I would like to start by saying I always shop at target. It is always very nice,very organized and the staff is always very friendly. But today it was even better. My cashier was a very sweet gentleman name Robert. Within just the three minute exchange me and Robert had he made the sunshine a little brighter. He is just pure joy in human form. I actually like this target location, what I didn't like on this visit was how badly two employees were talking about another female co-worker in front of customers. It was a bit ridiculous lol and they could've totally done that on their break or something. I felt bad for the poor girl they were roasting so hard. At one point I needed help with something in the aisle they were in (I felt awkward interrupting the trash fest they were having) and they told me they didn't have it and then continued with the roast lol. I come to this location because it is closest to my home. Yesterday (12/18) I went in to do a little shopping but it is difficult for me to do some things since I am pregnant and have a toddler. I was high risk at one point, everything got a bit better for me but I am still unable to lift anything over 20 lbs. so we walked in the store and I was unable to put my son in the cart but luckily a nice young man that was collecting the carts from outside was right there when I walked in. I asked him if he could put my son in the cart and he had no problem helping me. He also helped me after I was done shopping, walked me to my car and lifted my son out of the cart for me. Listen, here is why I'm not providing five stars... I enter, pick up a hand basket with the bullseye and not a cart. Only with the intentions of a handful of items- necessities. THIS hand basket does not last long. My arm is weighted down and I then wobble back for the cart (all the while thinking don't drop any items). Target you get me every time! Anita was, is always, a giant ray of sunshine during checkout. Very kind and efficient. I generally like Target better than Walmart. There are good people at both companies, but it's easier to quickly get in and out of Target than Walmart because it's not so massive. Awesomely fast cashiers like Anita help too. Another bonus Target has over W is that you aren't subjected to the secondhand smoke as you are forced to walk through the cough-gauntlet of employees puffing on cigarettes on their breaks, strategically perched by the front doors when entering. I CANNOT BELIEVE... how helpful their staff is! I've never written a review for a grocery before, but the customer service I received earlier was above and beyond! I usually go to this branch for food and toiletries, but today, I decided to grab a foundation; and, I'm one of those ladies who know nothing about make-up. I got home, and my friend told me to return the foundation I got, because it was too light for my shade. I went back to the store and asked to exchange the foundation. Since I knew nothing about make-ups and how to match my shade, I just grabbed a darker one. As I was about to make the exchange, I asked Valeria at the customer service desk if she thinks it's the right shade for me. Apparently, she doesn't know much about it either, but she tried to put the foundations next to each other and checked which matched my skin better off of the container. She wasn't sure, so she asked help from other associates as well. To cut it short, none of the ladies really knew much about make-up either, but (I think) they have asked a nice customer if they knew anything about swatching(?) and gave us a tip on how to figure it out. I ended up with this shade, and even though they didn't really know much, they pretty much nailed it, cause I have it on in this selfie, and y'all can barely see my dark spots because of their help! You see my face? Do I look like I have make-up on? I don't even know how to put it on correctly, but I know I wouldn't need a filter if I'm wearing this shade. I must say I was very pleased with the customer service. I went in looking for another family pajama set for two more members in our fam because I can't find them at the other target stores. As I was looking for the size I noticed the price dropped and it went on sale. Asked a worker if I could do a price adjustment. She was unsure of the whole process so she went to check. Her attitude was awesome, it wasn't the "omg you're only saving a few dollars" kind of attitude that you'd get at some places when asking about price adjustment policies. She came back and told me I could as long as I had the receipt and I could use my phone receipt on the target app! Didn't even need the item itself. So off I go to the customer service area to proceed in getting my price adjustment. On my way there another worker doing the mobile pay on the side asked if she could help us ring our item (I had one shirt) and I told her of my price adjustment needs and she was going to try and help me but she couldn't figure it out. However, her friendly attitude was appreciated. Now, I'm at the customer service area and the process was quick, easy, and I didn't get attitude from anyone for getting a price adjustment! Didn't even need the credit card that we bought the items with. She scanned my receipt, punched a few numbers in, and voila! The adjustment was refunded back to whatever card it was purchased under. I went in thinking I'd be spending money and I walked out with money back into our account lol. So thank you to the three ladies that helped us that night! So sorry I forgot your names! Do not wear a red shirt into Target please. I always seem to ask the wrong person, a customer for help & they look at me like, Why are you asking me? Target is my sisters favorite store, however it took me this long to use us my Xmas gift card so you see how often I come here. I like this Target the best & it's the conveniently located, easy to get in & out of, hassle free. When I say overpriced, it's mostly the patio, seasonal items & holiday stuff. Love some of their soft cotton sheets & stationary. My niece & nephew end up loving the $1 gifts from their $1 section in the front more than the expensive ones I get them. Also my sister dresses them up so cute w/ mostly Target clothes. There's rarely a line, no self check out, but when there is a line it's cause they only have one person working. Also I swear I cannot find one person to help me ever, I have to hunt down people that's why they lose a star. read more

