After just completing my first appointment I can truthfully write here that he is better than advertised. I move around frequently for my career - Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Nashville, South Bend, and now Cincinnati. Dr. Gregory is the most thoughtful, thorough, and professional optometrist I have ever visited. He spent a long time with me during my exam, making sure I had a detailed exam and answering all of my questions. His staff was also very nice, helping me choose the right frames and contacts. My family and I have definitely found our new family doctor for our eye care needs. I highly recommend Dr. Gregory and his staff for all of your family's eye care needs.

When I showed up for the appointment the doors were closed and they were not open that day. No one called to reschedule my appointment when their office days/hours changed! When I called to reschedule, the next available appointment was 6 months away. I booked it and the scheduler told me that if any appointments became available they would let me know. I received no calls for openings in 6 months. Today I showed up for my appointment (after getting confirmation emails and text messages). When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk informed me that there were no doctors in the office today. I told them which doctor I was supposed to see and they notified me the doctor has not been with them for over a month. I received no notifications or rescheduling efforts. I am BEYOND frustrated and will no longer step foot into a Clarkson Eyecare center.
