Regardless, what time of the day you go to Costco? Everyone is always helpful. Pretty much anything your shopping for you'll find it at a good price sometimes they may be overpriced on some things, but other than that, their produce, dairy, and meats are always a good price for the quantity. My only gripe is the men's Kirkland white T-shirts they sell are now garbage. The ones from a year ago were the best T-shirts you could find! The new ones they sell, the collar is a lot thinner and smaller so it's not as wide around the neck. so when you're wearing a button up, it doesn't look as neat. The area around your shoulders and armpits are tight, you have to pull and stretch out those areas in order to have the T-shirt fit comfortably. If you go a size larger then the shirt is just hanging on you and it looks ridiculous. If you're looking for T-shirts, your best bed is probably a TJ Maxx or a similar store. Costco T-shirts are no longer the best value the quality just isn't there anymore. That's just my opinion, you will have to buy a pack of these T-shirts. This is for the pharmacy. By far the worst I have seen in my entire life. Consistently disappointing experience at this Costco pharmacy. Several times now they've been out of stock on my medications, forcing delays in getting prescriptions filled. When I asked about generic alternatives to save money, staff said they weren't able to make that suggestion -- which isn't helpful when cost matters and generics are often clinically equivalent. Their pharmacists don't seem to be knowledgeable enough and show no intention to help. For a pharmacy inside a wholesale club built around value, I'd expect better stock management and more proactive guidance on options. Considering switching pharmacies. read more

COSTCO #678 Rancho Cucamonga My family and I are visiting from South Carolina, and we have always expected the same level of professionalism and respect from Costco, regardless of which state we visit. At approximately 1:39 p.m., we were checking out at the SELF-CHECKOUT. I understand that my 6-year-old nephew was not standing where he was supposed to be, and I acknowledge that this needed to be addressed. Shortly afterward, he accidentally spilled his drink. What really upset me, however, was hearing two ladies from customer service talking negatively about my sister while they were right there. They apparently did not realize I was nearby and could hear the conversation. I have worked in customer service myself, so I understand that dealing with customers is not always easy. People can be challenging, and I understand that employees may become frustrated. But that is not an excuse to speak badly about members, especially where the member or their family can hear. What disappointed me even more was that these two ladies were acting as though they cared about the situation while, at the same time, speaking negatively about my family member. That felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I chose not to confront them at the time because I was extremely upset and did not want my emotions to cause me to say something I would regret. Costco should remind and train customer service employees that if they need to discuss a member or a difficult situation, it should be done privately and professionally. Customers and members deserve respect, even when there is an issue or mistake. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Not all Costco's are the same and I really dislike this location. It's always packed i mean crazy packed. Which is to be expected as most Costco's are. This location has some of the most rude and obnoxious people ever! I've had more than one person run into me here without a sorry or my bad. You know I let them have it but I shouldn't have to. I like to shop in peace. I don't like the feeling that i have to be on the defense as soon as I walk into a store. It's like the people think their too good to say sorry or admit they are in the wrong. Also has a few jerks fight over parking and held us and others trying to park. Going to Costco is dangerous lol. I always end up getting stuff I don't need! It's my go to store for my monthly grocery run! I buy in bulk for certain items like paper towels and laundry detergent. It's a great store to buy the necessities for a party, like water, chips, plates, etc. The store is clean and well organized. Thrilled to be a new Costco member! The process was quick and a smooth transaction. Was even able to add my oldest as an extra cardholder while there. Went with the Executive Membership and after we completed the process, we shopped for a bit. That place is dangerous because there's so much good stuff to buy! Last trip, the sales guy started arguing to me about how jesus loves me because of a shirt I had on for a band, obviously not christian and didnt need him to push his religion on me. Costco is hand down my favorite place to shop! You can almost get everything here: clothes, produce, meats, vitamins, you name it. And you definitely get what you're paying for! Often times, we get way better deals than what you'll find at the grocery store. Another positive is the customer service. Everyone working here is very friendly and make some great recommendations. Also, making returns is pretty easy. We've had to make quite a few returns and it has never been an issue. Lastly, Costco has replaced Pepsi with Coke in the food court! I have been waiting for this and am so happy! A Coke and hotdog is way better than a Pepsi and hotdog. 10/10 would recommend you shop here! read more

