Store is very clean but is trying to compete with Walmart and not doing good job. Food way higher and they advertise online that they carry thing in stock at the stores and once u get there the say "oh it takes 48 hours to update our inventory so you waste your gas and time. This Target's customer service is very good. They are very nice and adhere to a liberal return policy. Overall, Target has decided to discontinue carrying certain items, which makes it difficult to be happy there all the time. But overall, this is a good store. read more

This is my preferred Target in Corona. The items are not as picked-over as the Target at the Crossings. If I can't find something at the Crossings Target (Cajalco Road), I can usually find it here. Both Targets have helpful staff. read more

Overall I prefer target to walmart any day and plus this one is very local. There is a couple of issues with this store specifically. First of all the bathrooms are a mess entirely. When I walked in: pure squalor. Send someone to clean it consistently. No excuse for that! The cashiers and floor people were very good. I just happened to take notice of a couple people with headsets and clipboard just standing around when it was busy. Seriously? Get the lines moving yourself instead of chit chatting. read more

Norco Target great people shitty managment! The store manager is never at the store. The HR is arrogant! The Executive managment and security dont know how to help manage a store and seem like they got the positions by doing a ill humancenteped... So rub that brown stuff of your noses and mouth and learn how to be a team and manage a store as one with the team members on the floor. I love Target & often find myself spending quite some time wandering around aimlessly; however this Target often lack items in stock. After checking availability online before making the drive here, I'm disappointed to find out that the item is indeed not in stock. Besides loving Target, I've grown to utilize and depend on coupons for certain items to help my family save. I don't extreme coupon nor do I abuse the coupon policy; however it's not a pleasant shopping experience when the cashier changes their tone with you once you hand over coupons before having them scan your cartwheel and/or mobile coupons. That feeling they give you as though you're stealing from them is pretty outrageous & it often happen more with the female employees than male. If I didn't prefer Target over Walmart, I probably wouldn't make the trip here as often as I should for items my family needs (or maybe I should start driving to a different Target...) read more

I don't understand how the pharmacy is always out of my medication! I have the darn thing on auto-renew and still every month it's the same - not in stock and waiting for delivery. EVERY MONTH - really? Time to go someplace else! read more

I have been a Target shopper for over 20 years. My first job in high school was at Target. I have always loved Target, their products, everything. This store however, at Norco is by far the worst one. The manager Ryan was a complete douchbag. He would not honor an expired coupon, when they have honor it in the past. He would rather lose a sale of $60 dollars, then give me a $1 discount. I will never go back to this store. I have made a formal complaint to their corporate office, Norco's chamber of commerce, Yelp and Google. This guy Ryan was condescending and a complete ass. Never going back! read more

Wow! This Target has completely gone downhill since the last time I was here 6 months ago. Maybe it's the post Christmas mayhem but the store was in shambles and the checkout clerk looked like she just rolled in from a late night out. Her shirt was so low cut that it left little to the imagination and she had a hole in it on her left breast. No "hello", "did you find everything you needed", "thank you" or even a smile. I don't know. This place is really great but the only thing I get worried about is the employees. When I go to the makeup isle there's always this lady kind of just waiting there and she reeeaaalllyyy likes to follow you around. I think she might be the manager or something but I just feel like she asks A LOT. I don't know why maybe just being polite but It just sometimes bothers me. Getting over that this place is AHMAZING! This is the closest Target location to my house. You know, the one that takes all my money in exchange for the random clothes, trinkets, and food I happen to glance upon and decide I need to take home. I don't know what it is about Target that makes you spend so much money, but I can't leave here without spending at least $100. Now, this isn't the biggest Target. It doesn't have the best selection. It isn't cleanest, and it doesn't have the best service. It's about as average as they come. Yet somehow, I still manage to blow through an entire paycheck in one isle. Is it the aroma of slightly burnt popcorn coming from their tiny food court? or the fact that they have a Starbucks inside? I don't know. However, I do know that it's always way too hot in there. I once asked an employee about this and he said it was because their AC unit is controlled by a corporate office in Michigan and due to the fact that everyone thinks its always sunny and 75 in California, and it's always cold in Michigan, they don't turn on the AC very often. This is my local Target store. I love this location, but I think I am just being bias because I come here so often. It's clean and the employees are nice. I always get good deals. The way the isles are set up it is easy to maneuver your way around. There usually isn't a wait in line, which is always a plus. read more

I just went here to return a lamp I'd purchased at a different Target store. I couldn't get the lamp back into the box, so it was a big mess. I was kind of embarrassed to return something so poorly shoved into a box (plug a plastic bag for the parts I couldn't shove into the box!) They happily took the return, hassle free. Easy. read more

Just went to this Starbucks while shopping at Target. It was not crowded so it's not like they were rushed but the girl making the drinks was terrible. First she gave me the wrong drink instead of saying I'm sorry she just rolled her eyes then when she made my green tea iced latte she rushed and barely stirred it so the matcha powder was clumped up. Worst green tea latte ever. Think I'll skip this Starbucks from now on. read more

I have had my prescriptions at this Target pharmacy for years, NOW CVS has taken over and one prescription has doubled and another tripled!!! I will no longer be using this pharmacy for my prescriptions. It's a real shame as the people that work there are incredible. read more

I normally enjoy shopping at Target, the Norco Target however was a bad experience based on one associate. About a month ago a cashier had forgotten to take my items out of the bagging area & put them on the counter. I didn't become aware of the those missing items till I had gotten home. I called down to the Norco store to let them know, the customer service associate said it was not a problem, that they would hold the items & make a note of it in the computer. I informed the customer service associate that I'm not normally in that area so it may be awhile before I can make it down to that location. Again I was told, "No problem we will make a note of it in the system." I called twice within the month just to check in & received the same responses from different customer service associates. It had been a month when I was finally able to get to the Norco store for a reimbursement. I was greeted by a polite associate who attempted to help me. She was unable to, she went to get a GSA(guest service associate) who was an older woman with glasses, dark short hair & tattooed sleeves, I believe her name was Chris. She was rude & impatience when I was telling her what had happened. She had basically called me a liar by suggesting that their customer service people would have NEVER told me that a note would be imputed in their computer & that I should have come back to get my items sooner. She gave me a 1-800 # to call so they could deal the problem. I could see there was no use in arguing with her, she was stubborn & uncooperative. She didn't offer a manager or try to help any further. Very rude & unhappy lady who shouldn't be in retail & dealing with consumers. After dealing with her for awhile I just wanted to leave before I said some unappropriated things to her. It was unfortunate for me as the consumer, I lost $$ & never got my items I purchased. It was a frustrating experience for me, causing me to write this review. I won't return to the Norco Target due to that associate, I was more frustrated with being treated that way than I was about losing $18. A manager should talk to her about how she treats their consumers. read more
