I stopped by this Target today to pick up my online order. I found parking easily since I came in the early morning. I went straight to the customer service area to pick up my order which is on the right side once you walk in. They took a while but I just chatted with the workers. The guy went to the back to get my order since it wasn't at the front. The customer service here is great when I was there. I also walked around the store and it's nicely organized here. The produce area is toward the back once you make a left turn after entering. Starbucks is on the right side. They only have 4 self checkout station at this location. read more

This target has a large parking lot out front, it is mostly busy in the lot and in store. We were able to find everything we needed, but got lost a few times as the layout is a little different. They had a lot of seasonal staff, so a lot of the registers were opened. It was pretty busy when we went, so you had to keep moving out of the way or saying excuse me to people Will try pick up next time lol read more

I rarely come to this one as it's on the opposite side of town, but for some reason they have items here that they don't sell at the other target. They also seem to have a better clearance section here (for women) if you're looking for that extra discount. The dollar section is always stocked up as well as most of the items throughout the store. I would check your target app before coming here though to make sure what you want is in stock, it hasn't seemed to fail me yet. I was greatly helped by a sales associate named Brandi who directed me quickly and efficiently to squishmellows! I had zero idea what I was looking for, but she made me feel at ease and offered me different sizes and colors of the product. I bake cakes for foster kids. The child I was baking for today specifically asked for a blue squish mellow cake. Brandi was super accommodating in an efficient time.. I could not believe the stock this Target had. We have multiple targets nearby and they never have stock of any of the new or good pokemon figures. You're lucky if you even find one on the shelf. We decided to stop by this one on the way to grab burgers from Funburger and were extremely surprised and satisfied! We're huge pokemon collectors and they had at least 2-3 of each new pokemon Jazwares figures. It was incredible so of course we had to go in a shopping spree! Prices are the same as other locations and the check out registers seemed a lot more organized. They didn't have any grumpy workers lol they were actually nice. I like this target. It's not as big as the one I usually go to, but it has what I need including a Starbucks inside. Their stock is pretty good. I normally do curbside pickup, but sometimes I go inside. Curbside pickup is great. Employees are friendly. No complaints here. read more

Their generic brands are an unreliable quality, and their online shopping department almost always sends me damaged/defective merchandise. I'm tired of always having to return merchandise due to poor quality or being damaged. And I'm tired of walking out of a store, that I once turned to for good prices, with an expensive bag of only a handful of things. I also don't like that they got rid of their DEI policies to bow down to the fascists. In short, Target has become LAME in every way. The drive up feature at this location is a complete mess. I waited over 20 minutes for my order to be brought to my car. I was not the only one waiting that long at the drive up. They had ONE person bringing all of the orders out. She stated she was ignored when she asked for assistance. I tried to call customer service. No one answered and the line just hangs up on you. Today I had a bad awful experience with the cashier. She was so rude to me because I asked her to please take off the two alarms off the sweater. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and I told her there's two alarms in that sweater, one is on top by the neck and one on the bottom of the sweater. She told me that she knew what she was doing to let her do her job I couldn't believe it. She only took one alarm off. I told her that she shouldn't be rude to me... I also told her I'd come in Far Away. I cannot bring back the sweater if it has one more alarm she told me she took both of them off so I paid when I paid. I always liked Target. They have everything I need, from groceries to clothes to office supplies. Customer service has always been great. Prices are decent, even though they are a little more than Walmart, but the quality at Target is better. The only thing I don't like about this location is the crowded parking. Of course, businesses often hear from customers when things don't go well. In my case, things went VERY well, thanks to two stellar employees, Katherine and Karisma. The short version is, I purchased a product that somebody "lifted" from me when I got home because I accidently left the item on top of my car. When I got inside my home, I quickly recognized the product I purchased was not in my bag, but instead, was left it on my car in the complex's garage. By the time I got to the garage, the item was gone. I went back to Target to make sure I had not left the item there, which was confirmed. So, I told Katherine and Karisma about my issue. The bottom line is, they could have told me, "Sorry, we have no responsibility for customers' items once they leave the store" which is true. I really don't get why people act all sassy and say things like, "I'm going to tarrr zhayyy" when they go to this corporate chain because it's really just another big box store selling things from China. It's not like it's pretty and clean or anything (because it's not) and half the time, they don't even have the things I'm looking for. Like simple things i.e., specific medicines and even toothpaste. They do have a lot of weird little knick knacks but Lord knows I don't need any more of those things. This location is shockingly dirty, floors are gross & cashiers are slooooow. This store is an absolute mess, filled with disgruntled employees too focused on their drive up orders to ever consider helping you. Most requests for help are met with eye rolls or deflection to avoid doing any work or helping you find a specific item. The shelves are always empty and bare, and if you are looking for an item be prepared to scavenge the entire store to find someone that is willing to actually check the back. Most will tell you they are busy, it's out of stock, they will call someone else, or just say the item does not exist. I have no clue how this location stays open. With no constant restocking or upkeep of expired items, it is a miracle that they make enough profit to remain open. A week ago I found a package of deli meat on their shelves that expired in November! It was literally green!!! When items are not expired or super close to expiring, they are also out of stock and no one ever bothers to restock or front face until you ask someone who is willing to help. This place is so dirty and gross. You need a hazmat suit before even considering to use the bathroom, I have never seen anything more offensive in my entire life. Smeared you know what, drops of you know what else, and TP EVERYWHERE. Do not even get me started on the smell!!! The store is constantly unkept and littered with trash everywhere. The carts are terrible and also constantly dirty or broken. It will make you wonder if anyone even works in this wasteland. Yet you will see lotta folks wearing red vests joking around and chatting and doing nothing else. Lots of annoying teenagers throwing around balls, mannequins (yes), and driving around on the scooters playing bumper cars! Not a single employee calls them out for bad behavior! I love shopping at Target. This place is huge, has everything and is conveniently located. I was super disappointed to see so many customers not wearing masks in the store when shopping today. It's a legal mandate. It's the store policy. This policy is posted at the entrance, and it's literally a matter of life and death. The staff here should have someone stationed at the front door enforcing this policy and staff should be cognizant of it with a protocol in place to deal with customers who are not following the policy. read more

