I love my CVS pharmacy here! Not just because my insurance is covers it, but it's because of their personal relationship and advocacy towards their clients. I love how they know me by name already and ask about my kids well being. They're so organized and our prescriptions are set to go when we arrive. There's never a long line so I'm in and out quick. Even when it gets busy, I can always shop around, get coffee/food while I wait. They even recommended flu vaccinations since its free through our insurance. The Pharmacist Thomas G., provided a quick, painless and efficient shot. I also recommend pregnant women to getting their flu shots now during flu season. Just contact your Primary Physician before taking this course of action and it cannot be the Live vaccine nasal spray. When ever you pick up a prescription or purchase through the pharmacy, they also currently have a $5 store credit deal to give out. We needed tons of stuff that we forgot to pack for our trip last weekend. So I swung by Tarjayy right when they opened since I was already awake and on the road with our rental car. I love how clean and organized this Target it. And everything is very easy to find, unlike some of the Targets that I normally shop at here in NorCal. Customer service is great here and the restrooms are pretty clean too. Huge parking lot and it's located super close to The Strip. It's better to grab your necessities here at a place that doesn't overprice their shizz (*ahem Walgreens, ahem CVS!). read more

Miserable, through no fault of the staff. There was just something about this particular Target - the worst, angriest, weirdest customers in the world just seem to flock here. There were shouting fights in the aisles and the family in front of me in line left an entire grocery cart full of merchandise there without paying and just walked out. This is the most ghetto target, never have anything stocked, and sketchy ppl always around. Also the price tag on the shelf will say one thing and then its more expensive at check out, just checked my receipt theres over 5 items i got that was more expensive than what it said on the shelf, ranging from .50 cents to a few dollars. really annoying. i only noticed 1 item at check out that was $3 more than what it said on the shelf, i got that specific item bc it was cheaper than the other options but didnt want to hold up the line. but the fact i have over 5 items on my receipt that were more expensive than advertised is f*ckin ridiculous. read more

I went to Starbucks in target this evening, I ordered a cheese danish and tall coffee, I asked the gurl to warm up the cheese danish and she told me that they don't have a microwave!!!! Interesting mix here- one stop shopping. Since I come here for my prescription, I often browse: the groceries (sale prices are good- don't forget the end caps with additional markdowns), essentials (paper products and womens stuff included), cosmetics (natural included), impressive travel size section on the wall near the pharmacy (for tourists or when you are heading out of town yourself), and electronics (sometimes the blu rays are on sale). The furniture has evolved into a psuedo-Pier 1 Imports/Cost Plus vibe. There's a nice toy section for the little ones, exercise section for the active people, and other houswares section. Almost forgot to mention the clothing section, accessories, and jewelry departments- the prices have gotten higher since introducing newer brands, so I skip these sections. I guess it's worth scanning the clearance racks. In the front, is a snack bar and ever-popular Starbucks. Closeby are the customer service desk with the registering stations and bathrooms. A huge mix of people shopping here are students, tourists, locals, and career types. Proof that this store appeals to all walks of life. Nice that there are purell wipes for the germiphobe (like me) who can wipe down the shopping cart. read more

I have never been a Target fan until now. I was so shocked at how clean and nice this store was! Unlike Wal-Mart, people actually practiced safe social distancing here. Also, there are no noisy shopping carts which is also really nice. This location was such a quiet and nice shopping experience that I'll definitely be back! read more

Warning: Do Not Take Your Target Shopping Cart Outside of the Store. I was here to pick up some stuff online. I guess this aerea is a bad neighborhood. The cart has a remote locked up device to stop your cart from moving. My cart was made inoperable n locked by a guy behind me (security guy) from taking the cart to my car when i parked at the Target parking lot just 100 ft away from the front door. I was surprised. I then take my stuff out and walk to my car. I saw one guy pushing another cart at the far end of the parking lot and nothing happened to his Target cart and he is black. I am Asian, so is that racist? How come the security guard is selective on his intension to stop me using his remote control Target cart stopper? No. May be I guess what happenned was the black guys Target cart's rolling remote small battery was "dead". Discrimination, you decide? Uhhhaaa. read more

