Furbabies Isle with some cute strollers

Spent too much money in here! I have been looking for new deck furniture for a while and stopped in to look around. Really great selection of outdoor furniture that is in my opinion pretty reasonably priced. I saw so many items I loved and also complimentary decor to go along with them. Huge variety of anything you want for your home. They had couches, chairs, linen, desks, pillows, artwork, bath towels, comforter sets, vases, pots, and the list goes on. I found some really cute stuff for my pup. There is a entire section for Furbabies. Why 4 Stars? Three employees walked by and never even said hello.

This is great store/location. The shelves are well stocked and the store is 'neat' and clean. The only issue I have with this chain is that it's ALWAYS a hit or miss. If you see it and like it, buy it because when you return, they may not have it. The prices and great and some of the items are hard to find.

    Winning!Awesome find!

This store is a good grab type of store. You can find everything but the kitchen sink. I'm a HUGe fan of their sister store Marshall's . I come to this store for a good bargain for home decor. The clearance section is my favorite in any store but I love it here. Not only is the clearance section at the very front of the store but they have clearance items throughout. I always give myself a budget coming here or I will spend more money than I should. On this day my budget was $7.00. I'm sure you look at that like $7!! Yes $7.00. I had a $5 gift card and I was specifically looking for an onion pod and a tomato pod. I went to the kitchen essential aisle and found both for $2.99 each. I browsed around the store and still stuck to my budget for once. As I approached the cash register, the cashier was ready. No long wait time. My total came to $6.34 and with my $5 gift card I paid $1.34. Winning!! Thanks Home Goods

Oh my goodness! HomeGoods just broke the mould was this one! I was just assisted by this wonderful young lady named Yvonne who was excellent, personable and very sweet. She complimented all my items as she rang them up... who was I to disagree!? Lol I also noticed all of the cashiers working were just as nice! This HomeGoods has set the bar higher than before! I didn't want to leave... EVER!! They have everything you could imagine and more, especially housewares, kitchenwares, bathroom decor, healthy snacks, furniture, holiday decor, stationary and more!! This location has an even better floor plan than the location they replaced and their Christmas selection is marvelous! I can't wait until the day after Christmas to come here exclusively to stock up on all my needs for next year! I'm looking forward to next year when I unpack the things from storage purchased and being shocked on how well I did the previous year !! Kudos HomeGoods... I Heart U!!

I have many mugs but if I needed another this one is cute

It has a bazaar feel (though a bit more vanilla) with a ton of random items and tchotchkes. A friend and I spent a nice 30 minutes in the store, possibly touching everything, but enjoying every second of it. The salesperson interacted with us from behind the register area, but was very hands off, which was cool during our exploration. I ended up purchasing a fabric softener ball with a cat face on it AND some cute, VERY heavy, cat shaped salt and pepper shakers. There were a million more things there I would buy, so I'll definitely be back.

I was on a browsing and getting-holiday-ideas mission today, so I only bought a few small things; a candle, a soap bar, and a chocolate bar. The chocolate was SO good, and the candle and soap both smell amazing. Thanks to the staff, I learned that the candles help young moms in Chicago, the soaps help children go to school in India, and the chocolate helps small farmers across South America. I love that everything comes with a story of hope and helping someone. I will absolutely be going back soon to buy some gifts for my loved ones!! And maybe more chocolate for myself ;)

FDC and I were in the area so we decided to check out the new digs. The shopping center it's located in is large and has ample free lot parking. The space is bright and open. What we noticed was a change - in the old location there were rows and rows of shelves, with dishes organized by pattern or color. If you were hoping to find a replacement for a broken plate in your pattern, or to add to your set, you could easily do that and chances were, they'd have your pattern even if it was passed down from your great grandmother, who brought it with her to the New World. In the new space there was thoughtful merchandising of items, displayed in settings with style groupings but not necessarily patterns. Saw some patterns scattered in different places, like Kings Crown Ruby Stained goblets. I get it, they compliment lots of styles. Finding 5 of them may involve hunting. The store is lovely and well displayed. We found inspiration and were charmed. It's still a great store, it's more though general shop for amazing dishes and such and less looking for an item in a pattern. In its former format, Dishfunctional filled a need no one else had. Now it's just shopping for cool stuff. We'll still visit, my dish loving heart weeps though for what was lost when some real estate developer decided what West Chester really needed was more "luxury condos" on a semi-industrial area. One other thing - they still have a robust eBay presence so if you are looking for a specific pattern or style, check there. Also Alfred has an encyclopedic knowledge, so ask him about what you are looking for - or if you want to know more about a gorgeous bowl- if he's there.
