I was at Target - just getting 4 bottles of hand soap. I was in line behind this lady and I guess the cashier said she was closed too quietly. So, then rudely was like "sir, I said I'm closed." As I am checking out in another lane and I get ready to leave, the customers I was behind had already left and the cashier is continuing to check out customers. This was the worst customer service experience I have witnessed at Target and I used to work there many years ago. read more

This is my favorite Target. Not because it's the biggest or they always have everything in stock, but because the customer service is superb. The cashiers, managers and staff go out of their way to help you find what you need, they always speak when you're shopping and inquire whether you need assistance and if there is ever an issue they solve it the first time around. They've done a great job this holiday season especially as it pertains to the Target 50% off toys deals. Definitely my go to location. read more

I love shopping here but their employees have the worst attitudes and personality. I was in there a couple days ago and smiled at the girl overseeing the self checkout. She looked at me like she hated me. If you're in customer service then your attitude needs to be better. Learn how to smile and say have a good day. I promise it won't kill you. Sheesh. read more

Hit or miss with staff. Usually check out staff are awesome, it's the others, for example the clothing sections, that can be rude or not willing to help. Appears clean and tidy often. Bathrooms are touch and go. Stock is not a disappointment. Hours could be extended but not inconvenient. read more

I called to find out if they had the vacuum cleaner I was interested in that I found online, unfortunately they were out, but three Cheers for Mallory a Target associate who took the time out to carefully check the computer and walk over to the dept to manually check what was available. This is my neighborhood Target. I literally just go in to get my essential needs. I cannot do any major household shopping here, because they lack items and I hate the fact that I've had many items that rang up a different price than the shelf price! read more

This location is not as crowded as other Targets! Their inventory may not be as fully stocked and varied as more frequented locations, but it does the job for me. It offers free Wi-fi that is great to use when I'm scanning using my apps that earn me money. Bring your own bag and save 5 cents too! read more

I have been going to this Target store in Owings Mills for years. They have a good variety of things that I need. It isn't as big as the Target in Hunt Valley, but I can always find what I am looking for. The only drawback that I see is that I wish there were more than 1-2 registers for 10-12 items or less. I can't remember the last time that I went in there and bought more than 12 items, so having an additional register would've been really helpful. read more

Love love love love this target. Some may say that the one down in pikesville is better, but the staff here is way more helpful. They can be short on people to work the lines sometimes, but they usually page people on the floor, and get more help at the registers. This lady pulled a quick one on my sister last Wednesday night. At the the check-out the lady asked if she would like to save 5 percent on her purchases just by answering a few simple questions. The lady at no point said you will be opening a credit card. My sister thought it wouldn't hurt to do a survey and get 5 percent off. When my sister was done, she had opened a credit card. Cashiers should make sure that customers are aware that they will be opening a credit card. In my opinion, that was very cunning, deceptive and withholding of information. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Condescending staff, slow service. Will never get a perception filled here again

I've never had any problems with this store until I tried to return a faulty device that I purchased here. This store is generally clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, it is ungracious when it comes to returns and could benefit from teaching their managers, at least the one I interacted with when making a return, some empathy. Recently, I purchased a humidifier from this store that started malfunctioning after 90 days; it would sometimes make a lot of noise and bothered my children when it malfunctioned. The manager didn't seem to care that I had been sold a faulty device and flatly refused to do anything to help me, including offering a discount on new humidifier; I asked if I could get a discount on a new one and was given an uncompassionate, "No," by a manager that just didn't seem to care. That was a notably disappointing interaction. read more

Love coming here to shop, always great prices and pretty easy to find everything you need. Easy to combine coupons to make good deals better. Only a few things about the location that I dislike. When they are working on stocking shelves in different departments their stuff takes up the entire aisle I find myself skipping the aisle and buying the stuff I need elsewhere because its to much of a hassle to walk past all the various carts they have blocking up the aisle. Cashiers, I hate them the most. There are a few cashiers who are quite friendly but most of the cashiers are rude and make you feel like a bother for making them do there job. Half of them don't bother looking up at you. There is also a cashier who thinks wearing their pants around there ankles and having their boxers show is appropriate. read more

I just recently moved to the area and I went to another pharmacy to get my daughter's medicine . The staff at the pharmacy I went to explained to me that neither one of my daughter's insurance covered her medicine. I explained my daughter has been taking this medicine for over a year and I've never had this issue . I immediately googled for a nearby target because we always get medication filled through target where we lived before. I was in panic because they were closing . I explained my situation to the pharmacist at target she filled my daughter's prescription without issue .. I absolutely Love Target they haven't failed me in one city! read more

Why can't this store get anything right? Every time I go in here pricing is always wrong, old expired sale signs are always left up and it takes 10 minutes to have someone verify the price. Also got a single Starbucks drink from the refrigerators at check out and it expired 6 months ago. read more

This Target makes up there own policies tonight my husband went to purchase Lol Dolls for our daughter who is a huge collector. They refuse to sell him more then one!!!!! KWAK (the lead) that he spoke with then told him he could buy four but after change his mind and went back to only one could be bought per "policy". Which brings me to the conclusion that he's making up his own policies!!!Which is not right there was no one waiting to buy these dolls they had plenty of them after hearing this I personally came up to the location since they would only sell my husband one I picked up 4 and went to self check out and had no problem buying them that way. You can not buy just one lol doll there a collectors item. The point is we should have not had to go through so much to buy something that's in store and stock and no ones waiting for. I do strongly feel depending on "who" is buying matters because KWAK clearly was making up his own policy off the top of his head. I'm not pleased with this location and there fake policies!!!! Oh and when my husband ask for theres DM or manager he was refused! so I called there cooperate number. read more