This is the target I always come to due to its location. I find that the store layout doesn't change a lot so I can know where everything is and be in and out. Staff here is always friendly. I can't think of a time when I had a bad experience. Sometimes I find that during the day it gets busier than they think and lines start to build up. I notice it happen a lot around the same hours. Staff is pulled off the floor to take over registers. Announcements for more staff to the front. I find that's common in a lot of places like this. It can go from dead to very busy fast. So they handle it well and that's good to see. Store is always organized. Food section of the store is very clean too. When I'm there I find myself scooping up some meat or fruits and veggies. The produce is very fresh and it hasn't been there a long time which is nice. If you are in the area use this target. You will be quite happy. I know it's just a department store but customer service goes a long way. read more

I come to this Target rather frequently (mainly because it is very close to my office, making it a convenient choice). I wouldn't say it is the absolute best Target out there, but it does get the job done and the employees are for the most part friendly. The actual location of the Target can make it a little sketchy - I am often approached in the parking lot by people asking for money or asking if they can wash my windows for money. I've never felt 'uncomfortable' even going here alone so that's not an issue. Inside the Target is clean and easy to navigate. They do have have stock issues from time to time; things just not really being in when I need them or not having much of a selection on certain times (whether it be brand or color or size). With that said, their options do typically get the job done. They usually have a decent selection of clearance items and plenty of new items out for display, which of course only gives me more of an excuse to visit on my break and spend money. That said, they do have self checkouts (this is a newer addition to this location) and they are lovely. Easy to use and not super loud or obnoxious. The line is typically much shorter for the self checkout than any of the registers. I think this is because this locate is the closest to the strip so there are often many tourists. This location also has a little snack bar and of course a Starbucks (both are very much appreciated). If you need a quick item (from clothes to shampoo to household items) this place will do the trick, but it won't necessarily be a glamorous place to visit. read more

