Her very nice, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in great detail and made recommendations, but did not try to up sale me. My experience here was very pleasant and positive. I was given the VIP treatment and they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend checking this place out for your vision needs.

I'm really struggling between 2 or 3 stars. I ultimately chose 3 stars because they ARE pleasant to…read morework with and they're also trying to make things right. However, there have been some extremely frustrating hiccups that should have never happened. The biggest issue that I take with this location, is that they do not have proper knowledge on the correct frames or even fitting those frames, for a 1 year old needing a very strong (thick) prescription lens. Many caregivers are depending on them to guide them when experiencing this for the first time, and they were not able to do that. This resulted in receiving glasses that were entirely to big and they couldn't hold the lens in place well enough either. While they tried their best to be helpful in reordering the right type, something went wrong with the order and the wrong glasses were sent to their office. Thankfully her mother ordered a second, backup pair that can be used in the meantime. However, they are not the durable, non destructible type like she needs for everyday wear. Quite a frustrating and expensive ordeal.

The staff is pretty great here... as mentioned, we were very lucky to have such a great doctor in Dr. Neely. He knew right away that my child needed surgery. He had great way to comfort me in my shock, by saying things I didn't know I needed to hear at the time... such as "this is nothing you did, it's just back luck" (as my child was still a baby). And reassured me that he'd do his best in surgery and if we did our part with patching, our child wouldn't likely have nearly perfect vision after this! The assistants have always been very sweet and patient and kind. But the receptionist aren't usually all that friendly, but they get the job done... The facility is clean. The bathroom is far away, across the hospital. The wait is usually at least 20 minutes past your appointment time, and we've had to wait past an hour at times. The pediatric glasses shop in here is THE place to go, don't shop around, THIS place knows it's stuff and you won't find better knowledge nor service anywhere else.

These employees were confused, careless, and more interested in closing a sale than providing even the bare minimum of service. For $600 glasses, this is disgraceful. Instead of correcting their error on the spot, they forced me to waste a two-hour round trip because they were too apathetic to do their jobs. I just decided to try another establishment or two in the meantime just because. I went again to Eyeglass world recently and I had beyond great service. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly and accommodating representative. They have a more than an ample inventory of frames to choose from at all price points. He told me about their Covid protocol and assisted me in every way. He guided me through the process and helped me pick my glasses by also helping make a decision in giving me his valued opinion. He explained everything in detail to me, (was very knowledgeable), and he wasn't pushing me to upgrade and spend more than I really wanted. The whole process was amazingly quick and efficient. I was in and out of there easily within an hour. My glasses were ready in less time than he predicted too. I will definitely go back in the future.

As a doctor you shouldn't be letting your colleges in the same field it's unprofessional and disgusting of an attitude. Then when we were checking out, he was out there speaking with one of the lady's and left a sweat stain in the chair. You could see his privates. That's absolutely a disgusting thing for me. I won't be back to this place I got my glasses and left. Overall the experience of them being pushy is a huge NO for me.
