This target is actually really big and I'm not sure how well I should review this since it was well stocked, but for whatever reason still felt like it was missing a few items despite looking all stocked up. I think it was because the stalls are a bit shorter than I remembered, but overall this target is pretty much the same in terms of price of the items. Having two floors to shop felt like it was quite an adventure to find things. The second floor is where the toys, electronics, home and kitchen items were located. The first floor is where the food items and seasonal items and clothing are held. Starbucks is also only located on the second floor, which is right next to the mall entrance. We did use the restrooms on the first floor, which we I thought was clean, but there were actually quite a number of unsanitary toilet seat seats and it kind of smelled really bad. Overall, I would come back to this target to shop. It wasn't bad. They were plenty of staff sometimes they were hanging around asking if you need any help. read more

This Target is convenient to where I live and has pretty much everything a family with kids need. I used to shop here all the time but go much less, especially since ICE has spent time recently staking out in their parking lot. I don't feel safe, even as an American citizen, so I avoid this area and have also told others to stay away. I like the Target and the people who work here are nice but it's a crummy company between the loss of DEI, the prices skyrocketing recently, and creeps in the parking lot of the Eagle Rock mall. And by creeps I fully mean poorly trained agents kidnapping, brutalizing, and sometimes murdering people who are important to our community. Please don't allow this or we can't shop here at all anymore which is a loss for sure. It doesn't feel safe for a family to come here when poorly trained agents have guns and the authority to terrorize without reason. read more

She was able to locate an item for us, when all the other workers refused, including a young man working the order pick ups. (Our order was a canceled order pick up, it was the last one in stock in Southern CA area, and my daughter's Christmas gift.) Always on the hunt for Pokemon Jazwares Figures and since we were out this way, we had to stop by! The lot for this is a bit odd? It's like up on the plaza lot but seems like they also have underground parking along with an entrance, so, it is one of those 2 story Targets. Great finds at this spot! Possible fraud/theft: I was so excited to finally find a Switch 2 in stock, so I ordered for pick up. I ordered in the morning and picked up in the evening. When I got home, I opened it but noticed that the screen had a tiny scratch. Tiny! But I wasn't about to let that go after dropping almost $600. I went back to Target that night to return it, but they couldn't process the return because the serial number on the receipt didn't match the serial number on the actual console. I couldn't believe it. They kept scanning, called the manager, and he said there was nothing they could do. I almost burst into tears. I asked how this possibly could have happened, and they just shrugged their shoulders. I had to call corporate upon their recommendation. When I did, I had to get a senior associate on the line. They were out of the office by then, so I had to call in the morning AND from the Target store so they could talk to a manager. Corporate did process the refund (phew)! Anyway, the only way this could have happened is that someone switched out the Switch, and who'd be able to get away of that?? Possibly an employee because they obviously scan the serial numbers on returns to see if they match. I know people do sometimes switch out damaged products by buying a new one and returning it with the damaged product, but because they scan serial numbers here, a customer wouldn't have been able to get away with that. I looked up the serial number of the console I got on the Nintendo website, and the warranty expires 7/12/26, but then I looked up the serial number on my receipt, and the site gave me an error, saying it doesn't exist. Weird. Another note: When I picked it up, I couldn't access my bar code on the app, so the employee asked for my name. He went to grab the order but didn't ask for my ID. For such a high value item, I was surprised! Lesson learned: For expensive electronics, double check the serial numbers match before you leave that store! Also, not going here again. The service is excellent we experienced. The wide selection is great. I have been going here when id first opened and it was Montgomery Wards. The value is great when you use the app. I always look for the clearance in the electronics section. I highly recommend this place of business. Had to wait 25 minutes in drive up. Abbey and the guest service department are so slow, rude and incompetent! They need to be replaced. They refused to give my drive up order and refused to refund me. The guest service department staff said they will keep my order as their personal purchase even though I paid for it. So apparently Eagle Rock Target believes in fraud and stealing from their customers. I will be reaching to store director as the staff are clearly not following corporate policy and protocol. The company retaining my money, the staff keeping the merchandise that I paid for and not refunding me is illegal. I hope the store director is reading this. The lines here are the worst. Why doesn't anyone work at the registers or returns? Especially drive up option, it is horrendous. I've waited over 30 minutes numerous times for them to bring out even just two bags. Additionally, they do some shady stuff to make it seem like they didn't make you wait in the system. Multiple times something has been "wrong with their system" and after making you wait for 30 minutes they bring out the bags. Only to tell you that you need to cancel the order and the select the "in-store pickup" method. They then magically can scan you and place in your car. This is so they don't get in trouble for taking so long to bring your bags out as it ultimately looks as if you canceled the drive up pickup and came into the store instead. Hire more people and change management. read more