The good: I was in line to pay when a worker there pulled me aside to have me pay in a kiosk area. He even asked if I wanted a squirt of hand sanitizer. His customer service was excellent. I don't recall his name but he was wearing a tie and was very professional and formal. I liked how attentive he was and how he treated his job very seriously and was very respectful. They have a Starbucks coffee inside. I love Target's generic brand products. They're packaged nicely and look higher end than their cost. The bad: This Target feels smaller than others. Their makeup section isn't as lit up or pretty as some of the newer layouts for Target. The interesting: They have a kiosk counter by the kids clothing section without a register but they occasionally allow customers to pay here with credit card. Some shoe stores allow you to try on shoes during this time but this Target isn't one of them. Often when crowded, you line up by the makeup area and an employee guides you into which aisle you should go pay at. Did you know Target started in Minnesota? Also, this Target's "dollar section' or cheap goods section at the front entrance has a Bullseye animatronic, the Target bull terrier mascot dog, above the shelves. One of them has his butt wiggling as if he's stuck in the shelf. It's super cute and I haven't seen it at other Targets yet. read more

This is our go to store just because of location and convenience, overall we are satisfied and 7/10 times find what we need here. Their fresh fruits / veggie department is almost nonexistent with a really poor selection especially on veggies which I do believe I standard target. The employees here are typically nice enough, we haven't had any real complaints but nor do we run into them often other than at checkout. The lines are well managed but not completely nonexistent. The one big complaint is the isles starting from men's razors and finishing through the makeup section, often times we have seen dirty makeup or shelves with makeup product on it, the men's section sometimes has stuff just kind of scattered about in terms of item stocking but nowhere near as bad as the makeup isles.. it's just gross and extremely unorganized more often than not. I told several of them today the item I needed wasn't on the floor and they all told me where to find it, even though I already stated it wasn't at the dual spots. Ordering stuff through Drive up is a really great option for busy people, unless you choose to do so at this store, where you might as well go in to get it yourself because even after they tell you it's ready and you indicate you are there for pick up, you will wait another 20 minutes for your items. This has taken place multiple times. It's why people use brick and mortar stores less and order online more... managers, you've got a lot of young employees who have little guidance, if you all want to have jobs in the coming years I would kick it into high gear with delivering customer service because you're failing. read more

This Target is located at the north east corner of Magic Mountain and McBean parkways, just north west of the Valencia Town Center. With so many Targets out there I can't say I've been to two that have really felt the same. This one is part of a strip mall not far from a large Westfield Mall. That sort of sounds so generic. What I do like about this particular Target is that they had everything I wanted before heading out of town and that includes the deluxe version of Taylor Swift's new Lover CD. Yes, CD that's what I said and there's 4 versions of it but I only purchased one which was number 4 of 4. Taylor in the past has released special editions of her music but it's exclusive to Target. I had zero luck getting it in San Francisco the week before so I was happy to find it here in Santa Clarita. I noticed this one was made in the Czech Republic while the other 3 were made in Mexico. Weird. This Target had a little produce since my wife needed a lemon and all the other food, drinks and snacks we wanted we stocked up on for our trip. I noticed when it was time to check out that they didn't double up on the aisles I suppose because it wasn't that busy but they did have a floater with a mobile device that was able to check out people paying with plastic which helped us get out quicker. That's a great idea since it speeds up the lines without having to open another till I suppose. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather go to Target than Walmart in almost every situation. I love Target. Period. However, not all Targets are created equal. This location was my very first Target experience as a child and is still somewhere I consider home. I love this location even though parking can be a major issue depending on when you come. For starters, I love that they have a Starbucks inside. They also have a great ladies clothing section which takes up almost the entire right side of the store. Side note: their sale/clearance section is pretty darn good. The aisles are always clean and maintained and I love perusing through their home section. I usually find things that I definitely don't need and wasn't planning on buying; but usually end up getting. Anyhow, ignore the naysayers and give this location a chance. read more

Went in because of an offer on two Tides laundry detergents on sale and then $5.00. Got the two bottles and cashier rang everything up and then no $5.00....!!!! She had to call a manager over who said it wasn't on those even though that is what the sign said...ended up buying three bottles just because I didn't want to incite a riot with the line of people behind me.
