I was looking for a Huffy Southwind bicycle, their website showed two in stock. However, upon arriving, I did not find any. The good news is the Target staff member I happened upon was Jillian who went far above and beyond the call! She checked in the back (just in case), and then provided us with options: Offered to call Target Fontana (on Summit). Said we could order it on-line, and ship to home (ship to Target not an option). We could bring it in, and she'd authorize their bike builder to put it together for us!! WOW. Just to compare: I called Target Fontana, and they said they had two in stock. She had a visual done to ensure one was put together and on display, and she assured me that I could come in and purchase it. When I got there, the bike I wanted was not on display. They had none in stock. I found a staff member who called Customer Service who confirmed they called and got the visual; however, they didn't know who it was. I got a "sorry" from the gal, and that's all she wrote!!! So a big kudos to Jillian at Target Rancho Cucamonga, who represents the epitome of Customer Service!!! :) read more

Target is cheaper than Walmart when you use the Target card! I just applied for the Target Debit card! Highly recommended! Lots of helpful staff here. The girl at customer service helped me when I didn't get my card in the mail and gave me a 1800 number and got it settled! read more

Every time I shop at this Target, they never have anything in stock. I went there today looking for two specific items in cosmetics and of course they were completely out of both items. I also went there to purchase an Amazon gift card and they don't carry those anymore, either. I walked out of there and bought nothing. I ended up going to CVS where I found all the items I was looking to purchase. While it may have been slightly higher in price, I received a $5 coupon toward my next purchases. Don't understand what's wrong with that store. Most of the time if I want to shop at Target, I drove farther to the Ontario store on 4th where they tend to have most things in stock. I loath shopping at this Target. First because of the lack of practical PRODUCT. They NEVER have anything I need!!!! Second, the layout and design of this Target is the worst...EVER. and last... The customer service is...mmmm how would you say.... NO WHERE!!! Upland Target on Campus or Fontana Target on Summit is hands down the best and I will drive completely out of my way to go to either one instead of doing business in Rancho. EVER!!! Bathrooms are filthy CLEAN THEM I don't like seeing hair on the toilet or use smell was not anything to brag about either

Out of all the target's in this area this department store is the busiest! They are often out of stock in hair products/make up. The store is usually clean, but there are never any associates available to assist guests when they need it. I'll be back when necessary, but I prefer the target on Fourth and Milliken. read more

This is the first time I've been to this Target and I had high hopes because I am a fan of Target in general, but this one was definitely lacking. When I walked in there were no carts to be found and the front area did not look as though it had been kept up at all. I bought clothes for my daughter, but while I was browsing the racks and employee kept getting in my way and did not seem as though she cared about anything besides finishing her task. The lady that checked me out was very polite and helpful, but as I was leaving I could not help but feel as though I was at Wal Mart due to the caliber of people I noticed entering and exiting. I usually come to this location on my lunch break. It's always clean, employees are always courteous and the store is always clean and organized. The only bad dept is the optical dept. I came in for the glasses that I recently bought and they refused to tighten the leg cause it was fully tighten. If it was then it wouldn't be so lose. I told them it doesn't make any sense that one is tighter than the other and both be completely tight. I left a bit pissed off unable to do much, so I'll probably never go back to that dept. If I didn't have that bad experience they would get a 5-star from me. read more

The store is set up inside differently than most targets. Usually well stocked. Love target but the one drag about this location are the crazy long lines!! Variety lacking at its finest man. I could not find many selections here despite it being a newer type target with groceries . Both health and food isles are lacking with options. No single protein bars no pre made food in the frozen section. I expected more out of a target especially since in the glorious city of Rancho Cucamonga lol where everything is to be better for being in the IE. The photo kiosks are extremely slow. The hardware or software should be running faster. Please invest in faster machines. Otherwise, what's the difference in sending them to be picked up later and not deal with the hassle of trying to upload them to pick up in minutes or an hour? It is frustrating. read more

I walked into this target over a course of 1 month. I found countless mold and residue on all the refrigerators . The eggs section was layered of old egg spills and slime. I constantly came across expired foods in the produce section as well as the deli / cheese section. Employees are allowed to set perishable foods on the floor. Guest service was rushed , and made me feel un welcomed. Sad to say this is worst grocery department at any target yet. read more

Another great Target. I came here for an interview and went shopping with my mom after. We got lots of nice things from the $1 and $3 bins. We bought some food and DVDs that were on sale. I got seasons 1 & 2 of New Girl which is one of my favorite shows right now. This Target has a pharmacy which is cool. read more

The store is an average Target. Down grade because they have one bathroom for the entire store. Not a Men's and Women's, but a single one potter in the Pharmacy. I was here a few months ago and the restrooms were closed for repairs. They are still under repair still. There are other Targets to to them. read more

I have been coming here since they opened. Its a pretty nice store, occasionally they let people sit in front of the door begging for money ( not cool ). The inside of the store is pretty clean. The parking lot is crazy always, and parking spots are the skinniest they could make them. read more

Usually a good experience. The staff is very helpful. We always find what we need, although it's best to go on Saturday morning by Sunday the store looks like it needs to be restocked. They also match prices from other stores. The cartwheel app is a hassle because you have to scan every item but using the Red Card gets us 5% off consistently. The store and restrooms are clean and well maintained and lately I haven't seen as many peddlers which is nice. read more

Best prices around for bandages and vitamins. Store is too big to be convenient but they fill most of my needs. Grocery section could offer more variety and fruit prices are funky by pricing per piece instead of per weight. I saw one person taking the largest bananas from multiple bunches; that is what happens when a place tries to buck the trend for no good reason. Target has always been a standard one stop place to shop for me! I love how they have incorporated more fruits and veggies and they have really cute clothes for my little ones!! It is definitely a place where I go to walk and sip on my coffee and it can be pretty relaxing!! Managers have always assisted me with help to my car and getting heavier products to the register! On Monday, May 10th, i had come in during the evening, i was on the hunt for Vero Pica Fresa candies, couldn't find any on the floor but knew i have purchased them at this location before, had asked for helped from a kind employee named Manuel i believe, he was stocking up the pet section and maybe the cleaning supplies i believe, he was the sweetest and made sure he helped me as much as he possibly could. First he asked the location i usually find the item, they weren't there, there wasn't a tag for them, he pulled up his target app, we couldn't find them, pulled out his zebra (device to check inventory throughout the store), i ended up finding the price tag flipped and he checked, sadly they didn't have any but he was extremely helpful. Target definitely needs more employees like him. He's an amazing worker and person. He made my experience great regardless on whether i got the item or not. Thank you Manuel!! Came for the first time dropping off my moms prescription. The pharmacist Michelle was really nice and patient with my mom (you know how older people are). We filled one prescription and it took about 20 minutes, a little long for an inhaler but I mean we were in Target it's not like we'd have trouble killing time. Michelle was really attentive and initially my mom only wanted to fill one prescription but as we were about to walk out of the store said "I think I should fill the other one." We turned around and went back to the counter to see Michelle and she was happy to fill the second prescription. I was really happy that Michelle was so nice about it, I sometimes get anxious when others are rude to my parents in public but she filled it right away even though she looked pretty busy. She even took the time to go through my moms different insurance plans to see which one offered the cheaper co-pay. I really appreciated her patience and service, would definitely come back to fill my moms other scripts! read more