First of all, I'm not just one of those individuals that are just addicted to wandering and shopping at Target. I mean I am, but besides that... When they first started doing online ordering for pickup, and they amped up their Target app (love me my Cartwheel savings), I was totally enamored with their services. My appreciation for the staff has totally ballooned during this pandemic - they're part of a large group of essential workers. They've been patient with me at the checkout when I've had to search for my savings barcode 'cause the app updated. They've been respectful delivering my online order at the car, wearing masks. They've even made me laugh at the self-checkout when I can't function early in the morning, helping me like a newbie XD Air hugs all around for the Target team! read more

Who doesn't love Target?! I'm that girl that goes into Target with a list but leaves with so much more, SMH. This target has to be one of my favorites. This location has a huuuuge parking lot. This location is pretty clean and organized. The women's/juniors section is pretty big and they have a good amount of medium sized clothing. The make-up section is perfectly located, immediately in front of you when you walk in from the left entrance. I was surprised, but there is an entire grocery section to the left of the store which has meats, frozen items and fresh fruit! So you get a normal Target store plus a grocery store in one! They offer self check out registers if the regular registers get backed up. read more

Curbside here isn't great. Items here frequently wind up out of stock after I place an order (all Target stores seem to have problems keeping accurate/updated inventory to be fair, but this location seems to be even worse than most Target stores I frequent in the valley). Staff are friendly here, but at delivery they usually ask to scan the app barcode which is not great for contactless. Almost all the other Target stores I visit don't bother with the barcode scan expressly to provide as contactless an experience as possible. The only positive with this location is that orders are typically fulfilled in about an hour, which is better than most other Targets. All in all, nothing awful about curbside at this Target but I'd choose to pickup at other stores if possible. read more

