His nephew, Dr. Alex Kuley, joined the practice a few years ago. The small practice treats patients as individuals while being on top of the latest procedures in eye surgery. I am a retired physician. I appreciate their approach and have sent many family members and friends to them. My husband sees them. (He has no eye problems other than needing reading glasses.) My Mother-in-law, who has macular degeneration, also sees them.

I have everything I do recorded as well as Michelle and Ra'Niece because they had on Rayban recorded frames. So there can be no dispute on what transpired. I apologized ahead of the conversation with Ra'Niece before we spoke because I was frustrated because I knew last year I did not pay for the replacement I had in 2025. She did show me a receipt from 2024 when I did pay the 25$ and I told her thanks but I just wanted transparency and honesty that they have never shown me that the 35$ protection plan I purchased came with a 25$ fee to replace lenses. Once Ra'Niece finally confirmed that to me it was fine until I said that she doesn't have to be so hostile. I don't know if it's because she is going through something in her life but you should not attack a customer with a hostile demeanor especially if I said it's fine and there is no need for hostility when I have calmed down. She should always remain professional. All she had to do is apologize and I wouldn't have to write this review. It was difficult to get the spelling of her name. The main reason she was getting mad was because they said that Michelle wasn't there but she was but on break. That's fine. Just say that. Don't lie about her not being there. Jessica as sweet as she is apologized and I felt safe working with her instead of Ra'Niece. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm about to be punched by a Lenscrafter employee because her mental state isn't well at the moment. Then to make things worse she was aggressive with another customer who walked in and then as I was speaking to Jessica, Ra'Niece tells across the room where she is helping an elderly man with his glasses, "Stop saying my name!" Yeah that was a lot. It's all recorded so I'm not concerned about the management possibly trying to cover their tracks. People protect yourselves when visiting this location. Record at all times because they can try to manipulate the situation. Especially being a black woman. We are always "angry". Just be cautious is all. Hopefully this helps. I don't count on an apology from Michelle either. Now I have to make sure I can safely retrieve my glasses without Ra'Niece Taylor trying to attack me or damage my lenses I paid for. Sucks that I can't come into this establishment comfortably anymore. All would be well if Amanda was in. She is a vibe. Bailey too. Michelle is a hit and miss. When she was sick I understood why she was the way she was but now she should be thankful that the Lord got her through and still does everyday. We should be nice to each other. Buyer Beware! Slow service, rude, and horrible customer service at the Westwood location…read more I purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses totaling over $800. Although the glasses were ready in a week, the sunglasses were not ready, so I waited two extra weeks for both to be ready before picking them up. I called a few times about the status of the sunglasses and was rudely told there was "no need to be nervous" and that they could take time. After three weeks, the sunglasses were still not ready, so I decided to pick up the glasses at least and found the "sunglasses" were also there. They were, however, they were incorrectly made as glasses, not sunglasses, and needed to be remade. The glasses produced immediate headaches and made my vision so bad that I could no longer tolerate it; I just wanted my money refunded. So, I returned on the next business to request a full refund. I could hear from the back someone yell "no refunds" and glares from the staff in the hallway. The manager wasn't in that day, or so they said, and provided a number to contact the corporate office, which was the wrong contact when I called. I was given another number and was told I would be contacted in 7 to 14 business days. What? I've been wearing eyeglasses for over four decades, and I can honestly say this is the worst experience by far. So, my advice is to go somewhere else. There are many other eyecare companies that can promptly make glasses correctly, treat their customers with respect and care, and don't deliberately make it challenging to get a refund.

The people there care about you, so you're more than a number. Today, I picked up lens for frames I already had (originally from America's Best). There was a glitch with the type I had. Chris showed it to me and explained how he was going to take care of it. He and Stacey were working on my glasses and when customers came in, they made sure to attend to them right away, while the other worked continuously on my glasses. That's the service I'm talking about. Service you really don't get any more from any store. I want to personally thank, Chris, Stacey, Cameron and the receptionist (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) for always treating their customers with courtesy, a smile, professionalism and respect.
