We thought that buying furniture "long distance" would be difficult and cumbersome. But Ronne made it so easy. We sent pictures of the house along with dimensions and spoke about what we were looking for in terms of specific pieces and our taste. We wanted "country comfortable" combined with a bit of modern and some fun funky pieces, as well. Ronne sent me pictures of her suggestions - which were wonderful. We were thrilled with the outcome - our house is filled with gorgeous furniture and the different "genres" all blend beautifully - from the huge, "squishy" chair in the family room to the industrial electric fireplace made of metal, concrete, and wood in the dining room - it's a showpiece. We ordered 3 bedroom sets as well and a kitchen set - every single piece is just perfect. Ronne picked out some funky end tables and cocktail tables for us and we are so happy with her choices. And, very affordable - such a great value for the quality. Delivery was also made easy, despite the distance - and the 2 guys who came to deliver were professional, friendly, and very helpful - we weren't sure where to put some pieces and they gave us some helpful suggestions and even moved some (very heavy) pieces several times so that we could see what they looked like in different areas - they even helped us set up the cable and internet (You can't ask for more than that). I absolutely would recommend Kurlancheek's to anyone who is shopping for furniture - whether it's just one piece, one room, or an entire house. Bought over 6 thousand dollars of furniture. 2…read morerecliners had to be returned after 60 days as material pilled, looked like someone urinated on the furniture. Bought a king size mattress, started to sag after 8 months on my husband's side. Called customer service, waited 2 days for a return call. We have a service plan on the furniture. Customer service stated the plan doesn't cover mattresses but she "would do something for me", neglecting to mention the mattress has a 10 year warranty. The gentleman who was to evaluate the mattress took 3 days to call me. Wanted to come out Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Just wasn't possible on our end. Made an appointment for the following Monday. Here it is the work day half over, no call no show. No response from customer service. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. The store doesn't return calls either. Would definitely not recommend this store. Great before the sale, a nightmare after. Addendum: After finally reaching the local store and threatening to throw the mattress on the showroom floor, customer service reached out and will be here between 12n and 4pm. Another wasted day waiting. Why does one have to get so extreme before any action is taken?

The sales team is excellent and they are nice and go above and beyond to help not only make a sale but to make sure everything after goes well. Delivery and installation is where things went wrong. Tabel and chair's had been delivered with a little damage, the table was put to gather wrong so the legs were super shakey and they left wood staples hanging from the bottom of the table. Now the Bob's way is that if anything is done wrong or damaged they will come fix it. So we set a date and time and the only time they had was 5 days later so I was left with a shakey tabel that had metal sticking out. I have a wife and kids I now had to inform couldn't sit at our new table. On the day to arrive they were 2hrs late and I had to go to work and reschedule. I did inform the customer service of this and that I was very upset. The soonest they could reschedule for was a week later. So another week before we could use our new dining room table. Finaly the service guy came on time fixed everything made the tabel look good and work the way it should. So I called customer service to see if they would remove the $69 delivery and installation charges well no I had received a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience and $25 giftcard for the service tech missing his time. So I will just deal with this and apply these cards to my credit card and they say no it's only good for in store purchases the stuff at this store on the cheap side is none existence. I tried to explain the delivery and installation was what caused so many problems so I didn't think I should have to pay for it but they kept saying this is there policy. They would hold it there, And that I could pick it up in two weeks. They added an extra week for me to pick it on myself, which made no sense. Now the delivery I had today for my own bedroom set one of the rails was broken But still usable. They said they needed to take it back so that they can get a new one. I said, can you just leave this one here for now because I already Got rid of my old bedroom set in anticipation for this new one. They said I could keep the broken piece, but then they wouldn't be delivering a replacement. I said that makes no sense. I obviously don't want this broken piece and if they really want it back so bad why can't they just take it when the new one gets delivered so that I can at least use a bed and not have to sleep on my couch for days. They told me I had no options. You would think when somebody spends 8000$ with you and you have both of these kind of mess ups, they would at least waive the delivery fees. They send us parts to install ourselves, when a technician never even looked at it. The store does not stand by its products and really doesn't care. This chair was bought for medical reasons. I can't sit comfortably in my own home because of the position the chair is stuck in. Please don't give them any business because all they care about is making a sale and getting their commission.
