We literally just came here to order food and grab something small to eat and their customer service at the cafe fucking sucks. This lady (red head, tattoos, etc) was completely rude to us. She didn't ask what she could get for us, didn't say anything, just waited for us to order. Then, she just threw the pasta and the breadsticks and the cup to us and didn't say anything at all. Like honestly, regardless whether you're having a bad day or not, you really shouldn't be acting like that. At least ask us what can we get for you versus not say anything at all. Then, I went to pay with card and I wanted cash back, instead of telling us that she had no change to give us, she let the transaction go through and waited til it was completed to let us know that they don't carry enough change for $40. Also, I spoke to the manager and all they said was sorry and nothing else. So I guess we'll never be back again or we'll just wait until someone else is working. Coming from living in California I definitely appreciate this Target location. It has a huge parking lot which is never half full, it's never overly crowded, and it's easy to navigate. Plus all the workers there seem to be friendly. I have never encountered a negative Nancy here! read more

This Target is okay. I'm not too fond of the way things are laid out since they have hangers all the way over near the home improvement area instead of putting it near the clothes or storage. Almost like an after-thought. Interestingly enough, most Targets that I've been to put hangers/cloth hampers and the like over by storage boxes and such. So it was strange that this particular store was laid out differently. It was also interesting that they had only one row of refrigeration units but they put them right in the middle. Most of the time, you see fridge goods against the wall. Overall, it's a Target. Nothing crazy. I will say that there was a rep that asked me about whether or not I wanted to buy an iPhone. Now, having one, I declined, but that was definitely a different approach to sales. She didn't continue to hound or anything, and was very friendly so not sure if it was the rep taking it upon herself or a new Target sales strategy. read more

Always seem to find a deal on what I need and what I dont. lol The Cartwheel App for Target is great especially when you can match up sales and coupons with other apps. Makes shopping like a game. Target stores have always been great shopping. This location comparatively to the other locations is alright. Located off Eastern, it's a busier and more hectic parking area. My honey-do list always contains a variety of things we need for the house. Whether it's electronics, a new shirt, napkins or beauty products - he can find it all at Target. This location seems to be a little smaller with things packed a little more tightly in the aisles. But other than that, service here is good with some of the employees being very helpful. They still do a great job keeping everything clean and organized. If I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in. read more

Most disrespectful clerk I've ever had, at the self checkout no less! A lady started cursing me out and calling me slurs just because I clarified I was next at the self checkout. The clerk watching over the area barely acknowledged this lady and instead acting like I was a problem even after politely explaining the situation and the lady continuing to yell curses at me at a register she went to first! With kids around! A mother litterally told her kids to cover their ears it was so bad and when I asked the clerk if she was going to do something about this she stated "what should I do?" And just stood there! The lady still not checking out and instead standing there threatening me to come outside and calling my little sister a fatass for just asking her to stop as theres kids around! Even worse when I finally checked out (lady still there going off) the clerk had the audacity to look at us and say "just leave" like we were the ones starting anything! God I've never been treated like that by anyone let alone while another person is there throwing slurs at me. I dont blame Target for the rude customer you cant control that. Decided to do a drive up order for some cute black flare leggings. About an hour past and I got the notification saying that they weren't able to fulfill my order. Wasn't too upset at first because it said there was only two left in stock. I then decided to go in to get a pair of leggings similar, walked right to the women's all in motion section and saw some cute leggings. Just my luck they had a pair of black flare leggings in my size. I then checked the DPCI and they were the same leggings that I ordered online for my pick up and there was two on the floor. *Beware* QUADRUPLE charging at register at this location!! Mainly, this review is of their check out system. As I was attempting to check out, I inserted my card into the reader (with a chip) the machine said "reader error". No problem, I tried again. This time another error came back. The cashier said I needed to try the chip 3 times before being allowed to scan...ok.. I did it 3 times, then swiped, then the cashier said my card declined (shocker..) After trying to figure out the problem and going between swiping and scanning my card, my card's security breach theft lock activated. The cashier advised me to call. I was going to call anyway because something wasn't right. Having no financial problems, I knew this was something technical on their end. So, we suspend my entire order and I go off line. Mind you, I was holding up 3 other visibly frustrated people behind me. Luckily, my card has great customer service and anti-theft features. The CS rep said that Target was trying to double charge my transaction and a third transaction was pending!! Unbelievable!! I flagged all 3 and reversed the charges, then paid in another form of payment. The cashier was very nice, so there was no need to cause a scene but I was very bothered by all of this. What if I didn't have the security lock pick up fraud on my card?! Target would've walked with over $800!! And I would've been left pleading with my bank. The whole situation seemed very scammy. I called today to get a certain set of pet pajamas and guest services told me 3 mediums were available. I drove immediately over and got there within 20 minutes. When I got there, I couldn't find them so I asked and when they radioed the manager she said they had been sold out for weeks. When I tried to explain my situation and that I just drove 20 min, the young lady (who was very nice) reached out to the manager again who said she was "going on lunch" and for her to apologize to me and that was that. Get your stuff together and maybe put off your lunch for a couple minutes to do your job. Also, the guest services desk should be on the same page as the managers with inventory. read more