This is a bad place to apply for a job if you are elder person over say 50? I have applied for a part time job at this location several times. Every time I get a request for a video interview, and every time they see me I and regretted for the job for some reason they do not tell you why I'm not hired. I am a healthy active elder person with years of customer service and I'm not qualified to work at Target. Once they see the video and see I'm not 20 something all of a sudden I'm not qualified : Yes they will hire a person from high school that has absolutely no experience. I want them to get hired and get the work experience. Whose is doing these interviews are they doing elderly abuse because I am not 20 something. Doesn't matter what time of day or if it's a weekend or pre-holidays. Average wait time in line can be over 10 minutes. This TARGET here get 10 stars from me. Why? Well, I got here 2 minutes before closing time (arrived 9:58pm/Target closes at 10pm sharp) and was in desperate need of two cars seats for my kids. I was gifted with a new car so I didn't want to pull seats from my other car... anyways, the Target dude was so cool and let me in the store. I was in and out within 10 minutes... because of him! Same Target dude saw that there was a long line at check out and no registers open. So he kindly opened up a one and expidited the checkout process. I wish I got his name. This Target is connected to a small mall, so it's got tons of parking. It has an entrance on both the top and bottom levels. It has a Starbucks. It doesn't have a cafe, but there are mall options nearby. This Target also has a great display of its beauty and skincare selection, featuring ulta beauty within the store. Just to note, there are often people outside of target asking for signatures for petitions and kids asking if you'd like to buy something to support their school organizations and such. When I was done I got some spaghetti and chicken at the Jolibee next door but I spilled some on The Chuck E. Cheese sign because I turned too fast when someone said "Really?" Super loud. I don't shop here that often, but when I do, I always enjoy the experience of finding good sales. Their baby aisle had almost everything I could find on my co-workers wish list which was great. Their toy selections are multiple. The shoes are pretty good. I loved shopping here when my kids were younger because the prices and the quality of the clothes was great, especially the swim suits. The food aisles are also pretty good, but I still prefer to shop at the grocery store. The dressing rooms could use some work though. There's way to much stuff in the dressing rooms which need to be put away. The restrooms are pretty clean. PLENTY of free parking in the shared mall lot upstairs and downstairs. read more

Really stinks like mold in this store. I don't like shopping here now because of the stink of mold. That's a serious health concern. There's solicitors that won't stop. I am convinced there are some seriously shady employees here running a scam on gift cards. This is the worst laid out Target I've ever shopped at - completely disorganized and designed to make you walk around and around hopelessly searching for your items, because also they have little to no signage and what is there is only visible right as you approach. Stupid layout to put the guest services on the basement floor so everyone entering has to take the escalator or elevator to the lower level. They try to be upscale with the Ulta beauty area but in reality have very little product, and that goes for all departments. Avoid this location. read more

Always a bad experience. There's always people outside the store trying to get you to sign something or buy something. Then there's never any hand baskets so I have to try and balance all my items in my arms throughout the store, dropping things every so often. Then they have most of the self check out closed so you have to wait in line a million years for a couple items or buy them on the other floor. read more

Simply writing this review so future visitors won't be lost like I was! I came for an online pick up order. There are two options: pick up in store (first level, indoors) or have as associate bring it to your car. Unfortunately the app does not do a good job directing you where to go. The drive up signs are downstairs in the first level parking lot which is very easy to miss if you don't use the correct ramp. Once I was in the right area my item did come out rather quickly. The associate was distanced, confirmed my order through the window and carefully placed my item in my car. read more
