Any way let's talk about this particular Target with ratings. 1 being terrible, up to 5 being Perfection. Overall this target has a good variety of items to select from, and the value for the money spent is fairly a bit high but on average with most stores. Like most Targets items vary in price but often some are 1 to 5 dollars higher than they should be. BUT you can always find a deal. My only tip for any and all Targets is get the all, enroll, look for deals and save money. read more

Pharmacy is way in back of store, long walk for people who have joint issues or not feeling well!! Also phone refills is very hard to negotiate. My wife and I just tried to return a bulky chair to this Target, only to be told that there return system was down. We had generated the return form on-line, so I requested that they hold the item until there system was working again, but the manager refused. I explained that my wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and it is difficult and dangerous for us to come back to the store again. She still refused and did not offer any solution. How about "give me your phone number and I'll let you know when the system is back up and I'll have someone meet you in the parking lot to carry the chair in." Nope -- just "nothing can be done". Absolutely horrendous customer service. I didn't get the manager's name, but she was the manager on duty December 19th at 11:00 AM if anyone at Target cares. read more

Worst experience at a Target store ever! Went to selfie checkout and while checking out I realized I had a few items with security tags on them so I pressed the button for assistance. Sat there for about 5 minutes this lady comes up and the first thing out of her mouth is "you need to move if you want me to help you". She looks at my items and said I needed to pay before she would take the tags off. Mind you these were $5 shorts. So I finish and she's wasn't there. I asked another person for help after searching and she said I needed to go to customer service and it was the same lady that helped us originally. She literally walked past us and disappeared it took about 15 minutes to be helped it was such bad service I will never go back to that target again!!! read more

I come from the city and while I expect targets across the board to be busy and be chaotic, I've never been in a target so unorganized in a small town. Items on sale are always labeled incorrectly and items not on sale are always placed in front of sales items/sales signs. It's extremely confusing and when you ask the managers about the unorganized inventory they say "they are doing their best" and don't want to honor sales. If it's a placement mistake that's managements fault and they should honor sales period or have better oversight of their employees. Shoppers are looking for sales and it takes time to look for them and then be told oops that was a mistake at check out. Don't place items not on sale with the items on sale. "According to the managers Sweaters and Sweatshirts aren't the same" but they are placed in the same sales department on the same racks. There's so many target employees doing nothing, walking around in circles. There's dust all over self check out kiosks and most the registers are closed when it's busy! They never have disinfectant wipes for the carts either. I feel the whole store is mismanaged and run by too many young kids. read more

Management at this store is needed! Target, why have self check out lanes that are all closed and only 1 cashier open with 10 people waiting to check out on a Tuesday evening at 8:45pm. This store lacks a variety of cleaning and food items and them items are overpriced. My complaint is that I picked up ice cream from here. My ice cream had freezer burn and had 2 different colors. The drumstick was stale and faded. I would advise shoppers to pick up ice cream from another store. read more

The family and I like target. What we do not like is seeing a packed parking lot yesterday during a pandemic along with a state mandate to limit occupancy to 25% capacity. There was not one person waiting outside. I am pretty sure this Target turned a blind eye to make a buck on the Black Friday weekend. We will not be going there!!! Twice I wasn't able to try on clothing at 7pm when the store doesn't close until 10pm because they close the fitting rooms so early. The store is always a disaster. I was at Target and saw the Amazon Fire I wanted to buy was $49.99. I thought that was great it was the same price as Amazon. I wanted 8 and there were 8 locked up, no problem, right? I would get someone to help me. I saw the associates were busy, but I was being patient. I had indicated to 2 people I needed help and when they finished with their current customer neither one came to help me. I was thinking they're just busy, but I was close enough to tell they were talking to each other, I was in the Electronics Department for over 10 minutes in front of the Amazon Case (has a direct lie of-sight to the deck). I was waiting for help or further acknowledgement from individuals who appeared to be relatively idle. Other than the brief nod when I indicated I would need help I was ignored. I've had similar experiences with the Electronic Department at this Target and was prepared to spend a bit of money there. I ordered online but they had technical error and the service is atrocious. Very much not respectful and rude to me and my whole family.

So I just got surgery and made an order for ONE ITEM. Online it told me it was ready so I went in two different times asking and they would not service me without an email so I went home and called to see if they could deliver cause at this point I'm in pain and my poor grandpa was tired of driving me around. The nice associate on the phone told me that my order is ready (I called as soon as I got home). So you're telling me that this lady couldn't take the time to double check my order so I didn't have to drive around all day waiting for ONE ITEM. My husbands deployed and we have a limited budget so it's hard to get around or cancel/reorder stuff. Get your sh*t in order. Never ordering from here again and I work in the same lot. I'll just drive elsewhere. Like Walmart sucks but at least they're consistent. read more

My complaint for this store is they seem to run out of certain items. I went for the 2nd time looking for the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The shelves are barren! Last week empty cold case shelves of J.D sandwiches this week ? Still empty. Did everyone stock pile these up? Are the military buying them up? I just don't understand . Also out was Land O Lakes butter spread. No Pillsbury biscuits. I don't want to come back to this store. I had to walk about 6 blocks to get what I needed. Visited the Target in Silverdale today for some basics (shaving cream, work shirts, snacks, etc). I used to work retail and I understand the holiday season is stressful, but the folks in front of us in line were incredibly rude to our cashier, Eric. They were upset, claiming the price of their silverware was $40 more expensive than "it said on the sign". They argued with him for 15+ minutes, even after his management came over to assist. Even though, Eric was calm and helpful the whole time to them. Was very bright, helpful, and warm with us! Even initiated small talk! He was brilliant and deserves recognition for his resilience. And I bet he's not the only one there that does! Will be back again, of course! Thank you, Eric! read more