I don't live in Vegas but I sure like stopping in very every day plain Jane kinda spots like target stores. I always find things at this particular target that the target stores nearest me, at home in So Cal, do not carry at all. One thing that I found recently was a cello type bag of cheezeit crackers in few different flavor varieties than what was available to me at home. A few trips before that I found the more natural flavor Albanese gummy bears. Those were so yummy. I cannot find those anywhere here in Los Angeles, not even now that it has been over a few months since I first spotted these goodies in this particular store. The associates are usually so helpful here. I haven't had any issues with any of them. Some of their associates are the type to go out of their way to help you even, the type that drop everything that they are doing and will walk you to where it is that you can find what you were looking for. Everything throughout the store looks well stocked and nicely rotated. I like that there is so much parking available too. I have had to put in some pick up orders here. They were ready so quickly and pick up was so easy. Hopefully I will be able to stop on in again soon. Thanks for keeping things neat but for also knowing where things are. I go here often with my Service dog who I have for medical purposes... a legit service dog might I add. I'm so tired of seeing pets walking around in here. On multiple occasions I've run into barking loud dogs who put my dog in danger. It's quite unfortunate that the employees never listen or ask them to leave. Especially when they see my dog behaving ( even with other dogs lunging and barking at her) id appreciate if they could be more strict and ask the two legal questions when they run into a dog so we can rule out pets vs service dogs. My dog is there to help me, and I gain freedom with her. Without her I wouldn't be able to be anywhere alone ( not because of anxiety but because of her medical alert task she was trained to do Incase of an emergency that saves my life!!!) Emotional support dogs DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS TO BE IN PUBLIC Today there were two dogs , barking back and fourth from shopping carts .. the owners just chatting away. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 # 41/100 I find myself at this Target a few times when I realized I didn't pack some of the essentials for my trip to Vegas. This is close enough to the hotel I stay at so convenience is the key factor. Also since I don't want to pay for the expensive but gaudy apparel at the hotel shopping stores. I found some cute Levi's and Mossimo shorts for $22. I also snagged some everyday shirts 3/$20. And since we're in the state of Nevada, for me Lubriderm lotion with 15 spf sunscreen is a must. Employees were friendly and helpful enough the few times I visited. Thank goodness I didn't encounter the messes in the restrooms as depicted in a few pictures. Everything is always sold out. It seems that this store focus more in Clothing department. Welp - I'm definitely a target lover. However, I recently had the most frustrating experience ever at their store! In short, I bought a visa gift card that was part of a relatively sophisticated scam that put me out $100. While initially, I was told to call the number on the card which was of no use, I was eventually given a name of a manager who would be in the store the following day by an employee who answered the phone. Upon arrival the following day, I was surprised to see the name of the man who was helping me was the same name as I was given, so I asked if he was the big boss which he confirmed he was. I went on to explain the situation and he vowed to resolve it the only way he could. With that I am forever grateful. You rock "Big boss Greg"! I came to this target yesterday at around 11 am and not even 5 minutes into being there a security guard approached me accusing me of stealing with my "boyfriend" and tried to kick me out. I came alone I had no clue who he was talking about and yet he proceeded to accuse me as well as saying they caught me talking to this man calling him "babe" on camera. This was absolutely ridiculous I had no clue who he was talking about and I literally just walked into the store alone. After standing me ground he left but then proceeded to come back a second time and accuse me again as well as attempt to kick me out. At this point this felt like harassment. As I always say, customer service is everything! I stopped by looking for video games for my nephews. According to the website, this store had the games, but I couldn't find them. I asked an incredible employee, Patrick, if he could help me. He walked with me to the aisle and confirmed the item wasn't on display. Then he checked on his phone and saw the games were in the back. He went to grab them, and asked me if I needed anything else. I said I was all set and he asked if he could cash me out. Awesome like that! Absolutely terrible. I come in to pick up a large order that the website said it would be done in under two hours. I arrive, and one of the employees tells me that it could take up to six hours. I asked to speak to a manager, manager by the name of Winnjay approaches and says "where is it" referring to me. And proceeds to be an absolute A**hole. Telling me that they aren't just working on one order ignoring the fact the website says under 2 hours, he proceeds to say it takes up to 3 -6 hours talking like his target manager position takes a 200IQ while operating with a room temp IQ. It's never too busy and there are plenty of check out lanes including self checkout. This Target hits the mark! Formerly a Target Greatland, this location is one of the largest Target stores in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. While I'm a fan of almost every Target I visit (and am constantly leaving with items I didn't know I needed) I actually go out of my way to visit this location frequently. I'm constantly finding items that aren't stocked at other locations. This particular store also seems to get new items before the other stores and clearances their other products sooner. The only complaint I have is that the trash cans outside are always full to the point of overflowing. This seems to be a constant issue regardless of what time of day I've been there. read more

Maybe I'm imagining it, but I think the selection at this location is a little better than the two locations closer to my house. I definitely don't mind when I'm in this area and need to stop in to Target. The first time I came here the store layout threw me off. It reminds me of my Target store in Texas from years ago, not the layout they are trying to implement at most of the stores now. This location doesn't have the expanded grocery area like other stores, but I think this is why the other departments still have a good selection. My favorite section at this location is the party area. All of the pretty paper products and decorations. Of course it's right up front so they get me in lala land as soon as I come in. The area around the store is busy and can be crazy, but the parking lot is big. If you are willing to walk a bit then parking is less stressful. This is also one of the few locations still willing to call for additional cashiers when the line starts to grow. read more

I really want to like this target location because it's close to my house but they never have the item I'm looking for and always send me to the dressing room attendants so they can check other locations for what I want. I'm not trying to find something extremely rare. I'm just trying to find honest brand newborn diapers and travel pre-maid formula bottles. I have to give 5 stars to their drive up service! I have tried multiple Targets and their drive up service (both in California and here in Nevada) and this particular store is ALWAYS the fastest at gathering all of my items. The longest I've had to wait was 58 minutes before It was ready for drive up! Once I drive up, I wait less than 3 minutes and a team member comes out and places my order in my trunk.