Never have I been treated with such utter disregard. Tonight will probably be the last time I set foot in this Target. Since my Mother works at Sunrise Hospital I tend to stop in from time to time . We enjoy the pizza and icees available here and decided to check out Funko Pop Vinyls. While being back in the toy section we opted it to check out Halloween shop. My Five year old son decided he wanted this Ant Man costume and they had a coupon listed you get $10 off if you spend $40 in the Halloween shop excluding food, snacks and candy . We proceeded to pick out various Halloween bags, party favor type items and of course the costume totaling almost $45 before tax in Halloween items. The coupon didn't want to work stating there weren't enough eligible items. The lady checking us out questioned the candles we purchased. I advised that wasn't included in our calculation. She then tried to do the math. When she wasn't able to decide/ problem solve why . She ended up calling for her supervisor "Jennifer" who we had already encountered earlier when she forced us to move check out lines and caused us a big delay. When Jennifer showed up she said well is it all Halloween you realize it is "Before Tax" right ? I proceeded to let her know we know how to do math and definitely have items that total over $40. Jennifer said "is everything in that bag Halloween" and snatched it to another check stand to begin scanning , I proceeded to let her know the totals. After she demanded to see the coupon I got my phone back from the lady at the check stand and when she scanned it and it didn't work she simply looked at me and said "it's stationary that's why?" Instead of saying sorry or that we should move the stuff thanks for letting us know or anything she basically just was indifferent and rude and refused to let the girl helping us move a long her line so the people behind her were angry. They took it out on me stating I'm the rude one but here is the thing. If Jennifer knew it was wrong the items they should not be in the Halloween "Shop" I also believe she should of apologized. Because guess what? I would of just gotten my costume for $20 and gotten the five dollars off. Even with the Halloween items I picked if she did a price Correction would've only really been $5 off but for me it isn't about the money . My issue is the disrespect and the fact she had no solutions or consideration of my time. Not to mention trying to blame the customer is never the way to do business. Now party city and Walmart will get a majority of my Halloween purchases. I go to Target for the quality service and ease of check out. I come here frequently enough to rate this Target with 4 stars because of their customer service and convenience. To be honest, it's been quite a mess since they hired a new manager but it doesnt change their employees at all. They're funny, nice, and helpful despite having to deal with the constant wave of rude customers/bums from the parking lot trying to steal, make false "returns", or just making their job harder in general. I applaud them for sticking around this location because it is, in fact, in a "ghetto" area. If you're not brave enough then I recommend you not to come to this one, but it's really not that bad. (I was raised in a ghetto area and have seen worse, if that gives you a range for my tolerance). This target is well organized on slow weekdays, but a little messy during holidays and weekends (same pattern applies for their restrooms). Overall, the merchandise are almost always where they're supposed to be -- or at least somewhere around in their categorized area. I never had to deal with not being able to find anything on my own. They're a pretty large size and now have self-check out lanes! That's honestly my new favorite asset of this Target. Near the entrance and exit they have a pizzahut/cafe and starbucks! The only thing I hate about starbucks is that they only have one electrical outlet so whenever I try to study there, I have to pray for the outlet to be open. PS. This is less a review of Target and more of the service. This location has all the bells & whistles of every other remodeled store - i.e. fresh foods, freezers, modern design. But what the others don't have (ok, some probably do) is an old black woman who rules her lane with an iron fist. This woman was telling customers what to do as she worked diligently to maintain her lane's beauty. The octogenarian in front of us was perplexed when the cashier took her items off the belt, but she told her it was to clean it off. We then stood by while this woman instructed everyone to keep items off the belt while she ran a moist towel over it again and again and again. Then, once she was done, the elderly woman in front of us reached for some gum while the belt was still moving. The cashier thought she was reaching for a plastic bumper to place on the belt so it would stop moving. She quickly snapped, "Don't put that down there, ma'am. Just stop." The old woman looked perplexed. "Am I doing something wrong?", she sheepishly inquired. The cashier said nothing. After I was allowed to place my things on the belt, she instructed the woman behind me to do put her things down as well. She then collected all our purchases into small piles near her register, leaving the belt empty. The guy two people behind me started to unload. "Sir, stop. Put it on the belt." He looked confused; everything WAS going on the belt. He started removing things when the woman tersely shot back with "the basket, sir. Yes, just put the basket down on the belt and leave it alone." His face reverted back 15 years, and he looked like a parent had just scolded him. I grabbed my things and fled. As I hit the exit, I could still hear her barking orders. I'll bet she comes in every day and uses the same register, so she feels like she owns it. Her attitude made me feel like I was shopping in her home. A bit Hitler-esque? Yes, but since I wasn't in her crosshairs it made for some amusing viewing. read more

