Just an FYI that even though the store closes at 10 the fitting rooms close at 9. And I only learned this after waiting in line for 30mins because two of the rooms had already been locked for the night at at 8:48 the employee informed the 3-4 of us STILL waiting in line that the rooms would be closing at 9. Why lock the other two so early if the changing rooms don't close til 9? And why not inform customers with more time to spare. Thankfully I was able to still try my items on after waiting in line for over 30 mins but it was very frustrating. The store was also a mess. There were bathing suits all over the floor, shoes all over the floor, items in all the wrong places. Idk how the store got so bad on a Thursday evening but it was rough. Thank you for enforcing the one per customer Pokemon product rule! If you guys did this for all the products at the store I'd be pretty happy but I've heard rumors that this location backdoors some of the better products (the elite trainer boxes, booster bundles, etc) to card sellers/scalpers. Probably not many of the employees are involved in this behavior but man, is it frustrating in a card market like this one. Value is generally pretty good though. Target is one of the fewer retail stores that actually sells very close to MSRP (cough cough GameStop) so not much to say about that! Tip - Sign up for Target Circle to save $$. The Oviedo Target is small but still decent. They kill me at the front of the store with the dollar section. However, I do shop at this Target too often anymore. My gripe with this particular Target store, there is ALWAYS a line for checkout. Sometimes I have seen the line 20 people deep. !!! DANGER !!! YELLOW PAINTED CROSSWALK LINES ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS/SLIPPERY WHEN WET. I walked out of the store during a rainstorm and when I stepped off the curb onto the crosswalk I stepped on the yellow painted line and went flying crashing to the ground with my purchased items scattered in front of me. Luckily the approaching car was able to stop. My palm was cut up and one knee was scraped up pretty bad through my long pants. Note I was wearing sneakers with a good nonskid rubber sole. Two ladies came rushing over and one said she had a similar incident. Don't bother taking them to court, they have every protection in place and your case will be thrown out. That happened to a friend who sustained an injury and months of rehab and just wanted to recover medical costs but judge threw case out. read more

Target in Gastonia offers a terrific shopping experience! They keep the store stocked well and it is always very clean. Target associates are obviously treated well as they are always helpful, respectful, and friendly. My only wish is that there would be a way for this store to be bigger, in order to have more grocery space. This is obviously impossible, unless they make it a two-story store. Target store brands are the best in quality and value, so I never fear buying them. It is always fun when I need to make a Target run, many times are when I order it online and pick it up in the parking lot. Thanks Target! read more

Holy overhaul location batman! They are seriously renovating this location! We hit them up to try to find out if they had a Funko that our brother-in-law has been trying to find and they were in mid-swing of updates. There were some large empty areas, but some areas were already redone and looked really good. I know that Target corporate has invested money to update all of their older locations and this one is obviously one of them. I love that they are getting a facelift as this one is right in the heart of the main Oviedo area and right in front of the mall entry. Outside of the overhaul - they have all the regular items you'd expect. We were able to grab a few things we needed. We didn't find the Funko, but we expected that to happen. Overall: A Can't wait to see the facelift when it's done. Happy to see this one getting some much needed TLC. read more

My family and I have been to this target several times this month. We have been able to find everything we needed. The staff is very helpful and ways willing to check for items for you or direct you to the correct location. The check out line looks long but there are several self check our lanes so it moves fast. The store is also clean. They also have a wide selection of good produce. read more

This an old school, non-super, Target right in the heart of Oviedo. Parking is ample and all your necessities. They have a small food area, so it still can be still be one stop shop for many. There is a Starbucks cafe inside, so it's easy to get everything you may need. read more