I was a huge Target fan but this store has made me never want to shop in another Target ever again. I went to check out​ at the self-checkout​ and had some issues with my card. My bank account showed the money was taken out of my account and my bank confirmed the money was taken out of my account. After the store associate said she could not help me I asked to speak to the store manager. The associates refused to give me her contact information and told me she was not there. I was given the number to corporate. I called corporate​ and asked for the store managers information. Corporate​ confirmed that the store manager, Michelle, was in fact in the store. The store manager, Michelle, didn't​ even bother to approach me or apologize​ for the inconvenience​. Which would have been nice but I guess I was not worth her time. Please believe I was not acting irate towards the store associates because​ I know it is a tough job. Yes, I was exactly in the best mood but I was not rude. All I wanted was a solution; ​not a "Well, I don't know what to tell you" followed by a shoulder shrug. All the store associates​ treated me as if I was trying to walk out with free stuff. All I wanted was my money back or some sort of solution. But instead,​ I was treated like so rudely. I understand machines have issues but as associates and a store manager, they did nothing to give me a good customer experience. After being treated so rudely and leaving with nothing (no solution and no money), I will never shop at this Target again. Why should I? My patronage clearly doesn't matter to them. Quite possibly the worst place when trying to price match. The employees, specifically the management is ridiculous. I tried to purchase an apple watch that they were advertising on their own circular, regular price $350 and now $250. Had to have 2 managers show up each trying to tell me that the ad wasn't for their store, even though the website had specifically mentioned this location. At one point before I had found the paper copy for the store, I was told that the ad was a fake. Then after proving them wrong with their own physical copy, they told me they didn't have to honor the ad because it said at participating stores only. Seriously? This is your own ad, and since when do you accuse customers of creating a fake ad and then after your proven wrong you deny the customer the sale that you offered? Jeez get a grip Target. Your customer service needs work. This unfortunately isn't the first time this place I've had terrible customer service at this location but it will definently be the last time. I Love Target. Minus a star for lack of a Starbucks which my Issaquah and Renton ones both had. I love being able to find everything I need for my family all at one stop; from clothes, shoes, furniture, household items and now even groceries. I swear there is no way to come here for 1 to 2 items. It literally sucks you in and you seem to find something new you never knew you needed. The best part of Target is the quality of the items they carry. It's quality craftsmanship and a lot of the items have lasted years and years. I am also pyched that they keep partnering up with top fashion designers to offer quality products for everyday people. They have great long term team members that are very friendly and helpful. So three stars for Silverdale's Target because, YAY, I love Target. Starbucks? You suck! I asked for a coconut milk mocha machiatto, and when I received it, it looked nothing like it. I tasted it, it tasted nothing like it. My mom and I went back, and apparently they were out of coconut milk? That would have been nice to know before I paid and all :-) The barista kept arguing that she TOLD me they were out, but no sir she did not! I'm very disappointed with this Target! It's just like every other target with items and prices but the employees are extremely rude!!! Let's start with the positive...the parking lot is always clean and the groceries have always seemed fresh. Now let's move on to the negative...Everything else! I've been to this store about five times and each time I stop in the front to get popcorn because it's my favorite snack, yum! The employees are so rude. Each visit they ask "what do you want?" Wow! Surprisingly rude! I tried being extra sweet to get them to warm up to me or even throw in a smile but it has yet to work. My most recent trip to target will definitely be my last. My husband and I arrived about an hour before closing to make a return and buy a video game. A young looking guy handled the return transaction. He barely spoke to us and drummed his fingers the entire time as if he was annoyed by having to deal with customers. We got one item then proceeded to check out...at this point it was about 15 minutes before closing. The cashier didn't greet us but just rung up our item and asked if we wanted a bag. During our check out another worker pushed a very full of cardboard boxes in front of us then left it. What. The. Hell? So neither the worker who pushed the cart in front of us or our cashier could be bothered to move the cart from our way. I feel like that's common sense not to do... I'm still pretty mad about that! Ah yes the proverbial Target run. I am a regular at the Silverdale Target store. Recently we booked a vacation to s hotel with a pool. I suddenly realized that I lacked a bathing suit. Off I went to raid the sale racks. As a plus side, I generally find their clothes to he too small. After sone trial and error , I found a suit in my size. For just $15 no less. I also found the electronics department to be very helpful in helping me select a cell phone case. My bank even had the rare ATM there. I truly love the "one stop" shopping experience. read more

Target is my go to place. It's like a better high end version of Walmart. Yes, it's a little bit pricey but they make up for it. Love it since it's not too far from where I live and the furniture... CAN WE JUST TALK ABOUT THE FURNITURE? I'm so going to splurge on furniture when I get my next paycheck. My room is going to look amazing. There's so much essential stuff I could buy if I ever needed anything. When I went there with my auntie to get essential stuff for our new apartment, there was a problem that occurred when my auntie attempted to pay with her card for the first time. It just kept getting denied. Definitely embarrassed but the employees there were so patient and just kept trying to find different options to let the card go through. We bought so much stuff so we weren't going to return that all so we just kept trying. The card didn't go through so they nicely put our items to the side while we tried to figure out the problem. Problem was fixed and the employees there were extremely nice to us and helped us through this whole mess. Very patient! Totally going to come here again. Goodbye Walmart. read more