They didn't have the paper towels I use (Brawny), the face wash I use (pore refining Neutrogena), the cold and flu medication I needed (Coricidin), the pack of toilet paper I usually get (20 pack Scott)- and on top of that, all their prices are HIGH AS HELL.....like wtf do y'all buy from there? I never thought I'd rate a Target a 1 star but wow! I'm in this part of town because my husband has certification tests to take. I was so happy to see a target near by to go shop and waste 3 hours. Their website says open at 8am, but they will not let public in until 9am. At risk group is allowed to enter at 8am. Im happy they are looking out for their customers but if you want to open to a certain group then you need to do it BEFORE your store hours. So many people got turned away this morning. People plan their days out according to when places open. Fix your website or lose more customers than the group of people I saw get turned away this morning. read more

This Target is pretty big and has a grocery selection, which is awesome because I can do all my shopping here! They also price match on video games. They have a pharmacy and even a Starbucks in this location. The staff seems nice. Most of the time I get polite cashiers. I recall one time getting a specific employee who was extremely slow in checking my items out and that whole process.. but other than that, this Target pretty much has everything I need! read more

For a long time this was our only Target in the area. Then they opened the one on Green Valley and Horizon Ridge. I shop at both stores but lately, this one here on Eastern has been my go-to. Pretty much every employee I've encountered from Customer Service to people in the departments to cashiers, has been really really nice. There's a gentleman that's been at self-checkout the last two times I went at night. He's really helpful and PATIENT. The store looks great. Clean and well stocked. Target has everything I need and of course, everything I don't need but WANT. :-) There's plenty of parking. The parking lot is clean as well so you won't feel yucky shopping there lol. Another thing I like about shopping in this area: even my fellow shoppers are friendly. Green Valley/Horizon Ridge customers: not so much. My partner and I went to have Christmas photos taken. Our photographer did and said a lot of homophobic things to us that will make me rethink coming to this Target. After being asked which of us was the man and which of us was the woman... After being told she "didn't know" how to pose us so she'd just pose us like a "normal" couple... After closing the door on our session when the session before us and the session after us had the door open... After being told she was going to "look up how to pose" us on Pinterest and then saying "Ew. Shouldn't have googled that..." After giving us 12 photos when the session before us (same photographer) had nearly 30 photos... After inserting herself in to a conversation I was having with our sales associate only to try and make a derisive joke about our sexuality... ...I don't think we'll be back. We were only happy with about half of the photos she did take and we will more than likely use the digital prints to get cards and enlarged prints elsewhere. Normally Target is our go-to for a lot of goods and service. But not for photos. By the way, the two sales associates who were there were wonderful and I want to be friends with them in real life. Went there today 6/8/17, and when I came out to give my clothes back, I was standing right in front of 2 girls in the fitting room, and they did not acknowledge me. I really only came to browse. The famous last words of every Target lover. I found a few things I wanted like usual, but I left with nothing. When I went to checkout there were only two out of the 16+ lines open and each had 6+ people with full carts waiting to checkout. I don't have time for that kind of nonsense. So I left my cart full of stuff I didn't need but would've gladly spent money on to have right now. Moral of the story, hire more people or staff better. I saw at least ten employees walking around in pairs of twos talking to each other just kickin it?? Smh. No longer is this the Target of choice when I need essential home goods, but by far on of the better ones. Not much has changed from the time they opened their doors til now. This should definitely be looked at as a plus, but does not always have the best clearance selection. Each Target looks to dictate their own markdown prices, and this one is a hit or miss. I just went to this Target and never again. I went to the self checkout and NO ONE was in line. As I was scanning my stuff, which was majority baby stuff, some socks weren't scanning. An employee approach me and she had a complete attitude and even ask me if I was IN LINE! All because another lady JUST got there and started saying I wasn't in line. So I just completely ignored the other lady due to not having conflict. I looked at the employee and just told her to take off the sock since she didn't even seem like she was going to help me out. Targets are great and I am doing all my Target reviews this week, as I have visited most of them this week for various reasons. a. Parking - 2 star - Parking is plentiful, but the traffic flow is terrible because they designed the main entrance traffic coincide with the main entrance and main pedestrian flow. so this is a terrible traffic flow design. You have to watch carefully for those drivers... b. Entrance - 1 Star - Why put the smokers area even in the wind flow of the main entrance? All the employees and visitors that smoke will smoke out here and the wind flows toward the entrance. c. Selections - 4 star - Everything here! They also have the portrait studio. d. Flow - 4 star - Not bad. e. Stock - 4 star - Generally good, but I noticed often times I have had to seek out things and have to leave as what I wanted was not in stock. Overall this place still is heads and shoulders above K-Mart and Walmart. Just whomever designed the traffic and smoking area needs to get a bit more edumacated or get more practical. I hold Targets to an extremely high standard so this one, while still a Target, is not my favorite. It is still branded as a Target Greatland, which is all but deceased elsewhere in the country. It is set up exactly like a few other Targets I have been to, but I find this layout to be just too confusing. The center of the store is too large and doesn't flow very well. I'm not sure how they could improve it, but I know that I shouldn't feel more comfortable with a Walmart layout than a Target one. I will stick to my fave Target on Lake Mead for now. This one is not worth the logistic headache. read more

