This weekend I was there with my family, we saw a young boy playing in the isles and wondered what he was doing, turns out, he was chasing a MOUSE. I quickly took out my phone and shot a video. I emailed Target and got what was probably an automated message saying "Thank you for your concern, we will work on it." While they, "work on it" I will be shopping at another location. read more

I ordered a bookcase on Target.com for pick-up at this location and specified to text me when the order was ready. Two days later, I still had not received a text, and called, and my order had been cancelled, because it had not been picked up within 48 hours. Since it'd only been a few hours after the 48 hours, I asked them to honor the previous order. They would not. And the previous "promotion" had expired, so they wanted $40 more for the same item, even though THEY had not sent a text as they were supposed to. Well congratulations, Target. Over $40, you've now lost a customer for life. Brilliant corporate strategy. read more

I actually thought I was at WalMart. This store is filthy. Floors dirty, merchandise all over floors. 3 check out stands open at 6:30p on a Wednesday evening. Lines out to the retail carpet in the girls department. Go-backs in carts sitting around. I was so mad I actually called Target Corporate from the check out line. That guy was great. He said he would call the store "RIGHT NOW" and within minutes a slowly moving gal (had a radio cord in ear so assume some sort of manager, begrudgingly opened a lane) It is clear this store is short staffed or in desperate need of new management. Now the concession/food court. They actually had an acrylic sign up at the cashiers listing EVERYTHING they were out of. Tells me this is a regular occurrence if you have a pre typed sign that you just throw up. I am not exaggerating when I say they had zero. No pizza, no pretzels, no hot dogs, no popcorn. How can you be out of hot dogs? You sell them a few aisles away! I have to pass a Walmart to get to this Target and if I wanted that shopping experience, I would have just gone there. Here more often than I like to admit! We love the one-stop shop for almost everything we need. Restrooms - always clean Starbucks - knowledgeable baristas Snack Bar - Friendly people, good cheap food (sometimes this is my lunch), clean facility. Photo - not the BEST quality printers but I'm biased! Only bad experience I've ever had here was when I changed my name after my wedding, and had a hard time picking up my prescription from the pharmacy. Even though the Doctor sent it over with my name hyphenated (to avoid confusion), they didn't understand. Called Doctor, she re-sent it with maiden name. Pharmacy Tech refused to give it to me because he knew that wasn't my name. Doctor sent prescription AGAIN with married name, they had to re-run my insurance, however insurance cards with new name hadn't come in yet. When all was said and done, I had to drive to the doctor's office in Upland to get a "sample" of my prescription to get me through a week until they could figure it out. I have a really hard time believing I'm the only Target Pharmacy customer who's ever gotten married and changed her name. Other than that, GREAT store, great employees, great prices! read more

It seemed silly for me to review a Target because I'm a faithful customer to this company, but this specific location needed to be mentioned. This was probably the dirtiest Target I've been to so far. The dollar section towards the front of the store had merchandise all over the floor and none of the workers were cleaning it. The greeting card section was disorganized and had a lot of cards that were ripped. I would have given this place one star, but I had a good, short conversation with the cashier about marriages haha. I'm not sure if I came at the wrong time, but it could have been much cleaner. read more

Bathroom had 4/5 stalls unusable due to disrepair or unsanitary conditions (and I am the furthest from prissy when it comes to using a public bathroom). So I bought a Beats Pill™ Portable Stereo Speaker at Target while on vacation. The product lasted 3 uses before the speakers were blown. The local Target refused to allow a return or exchange without the original box. What a bunch of crap. How about you don't sell junk and when you do you take the crap back and don't piss off a customer in the process. All I wanted to do is exchange it not return it. An employee that was working the cashier lines had used unnecessary rudeness. I had just asked should I move a bit to make space for the next customer in the cashier line. And to really tell me that the next customer she was placing behind me with a distance of 6ft "ya she's going behind miss"with a huge attitude/making moody faces seeming if there was a problem which wasn't but to her took it a bit far. Target seems to have problems keeping things in stock. Most people who buy Organic milk buy whole (real!) milk. They always have plenty low/non fat but out of whole Horizon 50% of the time. Don't companies have computers to compare sales to stock purchases? Seems like Target doesn't take that logical next step that will stock based upon sales. Also applies to organic cliff kids snacks 50% time none in stock. This Target must hate chocolate lovers because they refuse yo carry ordinary chocolate flavored Coffeemate creamer. I also notice that many companies-Target especially, have eliminated a website complaint form or area to ask questions about this stuff. Squeaky wheels can't be oiled if you can't 'hear' them! read more

