not, treating people like that... This was my second trip to Target today. The first was at the one near my house. There I spent $32.69. I had an issue with Cartwheel there also. There, however, they had no problem fixing the mistake and refunding the $2.00 difference. They were friendly, smiled and fixed the mistake in about a minute. It was refunded back to my card even. read more

Up until now, I preferred going to this location even though there are closer locations to my house. However, the customer service here is ridiculous. On a Saturday around midday, how do you only have four registers open out of about 20?! And then, I wanted to pay with a Visa Gift card, and the cashier had no idea how to deal with it. She kept asking me for a pin number. There is no pin number! It works like a credit card. She didn't even get the manager. I just paid with a regular credit card, but was not happy. I felt like leaving the cart full of crap at the register and walking out. Needless to say, Target is getting as bad as Wal Mart when it comes to customer service. read more

This Target has gone through some changes and now has a grocery section. I love this! Some items are pricey compared to other stores but some are the same or lower that you would find. This happened last month. I am a gamier. PC, X Box. I went in for something (I don't remember) but I stopped to look for a new X Box game, The sales man said " If you don't like the game, bring it back in 30 days and you can extange it or get a gift card." So I picked up a game for $19.99, paid for it and went home. Tried the game, didn't like it, went back to Target around 3 hours later to get a different game. The girl said I cant return it because it had been opened. I told her what the sales guy said and went looking for him. He's gone for the day. So the manager comes, I explained what happened and she said " OK, Ill let you extange it for another game. So I go get another game ( this one cost $15.00 more) I would pay the difference. So the game I returned scanned at $65.00. The recet said I paid $19.99. Mass confusion. She gave me a look like I was trying to steal something. I said " Look, I bought this game on the basis's of the sales person said I could bring it back with the recet, and get another if I didn't like it. Why would I bring back something that cost $70.00 and I only paid &20.00?" She had to make a call to the higher up's. The power's that be in Target said to refund me "in cash" $70.00. I could have stolen $50.00 in cash from Target but I'm too honest. I said "NO". Just give me a $19.99 + tax credit toward my new game and we all will be happy. Well long story short, I got my new game, paid the difference and sent a letter to Target corp. I hope the guy didn't loose his job, I'm not pissed at Target, It was a total F-up from being told I could return an open game in the first place and then trying to give me cash (in the form of a gift card) that I ha-dent spent. spent like 3 hours on this in the store. read more

Credit cards from target are not good! Horrible customer service. They don't care to keep you as a loyal customer. They couldn't by pass one time online payment error which is a lie - I know they can. I've been a great customer for target and they couldn't help me out this one time. I do quite a bit of shopping at Target and this location is the closest to me. I refuse to shop at Wal-Mart and Target's prices are very comparable but without the ghetto-ness!! Great deals on lot's of things. Shopped early for back to school supplies and got killer deals like 10 cents for stuff. Until the new Target was built on Green Valley, this was the only Target closeby. I was constantly frustrated by the lack of basic food - even the old one on Spring Mountain had a much better (although still small!) selection of dairy, lunch meats and frozen foods. Sometimes you want to be able to go to Target and pick up some f-ing creamer while you're there - not so at this Target. I also find the store layout not all that great and the parking lot is HORRIBLE. There are way too many freaking stores that share the same parking lot and getting in, around, and out of the parking lot is always very stress-inducing. Thank goodness there is a better Target nearby! read more

Went to this location to check it out since we were on this side of town. Can't believe I haven't gone in here after all the times i've passed by it! It's huge (just like any target supercenter). I was actually doing some coupon shopping in here & there were just sooooo many price cuts it threw me off! HAHA! LOVED it though!!! Too bad I had my kids w/ me who were already grumbling so I didn't get a full "swipe" of the store as I would have wanted. =( Imma have to go again next time. Everything was well stocked from what I saw. I found everything easily. I seriously could have stayed in here for hours! LOL! I definitely would go back here again. Cashier I went to was really nice & patient. Took his time w/ ALL my coupons I handed which is a VERY good thing because I watch the cashiers (in every store I go to btw) like a hawk when i'm giving them coupons. (^_^) read more