This store has some RUDE employees. I'm so sick of the staff just grabbing my cart when I'm in line to move it up. If you see a customer holding the cart ask before you just grab it. Especially if you see personal items like a purse. I don't understand why they want us to be right up on the person in front of us. I will leave a few feet of space and wait before I move up. This happened again today and I said no and the guy got mad and had an attitude. Stop grabbing my cart with my purse. At least ask and let me grab my purse that has my wallet and credit card before taking my cart, there is literally no need for this when there is someone who hasn't even paid ahead of me. And then when I ask for a box the staff member completely ignores me. At this point the business center is better and has way better customer service. The Costco in Rancho Cucamonga was really busy when I made a stop here. The warehouse itself has the usual Costco selection and good prices, but navigating the aisles and checkout lines felt slower than at other locations. Staff are friendly enough, but the crowds made the whole experience feel a bit hectic. read more

This is a busy location. We parked at the outer edge of the parking lot so we wouldn't have to search for a spot. This was a quick in and out run. Most Costco locations are good and this one is no exception! Clean, friendly employees (a plus in my book), plentiful parking, organized and pleasant! Sometimes the worst part about shopping here is the other shopper's rudeness but it's usually not bad. There's a great selection of food, drinks, alcohol, sporting goods, office supplies, recreational goods, clothing, etc, all at reasonable prices! Everything like the width of the aisles, the displays, the checkout, etc is well thought out! I bought a set of tires and rims for my chevrolet silverado approximately 2 years ago, today I went back to Cosco because two of the center pieces to the rims had cracked. The person that helped me at the tire center told me I was better off if I was to order this item myself because they could loose them, this item cost $52.00. Approximately 2 years ago I bought a set of 4 tires and 4 rims and I paid $1,00. I was not told that I should ordered them myself because they might loose them. The cashier was friendly but then she just started tossing our items into our cart because I guess we weren't packing the shopping cart fast enough. The lady who was checking receipts at the exit was very friendly. The manager on staff today was a female. She was speaking to another Costco employee when my husband came up and asked her where the Clorox wipes were located. She was rude in her response to my husband. I guess she was inconvenienced because a customer needed help but she was in the middle of a conversation with another Costco employee. By far the best Costco location in regard to getting in and out. This location unlike others is not crazy busy and parking is pretty easy to find. Selection is comparable to other locations as it carries pretty much everything you need and expect to get from Costco. Associates are all very friendly and helpful. Costco quality of service is pretty much the same no matter which one I've gone to. As for product selection, I am disappointed that this Costco does not have more unique varieties compared to other locations. New products are never rolled out until at least a month after other locations have already had them in stock. This location is generally not as busy as other locations, which is definitely a big plus in my book. I don't have to fight for parking, plenty of space to roam and browse without getting shoved left and right by people and their shopping carts. read more

Visited on 04/22/22. This Costco is located near the Ontario Mills Outlet (this Costco is considered a part of Rancho Cucamonga though). I didn't know that there was a Costco near the outlet so wanted to stop by. The layout is pretty much the same as any other Costco. They do sell some things that are not in other Costcos (i.e., Montclair) such as 25 lb Brown Rice bag, Jasmine Rice, Chinese Sausage, etc. The famous, affordable, and delicious $5 rotisserie chicken is also here (of course!). I mean, it's Costco, you guys. It's hard not to love a Costco in Rancho Cucamonga, because a Costco in Rancho Cucamonga is almost identical to a Costco anywhere else in the United States. They're all the same and they're all spectacular. They all have the hot dog meals that you can buy for like $2 and change. I enjoyed my cheap but great Costco meal at one of the picnic benches they provide just outside the entrance. So even if you don't have a membership, you can roll up to the Costco and plunk down two dollars and something, and they will give you a hot dog and a beverage. There are lots of picnic benches on the patio. I love that you can eat outside here, but still be protected from the elements because you're sitting under a huge roof. Oh, Southern California. I miss you and your casual way of dining outdoors all year. Like all Costco locations, this Costco is very organized and clean. I found a few things here that I don't usually see at my hometown Costco, which is nice. read more
