    I came in store today to ask for a price adjustment on clothing I purchased within the 14 day window. The items purchased are now on sale for Memorial Day weekend. KLARA who was assisting me declined to honor the price adjustment even though I had my receipt via the target app stating that I would have to have all the items present with me. I shared with her that the target policy online does not state that and in fact I had already spoke with Target customer service this morning who already validated my items were in fact eligible for the price adjustment. I chose not to proceed with the return over the phone at the time since it was to be returned via gift card that would take 3-5 business days. I figured it would be simpler to process it in store and use the money on our in store trip today. I told Klara that I had already removed tags from the clothes. She said she would still need the items because without them, there's no way of determining if I go to a different target store and confirm that I received a price adjustment there. I thought that sounded ridiculous and shared that sentiment. She told me it's not ridiculous.... (I'm not a Target employee, but receipts are tracked on the Target app. I think if there was a price adjustment to that receipt it would show the reimbursement?) Who knows. Bottom line, posting this here because KLARA does not in fact know her own target policies and neither is she fit to work in customer service. You do NOT need the items in store to do a price adjustment. Thank you to Target guest services for honoring the request as well as confirming that items do not need to be present in store for the adjustment.

    Less than stellar experience with the Target clerk when picking up my order. She did not seem friendly and kept checking her watch as if I was taking too much of her time. The item I purchased online had a lot of cosmetic damages to it. What a disappointing experience at Target. This was a fail in both customer service, and the product received.

    This Target has very little stock. There isn't much stuff here. I prefer the one in lathrop.

We got greeted immediately, and then the manager introduced us to Bella, Bella was very good with her knowledge of the different couches, didn't pressure us and was extremely patient too. She did a great job helping us out and we wanted to be sure to give her a shoutout on here. You pretty much can build any couch you want for the most part, pick your type & color of fabric to go with it too. We ended up picking something out that night, and getting it ordered. They gave us a quoted date, and ended up beating that date by about a week to get us our product earlier than expected. The delivery team was fast and easy for us. Furniture places can be hit or miss when I read the reviews, but our experience with this location went well.

My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it's repeat customers. You know what's unusual is, that you can't contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn't even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper. My wife and I went to exchange the rug for something the correct color. That's when we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Tiffany, I don't even know if that's her real name. She said, you are passed the 7 day return policy. We never signed anything agreeing to a 7 at return policy and it's been less than 30 days since we were delivered the carpet. She was extremely unhelpful, rigged and condescending. We asked for the store manager. She said she was a supervisor, I then asked if I could get the name of the store manager. She said she didn't need to give me his or her name to me. I'm sure there is video of the exchange. It got heated, because I was upset. I told her I was going to give her and the store terrible review that would cost you business and I serious about this, because of how we were treated. We felt like we were being treat as thieves. Like we were trying to take advantage of your company after just spending $5000.00 on a couch! I am looking for some help and satisfaction to this unpleasant experience, It ridiculous that I have to spend my Memorial Day typing a letter to you. Thank you for your attention to the matter?
