To be honest, restroom break on the way back from Carmel Beach. Ended up going around. Always find goods at Target. Guy at Guest Services asked me nicely if he could help me as I walked by. That was pretty nice of him, I was just browsing and looking at the weekly ads shown on the glass display. Bought Neosporin for $4.55 with tax for my cut on my finger. Guy on register gave me my receipt with my change, but didn't give me what I purchased. He seemed like he had a long day... Nothing out of the ordinary. read more

I have been a customer since this store opened. It was a welcome addition to Morgan Hill for the first few years. The store has always been very clean and well stocked. The last couple years though, it has been a different story. The grocery section in particular has the most problems. Often I will find items that have expired. They don't have anywhere near the selection that Walmart has. The biggest problem is customer service. They never have enough checkers. Many of the checkers they do have, lack personality. Often , after making a large purchase they just hand you the receipt without a thank you, a smile or any type of acknowledgement. read more

After waiting over 10 minutes in line to get an electronics item that was locked up (they insisted everyone wait in line but they helped three other people before me), they refused to ring up a card and shampoo I had, saying they were too busy. However, after me there was no one else in line. I had to go to the front of the store and wait in another 15 minute line to purchase something that would have taken him and extra 10 seconds to scan. read more

Don't ever purchase a phone at this Target especially during the black Friday sales. I went on Thursday at 7pm to purchase a Samsung Note 8 phone through my att provider. The Target Tech team told me that they had that phone for att and all I needed to do is give them my name so I can be put on the waiting list. I've waited till 12am and my name wasn't called yet. They told me to comeback Friday morning so I could get my phone and activate it through them. Well, I went to Target that Friday morning just to get my hopes shut down. I waited another hour on the waiting list and then they finally told me that they didn't have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 for att. This is one of the worst customer service that i have ever experienced anywhere ...especially at target I had recieved a baby rocker as a Christmas gift for my baby & since we had one already i decided to return it After visiting the morgan hill location the sales lady at the counter said that they could only give me $42.00 the lowest price i provided her with the gift invoice showing it was purchased for $59.95 she told me she can only go by what the computer shows I asked for a manger whitch took over 10 min to show up she was very rude and i guess she had a bad day she told me thats the way it is ! Please do not order anything from this store. Customer service sucks! They are so unprofessional in providing services to their customer. I have been ordering stuffs from this store for the last 2 weeks and my son has picked up no problem. Today I order again thinking transaction will go smoothly so I send my husband to pick up. Horrible customer service. The store itself was nice and clean but the service here was so bad I won't ever be coming back here no matter. An item I wanted was on sale when I had told the a worker to help me take it out (I was in self checkout) she asked me the price I had seen it for and it was half of what it scanned for. She said "wow okay" but with attitude, her co worker then came too and asked what was happening and she goes she said this is "$7.49" her co worker then gives a stank face with the original worker replying saying "yeah I know right." The 2nd worker then says, " fine whatever just give it to her." I then proceed to tell the first worker, if you want you can go check it she replies to me with "no it's fine I'll just give it." I have never dealt with such horrible customer service before, the attitude these 2 workers gave were uncalled for. My parents stopped at this target on their way down to Monterey. They used the restroom, my mom purchased a grande vanilla latte, and they left. Come 3 days later, my mom looks at her bank account and they charged her $45. She called and explained the situation and they said "come in and we'll fix it". We live north of Sacramento; about 3 hours away from Morgan Hill. When she explained this, they said "oh sorry we can't do anything then". Speaking to a manager resulted in "oh we can't do a full refund of the overcharge, but come in to guest services and we'll give you a $10 gift card". If we could come in, we'd get the full refund in the first place... 6 hours in the car and a loss of $30 is not worth it; time to call the bank. read more

This Target is always super clean and has a great atmosphere. Especially when Isabel is working, she definitely spices things up and is great for business. The past couple of times I have been to this target there has been an employee who is always rude that works at the front end (she is slightly large that is constantly showing her butt crack). Today after we wiped down our cart and walked away we heard her loudly complain about us to other employees about wiping down a cart that was supposedly already wiped down. There was no sign saying the cart was wiped down and there was no way of us knowing how well the cart was wiped down. Very disappointed that this target would hire employees that disrespect customers (especially when we are trying to be clean and limit the spread of disease while getting our groceries) and dress so poorly that they wear jeans clearly too small that it shows their butt crack constantly. read more

