Just to get the car took over 1 hour. Other services allow you to pick it up right away. I had rented the car for 4 days but I cut it short instead since it was more expensive for some reason so I don't Dec. 26th to the 28th. I returned the car the morning of the 28th. Today on December 31st they call me and tell me I haven't returned the car yet ... WHAT? You can tell they are disorganized and don't know what they are doing. I will never rent from here again, believe me, it's not worth it. Also, I'm trying to call them back currently and it's already been 30 mins on the line with no answer - this place is a joke.

In less than 40 hours, we were forced to return to their office and swap vehicles FOUR separate times: ​Car 1: Handed over with soaking wet seats and an unbearable, foul odor. ​Car 2: Had severe mechanical issues and defective rear tires, putting my family at immediate risk on the road. ​Car 3: Disgustingly infested with live cockroaches crawling around the interior. ​Car 4: Battered with body damage, just like the rest of their fleet. ​Every single car they gave us had collision marks and reeked heavily of stale cigarette and marijuana smoke, with zero "No Smoking" signs or policy enforcement. This prolonged exposure to smoke and allergens triggered severe, aggressive allergy attacks, directly impacting my health and ruining our trip. ​Instead of enjoying our paid vacation, we wasted days dealing with uninhabitable, unsafe cars and unhelpful service.
