I come here at least once a week, and sometimes more when I forget what i came for. Target is heaps better than Walmart!. So much cleaner, better organized, and a higher class of people shop here. (you will not see embarrassing "People of Target" photos on the web). The greater selection of groceries is such a huge plus. I don't have to go several different places to get what I need. It's all right here at Target. They even have sushi rice and wasabi! And the avocados I got here were better quality (softer and more ripe) than I got at Piggly Wiggly. Whenever a line starts to form at checkout, one of the team leaders will call more cashiers to the front, and they will open more stations! That is so cool and convenient. I have never seen any other store do that. I haven't tried it yet, but they have a Starbucks inside the store now! And, Target has wifi that is fast and free. read more

Who doesn't love target and I especially love that they have a new Disney section! The only problem I have with target is every time I go in for a small little trip, I leave with 2 buggies full and spend way to much! Gotta love target they have a good selection of just about everything you can need it's like a Walmart but with friendly people and they actually have cashiers to check people out..... We always loved the food section go and get snacks that you can't get at normal stores like Walmart and Bi-Lo..... Nothing exciting here, it's Target. I was on the lookout for men's shoes and to say the selection was limited is an understatement. My next quest was for some type of women's rain boot, once again no luck. By them not having what I was looking for I was able to leave without having to spend any $$. read more

Target has always been one of my favorite stores. I have always enjoyed this one due to their location. It is nestled in a shopping plaza behind a Starbucks. You cannot go wrong behind a Starbucks, in my opinion. I went to this Target during its renovation which made my shopping experience rather limited but still it had the quality of a Target. It is nice and clean for a store that is undergoing renovations. Parking is always great at the Target as well. Customer Service is always great which is unlike their competitors at Wal-Mart. It is truly a great Target that will only improve when the renovations are completed. read more

I love Target! I prefer Target over some other department stores that I won't mention. It's always clean here. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have great prices on certain items. Check out the clearance sections throughout the store (normally at the ends of certain aisles) cause you can usually find something for a great price there. Oh and I love their dollar section right at the front of the store once you walk in. They usually have some pretty cool things there! read more

I love Target, been a redcard member since 2011 lol I spend a lot yearly. Usually I switch between this Store and the Summerville Store just depends what I'm in the mood for. My only complaint with this store as of lately is the new "Self-Checkout" system. I mean don't get me wrong if you have 3-5 things cool, it's an efficient way to get out the door. But here's the thing...If I want to use the Self-Checkout....I would USE the Self-Checkout. Lol I know it sounds like common sense? Well it isn't...on numerous occasions not just 1 or 2...I have a cart full and Employees have suggested I go to the Self-Checkout, even after I politely declined the cashier that rung me up reminded yet again "There's a Self-Checkout, it's faster" to which I replied "I'm aware, I don't want to use it I don't mind waiting." ...Wal-Mart has Self-Checkout but they do not guilt trip you for not wanting to use it. Again same problem that a lot retail stores are having...an army of employees on the floor stocking merch and 2-3 Cashiers? If I'm going to Target and spending a bit more, it should be my choice whether I want to use the Self-Checkout or not? I just feel like that comes off like the Cashier really doesn't want to ring you up or you're bothering them. Maybe it's nitpicking but that new system annoys me so I stopped going to this one. read more

Target... normally I am not a fan of department stores unless it's late at night and I don't have to deal with many people. I'm normally not a fan of their staff, I don't like their freaking charge card and all their loopholes... and half the time their products aren't great. But obviously that's not why I rated it 5 stars... First off, whenever I go to make a payment on my bill, the girl who is normally at the service counter in the afternoon/evenings is really nice. So yea, woman at the service counter if you're reading this - thank you! So last night my husband and I were searching for a new digital camera. With the military ball coming up, we wanted to make sure we had a camera that would not only take wonderful pictures, but be fun to take pictures with. We actually went shopping for something intending to be picky. I was totally dreading having to ask the electronics guy (Jamel) to take out every camera we wanted to see from the display because normally you're greeted with a "God I freaking hate my job, please stop requesting to look at these cameras and pick one, buy it and all it's accessories and not ask me to do anything" attitude. However, Jamel was super relaxed about us (me) asking him a jillion questions and taking out camera after camera. We found THE camera and he informed us that if we took it home, played around with it, and decided we didn't like it to bring it back and exchange it or return it and the policy was 90 days. SWEET. Nobody's ever told me that before. It was refreshing to know that if I didn't like it it was easily exchangeable. (I think we've all been there where we made a purchase and either felt obligated to keep it or went through hell with a store to take it back...) So we paid for the camera and memory card and went on our merry way to buy halloween candy and off home we went. I normally don't like department stores, but Target takes the cake when it comes to needing to go to one. I would definitely recommend going here above any other dept. stores around. I have tried to give this store a chance, but after my third time here, I'm done. Lackluster attitude, not running the same sales, and flat-out rude employees. Today I went into the cafe area to grab a drink only to be told it was closed. That's fine, not a problem. What is a problem is when the employee coming out of the cafe comes close to knocking into me, sucks her teeth, and says."It's closed." Then mumbles under her breath,"don't ya'll see that." I immediately checked her on her rudeness...she didn't care. The manager didn't care either. So I left, hopped on 26 to Summerville, and went to the Target there. It's cleaner, better stocked, and the employees polite. read more

I have always loved Target stores but today I was highly disappointed. They did not have any bra's in my size (32B), so I accepted it and went to look for sexy sleepwear. Once again they didn't have anything. I went to the registers with the other products that I had and there was multiple register lights on with cashiers just walking around and not actually on the register. I checked out and left then I realized that I left my deodorant I the buggy so I got back in line again and had to wait again. Managers and staff are useless. I asked for a vacuum cleaner to be held for me, a $400 purchase. Could they manage, no. When they declined a coupon I had for an add on purchase they had to get the manager, she "wasn't sure" and didn't" think" I could combine it with the purchase. They had no such issues in the Summerville store. read more

I am very disappointed I shop here often. My last experience is my last one . I went shopping to get a few items I went to self check out I made the mistake and used my 20% off coupon on my whole order it said in fine print that it is to be used on one item. I asked the associate to void the transaction she got an attitude and looked at me as if I was stupid . Granted I made a mistake, I asked if she could just take one item off and the coupon off . She did so, as she walked away I heard her talking to an associate about it she was not saying postive things I felt embarrassed . I did my second transaction and the coupon didn't work - I felt so embarrassed I didn't bother to ask her for help I left. It's a shame I should have asked I spend slot of money there and I actually received that coupon because I had spent over a certain amount my last visit. That 20% would have helped. I can't believe she not only had an attitude but she talked about me to another employee while I was still there almost as if she wanted me to hear . Shameful read more