I normally enjoy shopping at target.. this target is a travesty...i would put walmart above it and i haven't shopped at walmart for years. This target, I'm told, has recently changed it's policies and has lost one more customer, a customer who will be buying a lot of baby wipes and baby items from somewhere else for at least the next 2 years! First there is a baby registry... a touch screen where one can fill out ones name... however, this store doesn't have any of the scanners to add items to the registry! I was told they were all broken the day i went to sign up. The second time i was told they were all stolen..with no indication from the service person that they would ever be replaced...way to set up a system and fail to use it or maintain it. I had my baby shower. It was magical and filled with love and i got a lot of gifts.. I had registered at target only but only got a couple items with gift receipts so having told everyone I registered at target I assumed most people would shop there and just went rogue with some of the gifts because i had so much trouble registering my choices.. well this store... new policy...this store won't even let you exchange gifts for different sizes without a gift receipt unless the item is on your registry. Well first, lets consider, if it was on my registry, I wouldn't be returning it unless i got duplicates! I obviously had a baby shower; I'm treated like a shop lifter. If I picked an item and my loved one chose a different item that was similar...bigger, smaller my item wasn't in stock so they got the next closest thing etc., why can't i get an in store return voucher and get the right size or a different lovely baby item for the duplicates i got? What isn't there to love about Target? Oh I guess the booze-hound who reviewed it before me isn't pleased. There's an Albertson's across the street to deal with your frat antics, go there. Anyways, this location is literally right around the corner from my apartment and I never have had any issues, even on this particularly busy Saturday morning. Went in to find a cast-iron skillet, a very specific spatula, and a cake pan for some delicious cheesecake bars that are now cooling off in my freezer. I have to say that the cookware section especially is a bit of a time drainer since I can't seem to get out of it without looking at the many colorful and cute gadgets (they have a french fry cutter I *almost* purchased!) and this can go for the entire store. I implore you to go into a Target and only come out with what you originally intended to buy. Amazingly I did it this time, but that's because the day before I went here too and blew my savings on stuff I *kind of* needed. Even though this location was ridiculously busy this morning, I still checked out in less than 10 minutes, and Target preemptively opened more registers while I was checking out to help with demand. This store is always clean, well organized, and there are helpful employees scattered around to help me to find things when I need it. Also their clearances are AMAZING. I got three cookie jars for 75% off, ended up being only $2.48 each. Can't get much better. This store is inexpensive but saves you the guilt that comes with buying from other big blue chains that don't give back the community. This particular location even has a grocery section now that they did not have prior to their expansion, and now it is a veritable one-stop shop for almost anything I need. read more

This is one kick-ass Target! It is GIGANTIC. They carry the standard Target fare as well as groceries, which means you can get pretty much everything you need here all in one stop. It is clean and well-maintained, with lots of staff available to answer any questions you might have! When I checked out, there were virtually no lines. There is also a Starbucks up front to help get you through your shopping experience. :) read more

As much as I really enjoy Target's, this one is just so blah that I prefer to avoid it and have only been here a few times. a. Parking and Access - 2 star - On the Northwest corner of Flamingo and Maryland. Signage is poor and access is limited due to the busy street corner. If you have to make a "left" into the place, you will need time to get through the traffic. b. Traffic flow - 2 star. Not bad, the drive through the front main entrance is a busy place. I am not sure why they designed this so that it is so busy here. c. Stuff - 4 star - They have all the stuff you need here and the layout is just right. d. Service - 2 star - Indifferent at best. Not enjoyable. Somewhat efficient. They did not open up lanes when it got busy. Have experienced better. e. Beggars - 2 star - They have beggars outside this store. It is most like due to the location. I like to give to the right organizations that will provide food and shelter to the homeless, I am not ecstatic about being accosted while shopping. Overall, there are plenty of other Targets that are better experiences. If you cannot drive, this is the best one in the area. If you can drive, go to another Target. This is a very clean store and a place I can depend on when I need random items. I've bought everything from yard waste bags, t-shirts to bread at this store. Some people say this store is in the ghetto, but I don't think most of those people know what a ghetto is... I'm not crazy about shopping at this target. It's a bit ghetto. But it is also conveniently located a few blocks from the strip, and when the airline loses your bag and you need toiletries and some boxer briefs, this is where you go. As far as Targets go this one is okay. Sometimes I walk in here and it's a mess, other times everything is perfect and in place. The flip of the coin is what stops me from giving it anything other than an "okay". The one thing I like about this Target is that it does have Starbucks inside it. It's nice to go for a Target shopping trip and be able to get a nice beverage on the way out. I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but it seems to always happen to me and it ticks me off all the time. I'll be standing in a checkout line and a Target employee will tell me to go to the customer service counter to check out. As I'm walking over there someone zips in from the front door and has a lengthy exchange process to be taken care of and I have to huff and puff myself back to the regular checkout aisles pissed off.