I always come here to get one thing and leave with several other things I did not need or did not even consider until I saw the sales they seem to always have. The staff here seems to work beyond hard because things are always organized and in stock and no matter where you turn theres always someone there willing to lend a hand when needed. Target is Target.. I live In Eastvale and we have a Target in Eastvale but I prefer this location better. Both locations and clean (sanitazing wipes are always stocked). Bathrooms are clean as well.. the diffrence, Eastvale Target always seems to run out of items and too flipp'n packed of peeps. They are either under-stock due to the demand or simply don't have the same resources as the Corona which I am sure they do.. read more

Absolutely terrible. I had a lead be extremely confrontational and accuse me of wrongly using a coupon. She couldn't even explain the coupon policy to me, which made me believe she was completely clueless about it in general. She gave the worst customer service I've received in any target. Instead of making me feel like a valued customer she repeatedly tried to simply tell me no and leave. All over two coupons. It wasn't worth the hassle and embarrassment so I left, I will definitely not be returning. The cashier also had no idea how to read the details and looked confused beyond belief. read more

First, let me say, my wife and I like to shop early to beat the crowds. So us pulling up to the checkout area of this Target 8:35 with a loaded cart with a months worth of items, we were greeted with only self checking was indeed a surprise. After almost complete with our checking out, I asked an individual whose only job it seems is to direct traffic to the self check out, when the real customer service begins? His answer," the first checker of the day comes in at 8:30". Leaving the store at nearly 8:45, Still did not see any cashiers available. While every store is trying to save money on labor in our rich home delivery environment, it is very obvious this Target equates saving labor by reducing their customer service. Not wanting to just dump on Target without offering a suggestion on how to fix it, perhaps they could teach one of the 10 employees walking around the store how to check large carts full of many items until a "Checher does come in." read more

Horrible customer service from cashier Taylor. I was buying a casaluna bed sheet and the shelf marked all 5 different colors in same size as $49.00. Rung up at $170 so I told her they re labeled $49. She mocked me saying oh I would never believe this one is that cheap. Well that's what the shelf said. She called over Destiny who in turn asked Kyle to go verify. I went with him and sure enough the entire shelf is $49. Kyle walkie over to honor the price because they're all $49. Cashier had an attitude problem like the $130 difference was coming out of her paycheck. She threw my following items on the counter. And apparently while I was with Kyle checking the price the cashier turned around and told the customer behind us "I'm sorry mam people" and rolled her eyes then turned around and rolled her eyes at my husband. This cashier needs better training and to be coached on how to properly treat her customers. The correct way to handle the situation would've been to just change the price and fix the labeling. Her attitude towards us was poor and tacky. Goes to show target just hires anyone off the street without proper manners. read more

This location is the definition of customer service. Nothing over the top just well stocked, clean and neat and friendly employees. My past 2 visits have been nothing but ideal. I was there for the Harry Potter event last weekend . The employees were enthusiastic about the event , well informed about product and very helpful . Fast forward 5 days later having left the other big box store with empty shelves and clueless employees I drove up the hill to target. Received outstanding customer service from Isabelle as well as friendly. Honest assistance from customer service. How refreshing it was to walk into a clean well stocked store. A+ to management because your employees really seem to enjoy their job. Highly recommend to all and to those who shop at the other big box, prices are equivalent and customer service far superior you need to drive the extra mile and go to Target. read more
