Going to Costco is dangerous lol. I always end up getting stuff I don't need! It's my go to store for my monthly grocery run! I buy in bulk for certain items like paper towels and laundry detergent. It's a great store to buy the necessities for a party, like water, chips, plates, etc. The store is clean and well organized. Thrilled to be a new Costco member! The process was quick and a smooth transaction. Was even able to add my oldest as an extra cardholder while there. Went with the Executive Membership and after we completed the process, we shopped for a bit. That place is dangerous because there's so much good stuff to buy! Costco is hand down my favorite place to shop! You can almost get everything here: clothes, produce, meats, vitamins, you name it. And you definitely get what you're paying for! Often times, we get way better deals than what you'll find at the grocery store. Another positive is the customer service. Everyone working here is very friendly and make some great recommendations. Also, making returns is pretty easy. We've had to make quite a few returns and it has never been an issue. Lastly, Costco has replaced Pepsi with Coke in the food court! The warehouse itself has the usual Costco selection and good prices, but navigating the aisles and checkout lines felt slower than at other locations. This is a busy location. We parked at the outer edge of the parking lot so we wouldn't have to search for a spot. This was a quick in and out run. All of the lines were long except the self check out lines. We used the merchandise pick up window and the gentleman working there was very nice. read more

Most Costco locations are good and this one is no exception! Clean, friendly employees (a plus in my book), plentiful parking, organized and pleasant! Sometimes the worst part about shopping here is the other shopper's rudeness but it's usually not bad. There's a great selection of food, drinks, alcohol, sporting goods, office supplies, recreational goods, clothing, etc, all at reasonable prices! Everything like the width of the aisles, the displays, the checkout, etc is well thought out! I'm a dummy because I didn't buy Costco stock during the pandemic when it was one of the few stores I always went to at that time. I ordered pizza for 5 pm uncut and they wrote it down made a note and would not give me my pizzas without making me wait in line when we had a set time and made me go inside to get a printed receipt Was very rude telling me there is a line but these were ordered early this morning and for a specific time. This is really bad customer service and I will use. A different Costco or maybe Sam's club. The cashier was friendly but then she just started tossing our items into our cart because I guess we weren't packing the shopping cart fast enough. The lady who was checking receipts at the exit was very friendly. The manager on staff today was a female. She was speaking to another Costco employee when my husband came up and asked her where the Clorox wipes were located. She was rude in her response to my husband. I guess she was inconvenienced because a customer needed help but she was in the middle of a conversation with another Costco employee. If your job entails working with people then make sure it's what you want to do. If not, then please go find work elsewhere. read more

By far the best Costco location in regard to getting in and out. This location unlike others is not crazy busy and parking is pretty easy to find. Selection is comparable to other locations as it carries pretty much everything you need and expect to get from Costco. Associates are all very friendly and helpful. at the food court it's a mess. this man is yelling at everyone only one line for kiosk. which first of all since when do you line up for kiosk if the whole point is skipping a line??? but also there is no signs any where or any indications on where lines start and go. it looks a mess going inside compared to the fontana location. idk who's managing this but one quick look and it looks a mess. the man running the kiosk line had the worst attitude. he's the only line for kiosk but then start to make ice cream and smoothies. is there no one else on the team for that. since this is the only kiosk line that he was yelling about but left his duty to fulfill somthing else. walking out of costco my chicken bake rips out the bottom of the bag. the quality in which the bag was made the glue at the bottom became weak and my chicken bake was left on the costco road. overall these are all simple fixes. i don't know why management can't take one quick minute to make signs or create actual lines. read more

Costco quality of service is pretty much the same no matter which one I've gone to. As for product selection, I am disappointed that this Costco does not have more unique varieties compared to other locations. New products are never rolled out until at least a month after other locations have already had them in stock. This location is generally not as busy as other locations, which is definitely a big plus in my book. I don't have to fight for parking, plenty of space to roam and browse without getting shoved left and right by people and their shopping carts. read more

I mean, it's Costco, you guys. It's hard not to love a Costco in Rancho Cucamonga, because a Costco in Rancho Cucamonga is almost identical to a Costco anywhere else in the United States. They're all the same and they're all spectacular. They all have the hot dog meals that you can buy for like $2 and change. I enjoyed my cheap but great Costco meal at one of the picnic benches they provide just outside the entrance. So even if you don't have a membership, you can roll up to the Costco and plunk down two dollars and something, and they will give you a hot dog and a beverage. There are lots of picnic benches on the patio. I love that you can eat outside here, but still be protected from the elements because you're sitting under a huge roof. Oh, Southern California. I miss you and your casual way of dining outdoors all year. Like all Costco locations, this Costco is very organized and clean. I found a few things here that I don't usually see at my hometown Costco, which is nice. read more

After reviewing all the one star reviews I considered not wasting my time because this Costco has gotten MANY 1 star reviews over the past few years and apparently nothing has changed. But I'll throw this one out there anyway. This has to do with, not bad, but SCARY CUSTOMER SERVICE from some tall old enough to know better guy, with either very short greying hair, balding, very tall, working in the produce area At least for today Sunday October 5. What an ass he was. I was buying a container of grapes and took one out of the container and ate it because they are EXPENSIVE and the last batch I bought was bad. I set the container down, going to buy it, just set it down for a second. This big oaf of a guy DESCENDS UPON ME, GRABS the container out of my hand (I'm touching it) and yells "is this the one you ate out of?" I said "yes the last batch I bought was bad. But I'm gonna buy this" . He takes it and says "now that you've eaten out of it I have to throw it in the spoilage". As he's walking away, I'm telling him "but I'm gonna buy those! Hey! " I say "I'm going to buy those!" he keeps going and throws my grapes into this container that I guess is the spoilage and literally stomps out of the produce room. I swear this guy was a big baby and a big bully! Keep it in mind if you are ever tempted to taste something over there look around first and make sure this big jerk off, Doofus of a cretin isn't waiting to jump on you and scream about the one grape you ate! OMG! I was so freaked out I just grabbed my basket and left. I wanted to get as far away from him as I could and I didn't even finish shopping in the fruit section because he was like not fit to be around people. He needs a vacation or something, but I don't think I'm going back to the Rancho location and it's one of my favorite locations because it's less crowded than say, Moreno Valley or Eastvale. But those two places don't have the big doofus cruising around, looking for people he can jump on for eating a grape so I think that I'm going to be going there from now on. Visited on 04/22/22. This Costco is located near the Ontario Mills Outlet (this Costco is considered a part of Rancho Cucamonga though). I didn't know that there was a Costco near the outlet so wanted to stop by. The layout is pretty much the same as any other Costco. They do sell some things that are not in other Costcos (i.e., Montclair) such as 25 lb Brown Rice bag, Jasmine Rice, Chinese Sausage, etc. The famous, affordable, and delicious $5 rotisserie chicken is also here (of course!).