Four stars for this little old-school target located in Olvido Florida on red bug Lake Road and nestled into the Tuscawilla area near the Oviedo Mall. This isn't your super Duper major major big box targets... It's the old-school kind that has some groceries, but mostly target stuff. And this certainly is not the busiest target I've ever been to, that's not a bad thing... Allow me to explain. This location gets enough traffic to keep the store open and probable I would imagine, but doesn't see the foot traffic that some of the larger locations in Orlando like millennia or hunters Creek did just see a larger volume of people. Maybe it's because more people drive into Orlando and don't drive into Oviedo, but the stock levels tend to favor the customer at the Silvio location. I don't know why am telling anybody this because clearly I'm sabotaging my own price savings plans with you! Now, don't go driving out there without checking stock levels just because you read my review. You got several resources at your fingertips, not to mention the somewhat accurate target application and or web application that has fairly accurate real-time inventory. With that being said I would still utilize a third-party source for referencing sale price such as brick seek to explore local stock levels. Generally speaking I do very well shopping at this target. The men's clothes aren't always picked over. One of the things I don't like about Target is that they don't seem to take very good care of their male customers in the clothing department. Don't give me wrong they have some decent stuff I buy it, but it's just not a huge selection and I don't matter what car you're at, that being said I tend a find some good deals with a little bit of hunting. Just yesterday I scooped up a nice hall of clearance items bundled with a cart wheel offer for an additional 20% off all sale and clearance prices. I came home with a pair of Masuga shorts, for T-shirts, a set of pajamas, three solid polos, and a really nice Marino sweater V-neck style! How much did I spend? Get ready for this $27. I love Target! Especially wandering the store aisles for things I may or may not need. The store is organized and they have a good selection of women's clothing that I enjoy sorting through. This store also has a grocery component. The only reason why Target does not get five stars from me is the bathrooms. I'm not sure what the issue is, but the bathrooms are never completely clean with water and paper towels everywhere (not just this store either). I usually just try to get in and get out as quickly as I can. Better yet, I use the restroom before I get to the store. Otherwise, a good shopping experience. read more

From what I understand this location was recently renovated. It was nice and bright and clean but it did throw me off a bit as not everything is where I'm used to it being. I like that the cosmetics section is huge and well organized. Target always has some good sales if you're into bargain hunting like I am. I definitely recommend downloading their app because there are tons of discounts and coupons that you don't have access to unless you have the app. I've saved a lot of money scanning items to see if there might be additional savings on the the app. Customer service also seemed good here, one of the girls that works there was helping me out with some coupons and was very nice. read more

I could always find what I wanted at this store. I've used this store as an example for the whole chain. When I've been elsewhere in the country until recently, the Target stores all needed updating. However, many of them are similar with signage and the fresh grocery section. Back as far as 1999, I was shopping for groceries in their limited grocery section in this Target as I wasn't satisfied with other choices in the area, and Publix was outrageously high for many items. As Target added more, I bought more. Now, I wish I lived in the area again, though many stores in the Indiana/Ohio area where I currently live have the fresh grocery also. There isn't enough space for Super Target at this Oviedo location, but given the current state of Oviedo Marketplace, they could use it instead, and keep the cinemas. read more

Nice Target store, good selection of seasonal and regular items. Service is friendly and the bargin bins up front usually have some good stuff in them. They recently added a grocery section, so there is a nicely stocked section with Milk, eggs, some fruit and veggies, salad stuff and a decent selection pantry items. This is my neighborhood Target and now the revamped version is TERRIBLE- a man must have designed this 'new' updated layout. Isles end with no flow. The greeting cards that lived near a main aisle STILL live near a main isle by grocery no less. People stopped to look at cards will continue to block the aisles. Bra shopping now will be on display for all as those are now located on a main aisle. Everything that did make sense with flow and ergonomic shopping has been utterly destroyed. Head to Casselberry locale if you must - the powers that be have wrecked this one time gem. I'm taking my scripts to Publix (free antibiotics there anyway) and shopping elsewhere. Very sad to see our convenient neighborhood Target over-thought to the point where shopping here isn't convenient or easy any longer. Whoever had the last word on this renovation needs a performance review in my opine. read more

Come here often and am usually pleased with service. Today the cartwheel app wasn't losing on my phone and after 1/2 an hour I approached an associate to see if it was possible to get the cartwheel discount without my phone. The associate offered to use her own cartwheel and was told by her manager she could just give me the discount. Oh, why isn't this a SuperTarget location? ;) This is one of the best Targets that there is out there in the Orlando area. The employees in general are friendly, quick and attentive to help out any customers with any needs. They recently added a grocery section which is a big plus though it would have been nice to see a SuperTarget here in Oviedo. This location is right next to Oviedo Mall and would provide shoppers a convenient outlet to several stores in the area. One of my favorite part about this location is that it is usually "quieter" than other Targets therefore the check outs tends to be quick and very efficient. You can find great clearance items in the "back" aisles, be sure to check out good deals :-) read more