I'm exploring the area of Henderson since I'm moving there quite soon :( After hitting the M Casino and grandma winning me some money I had my eye on a purse that I saw a few weeks ago and I really wanted it! I don't ask for much but this purse had my name written all over it LOL! I pulled up Yelp/GPS to see the nearest Target around the casino and here this one popped up! No more than 10 minutes away from the M casino! They had exactly what I was looking for and I signed up for the Cartwheel App that gave us a discount off too! I tend to refer to this Target as "the crappy Target". But that's really just because there's a newer Target not too far away that is just oh-so pretty and nice. When it comes to the older, more established Target locations, this one is just like any of those. It's a Target. Pluses: Safe parking lot (Walmart has a well deserved bad reputation in this department). Clean stocked store, Good basic items at decent prices. I shop here for stuff like: hair dye, dog bones,pre packaged food,and bleach. Annoying me lately -SEVERE UNDERSTAFFING/ CONSTANT NEW CASHIERS Come to think of it - I have never seen the same employee twice! I have been coming since I moved here a decade ago and seriously they must go through people like toilet paper at this location. I purposely do Target not Walmart but I'm beginning to question if they are no better to employees. They have tons of check out lines but exactly 3 people working. All clearly new, all minorities or disabled (tax breaks) and all very slow. I ended up leaving my bleach and dog bones. I'm not waiting 30 min. Add to that The New York Times is now reporting 150 million customer credit card data breach - up from 70 million and now includes not just Black Friday but stored data if you ever shopped there! Managers are foul. I spend a lot of time at target, came across a toy which I was highly surprised that it was tagged ONE THE SHELF for $6.99. It was a set of action figures, same EXACT NAME as the tag on the shelf. I was so excited for such a good price! Then when I came to the register it rang up as $49.99. I was so confused! The cashier said oh it's because the toys are mixed up, so I went back and took a picture. Told her that the shelf is posted as this price & says exactly what to toy says so it's def not in the wrong place? She then called a manager and I asked the manager if she can honor the price & laughed and said no! She said the best she can do is 10%? I mean it's a huge different but how are you not gonna honor it if it wasn't our mistake that was made. It's not like it had a wrong sale sticker on it, it was a printed label on the shelf. Clean. Neat. Tidy. I can find everything with ease. Helpful and friendly workers. If there are deals such as summer clearance, workers will point you to it and give you suggestions on what they think is the most beneficial at the best price. They also price match which is a big plus. read more

Love this store!! I would say 98% of the time the store is clean and if they are stocking shelves they leave room for you to get around them. They even keep the bathrooms clean!! I hate using public bathrooms so if it happens I have to I am a huge critic. I even use the pharmacy here and a girl named Gina is always sweet, helpful and even remembers our names!! The rest of the staff and Pharmacists are also very friendly and helpful as well. Love the grocery store they now have. Just pay attention to your prices but, they do have some items that I love that the other stores I go do not have. Also if you connect the red card to your debit card you will always get a % off even groceries!! My only complaint and I know that its not the store but, with the clothes they are not usually true to size. My husband wears a large and when I buy him shirts there I have to get an XL for them to fit him I will always come back. read more

I'm very happy with the service Jeff provided today at the customer service area for returns. Had terrible experience from the Rainbow & Spring Mountain location; I was on that side of town, went there, was lied to about the no receipt return policy, scan the ID, that I couldn't even pay the difference to upgrade the gift already knowing I didn't mind it was only worth the lowest price in 90 days. Also said I could only purchase a product, in the same department, for the EXACT same price that I couldn't go over or under.... One of employees took of the return policy to show me "may be limited". Today, I drove to the Silverado Ranch location and was treated friendly & professional, let me know the REAL policy, and said I can pay the difference. Thank you Jeff! read more