I worked at this target as a seasonal employee and I do not recommend anyone work here. It took them a total of two months to get me my first paycheck. The manager did nothing about it and whenever I called to ask when I would get paid they simply said call back next week. By not receiving my paycheck when expected I was unable to buy books for some of my college classes in turn hurting my grades. After the incident I did not receive any apologies or compensation for the ridiculously long wait. I can honestly say I will never shop or work at another target again. read more

This is my favorite Target in the Bay Area. This store is huge and the parking lot is super clean and spacious. The store isn't very busy and it's great for shopping at your own leisurely pace. I sometimes end up spending two hours here just browsing through everything. It's also my favorite store for finding gifts for my friends. They have lots of refrigerated/freezer foods here as well, but this is normally my stop before going to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Gilroy, so I usually have to get those items there. read more

One of the cashier gave me bad information, now I can't return a game I never even used.

Usually I am a fan and love this store as I am able to get in find what I need and then be on my way and they are close to home so all very convenient. But what I didn't like on this shopping trip is when I checked out. My checker seemed to take issue with the fact that I did not want the Target card, the one that saves you 15% off your purchase. When I said no thanks his tone changed to one that made me feel like I was being stupid for not taking the deal. He began to tell me how he didn't understand why I didn't want to save 15% and that using the card was the same as using my debit card. I said thanks but no thanks again and then he proceeded to mumble how he didn't understand and handled my items in a rough manner by tossing them carelessly into a shopping bag all the while he was making tsk tsk noises that indicated I was being stupid. He was being kinda weird not really making eye contact and very unprofessional in trying to shame me into getting the Target card when I wasn't interested and just wanted to be on my way. His behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. Next time I am in shopping I will look for this checker so that I can avoid going through his line. I did note the checker's name and if Target ever contacts their negative reviews I will be more than happy to share that workers name with them so that they can let him take the refresher course on how to interest their customers in other services only without the attitude. A otherwise happy customer that will be back just not checking out with this checker if I ever see him working on my next shopping trip. read more

This Target is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The one complaint I do have is that this store is extremely slow to restock and put out new items compared to nearby Targets in San Jose. It's especially noticeable in the toy section and women's clothing/accessories, where shelves are left empty for months at a time, versus other Targets in the area which are fully stocked most of the time. It's unfortunate, because shopping here is a great experience other than the lack of new stock (or lack of ANY stock at all, in some cases). read more

Some girl by the name Jasmine was the cashier and she started with a really bad attitude and threw our bag at us. This Target, unlike most that I've been to, has great customer service! When I went to Target to try and find some shoes for work, two employees approached me with smiles not realizing they were both coming up to the same customer, I thought it was very thoughtful. One employee quickly chuckled and apologized and let the other employee help me. He showed me the different kinds of shoes they have for the type of work I do and I even spotted some brand new socks that were on sale. This place is always empty! Well, not super empty, but a little bit on the uncrowded side, which makes for fab leisure shopping. I can push my shopping cart without having to try and maneuver around all the shopping peeps! Parking lot is clean, and...not crowded! Though there does seem to be an unusual amount of cars in the parking lot compared to the amount of people in Target. this location makes me always feel like i am at a small airport late at night. there is like one or two people in there and one person is getting just a package of hannah montana bandaids (with some candy on the side) and the other person is getting almost two carts full of various materials. but its them and me. and a cashier who is not anywhere near the register. one must stand there for some time before they realize that they have a customer. maybe its the new location. maybe its just morgan hill in general. maybe its me always going at random times (and i feel like they were on holidays). but its always eerie and quiet with a faint sound of rihanna playing all around us. Never had such a bad experience at target. Went to the fitting room to try on a couple things. the woman at the fitting room said there was a limit. In order to take stuff in I had to take stuff out. So I handed my mother everything I had tried on whilst not wearing pants ( not going outside the fitting room) she handed me three items in exchange for the 7 I had given her. The woman monitoring the fitting room then started freaking out. Yelling that I had to take everything out and give her the hangers. Keep in mind I was pant-less so I couldn't think of anything but to throw the clothing underneath the dressing room. She was over reacting and was really rude about it. We decided to leave and she called security. I would give them zero stars if I could for their customer service. When people are trying on clothing they should be given space and privacy unlike the behavior shown by this elderly woman tonight. This Target is really great. It has almost everything! I have already been here Christmas shopping 3 times so far this year. They food selection is poor compared to walmart however but there isles have more selection, like K cups for my coffee machine they have a huge selection of at good prices. The cashier I got the other day was kinda rude, did not say hi or bye etc. she also forgot to scan a few of my instant coupons that I handed her which is really annoying.