It use to be a pleasure to shop at Target. All I wanted to do was buy my items at a register that had a person working at it. The first line was closed down and the employee had to collect hangers instead of waiting on a customer-those hangers must be important. The 2nd register had a problem with the transaction and I was told it would be a 15 minute delay. They told me to go to the self checkout and said "this is your only option." As I left the store, the hanger collector and the "only option" guy were chatting with two other target employees. Good thing they have the self checkouts so the employees have more time to chat. Lastly, it is sad that this store has gone down hill...I first noticed this when June, the manager, left. They need to bring June back so she could train some of these employees in customer service. Was taken aback by long holiday checkout line that snaked around the isles of dog food and cleaning supplies, BUT the staff was well organized and the line moved quickly! Very impressed! Cashiers are helpful to point out additional savings we are eligible for and I'm usually able to access them (digital coupons) quickly. Love saving money with my RED card too! Every little bit helps! I did have an issue with a price problem, item didn't match what I thought it said on the shelf, and then I found it online at target cheaper. They matched the online price instantly, although not as low as what I saw on the shelf. I was satisfied with the outcome as I didn't want to hold up the line or invest any more time into the price check (happy medium). I find it little difficult to find boys close 6-12. This Target is of moderate size and you can find most everything you need here. The Starbucks located inside is a plus, as it is one of the nearest in Oviedo (I know some people who stop by here just for that). Currently they have a lot of deals going on like buy one hand bag- get one 50% off. And the same sale is going for dresses, shoes, etc. Right when you walk in is the common little section for small $1-$5 items. Sometimes I like to look in there for cheap materials but today it seemed picked over and very messy to the point that I felt annoyed/disappointed. The grocery store is a plus and the quality is good. There are many lines and in all my years of visiting, I can't remember a time I've had to wait extremely long. This Target is awesome!! Amazing pharmacy, they go above, beyond and then they jump through some fiery rings to make sure you are taken care of 100%. We all know when you feel like complete poop you just want to feel better ASAP and they make it possible. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are very nice and always around to help. I've had the toy department track things down even when I had given up hope at Christmas. If you like a great deal just keep your eyes peeled for those bright orange stickers, always scan a clearance item you're interested in because quite often people move stuff and they miss marking down further. I LOVE getting to the register and finding out my stuff is even lower than I thought! Grocery section is decent, if you are in a hurry they will have something for you and the prices are way better than Publix. I avoid the W store like the plague now. I'm spoiled by this store and now I am always let down with other stores. read more

Not the best place to get fruit or vegetables. The produce is often rotten and they don't seem to care or try to remove it. If you're looking for anything other than vegetables or fruit it's a decent place to shop. Prices are reasonable and they have large stocks available of towels, linens, toys, etc. Store seems fairly clean too. Buyers beware! They often put returned merchandise back onto shelves and not all parts or pieces are always in there. My husband and I purchased a charcoal grille assuming it was New, but when we opened it up it had been used (maybe only once) but it was not new! They did immediately refund us and offered a new grille but we went elsewhere. This has never happened to us before but a friend of mine has mentioned a similar problem when she purchased toys for her children. Aside from these things, the staff is friendly and checkout employees were efficient. It wasn't hard to find someone who worked there to help us find things. read more

This Target is A-OK. The Starbucks inside is adequate; last time I was there they did not offer Wi-Fi, and the tables are shared with the deli area (eww!). I can usually find what I need at this location, however I have visited less because I like the newer and larger Sanford store a bit better. This store pissed me off a while back because they never carried enough of a particular wine they sold. The Sanford store seemed to have no problem carrying enough of this wine (until recently- I guess the word is out about how good this inexpensive wine is. I'm not going to tell you the name, because then you'll buy it and I definitely won't find it stocked). read more

Then the merchandise has now become too trendy and for the moment without normal clothing and decor. I feel like it has become an expensive flea market.
