This place is never staffed on register, yet always has plenty of employees stocking and roaming the aisles. The organization of the clothes sections has gotten better over the past few months but more often than not the women's clothes section is in disarray. Please put more people on reg!!! read more

Advertised signed items to sales however checked out at regular price. CS did fix however was a huge ordeal for an item on a popular frequent sale, located where it was clearly signed both with reg shelf tag and sale tags, but not appropriate corrected in computer system. Was a Friday so 1 day of sale left. How many paid reg price never knowing? read more

Target in Wilmington saves the day! I was in the area for work and needed to stop by someplace early morning that was open and carried cold medication. Luckily there was a CVS inside this Target that my Uber driver took me to. It was on the way to the office I was headed to, as well. I was able to pick up cold meds, cough drops, and a large water bottle. This Target saved my first day of visiting the office from what could have been an uncomfortable day. read more

This review is on Starbucks inside Target. Stopped by for 2 cups of plain coffee, you know, the kind that is already percolate. There were 2 associates, one making blended drinks for 2 customers. The second associate was done taking my money and staged my 2 empty cups for the associate already working on the two other customers orders. The associate not doing anything and standing there realized there were no more customers said "I'm taking my break now". I asked her before you go can you just poor my 2 cups since your partner is busy with a few orders? She seemed confused and told her partner to do it and left without a word. This disrupted her partners' process and inconvenienced the first two customers. I apologized to the customers for slowing the process down. All she had to is pull the handle twice. read more

Even thought their grand opening was 10/12/14, the store was actually open at least the day before, if not sooner. I was in the area, so I decided to check it out. I was hoping the store would be a bit more state-of-the-art (even for Target) - it was, at least in the tech section, with more smartphones and computer accessories available. The grocery section was, as I expected, well stocked. But for a store about to have its grand opening, there were already signs of negligence. The floors were already littered and scuffed. I was very surprised to find the men's room was in need of maintenance (maybe they don't have their service schedule in place yet?). It was also pretty obvious this was the first job for some younger cashiers, but they will ease into their work over time. The parking lot, while large, has an awkward entrance/exit off Ballardvale Street. Watch your stop signs and right of way. And above all, don't bother trying to run red lights. I also noticed a camera on top of or next to every single traffic light at the intersection. read more

Going to this target is convenient for me, they always seem to have just what I am looking for. Pasta sauce of various types that you just can't get anywhere else, plain paper bags a stack of 100 for a dollar..etc. I have done returns that were a breeze from shopping online target for things that didn't fit. Love Target. This is not the store I visit often but typically it is clean and people are friendly. I had an unpleasant experience in the changing area today. Sally was very rude. Directed me in the most belittling way. She had rules about what rooms we could use and pointed for us to sit and wait for a family changing room. I had preferred to use another room as family rooms were full. Ultimately I stopped by to chat with the manager before leaving as I found her rules kind of silly. I was reassured by the manager that her rules were not the store policy and he would address her rule setting directives. Hoping that Sally finds a position that is less customer service oriented. Otherwise a great experience there. Manager was very understanding and clearly defined their policies to me that actually make sense. read more

I frequent this target because it's super close to where I live and is never busy. I dread going in because the store is always a mess. Never stocked with the products I need. And there is constantly pallets blocking aisles. Today was the last time I will enter that store. Today I needed Gouda for a recipe so I picked up the mini babybel Gouda. My two year old son love the babybel cheese also. To get him to sit in his seat I opened one when we got to the car. He quickly said ew and handed it back to me. It was covered in mold. As soon as I got home I check the expiration and it expired November 9th! That's almost two months ago!! I called the store right away to let them know. I had to call 3 times and in about 20 minutes someone to answered. I was told I could trade it in for a new one. I declined because I don't plan on going back. read more

Thieves! Check your Receipts before leaving! They are taking your gift cards and claiming the card has a zero balance when a significant balance remains! I was just here this morning and was told I used the entirety of my gift card while checking out. I was instructed to pay the remaining balance of $25.00 in cash or visa/debt card. I did and the cashier retained the gift card as she stated there it had a zero balance. When I got home I check the receipt and below the payment the slip stated my gift card balance was over a $130 dollars. The store manger offers only that it's a "training issue" when cashiers are taking your full funded gift cards. They stole $138.37 from me today! This isn't the 1st time this has happen. Check your receipt before leaving so they don't steal your money! read more

Huge, new Target in Wilmington. First problem, the parking lot. I had no trouble parking. But the parking lot smelled worse than anything I've ever smelt before. It was horrific. Literally, ran into the store because of the stench. I understand this place is new, but their is a brand new Target in my town (south of Boston), which NEVER has any sort of smell, so there ISN'T an excuse. Another reviewer said something about "a step up from the Woburn store". This is something I definitely disagree with. I visited that store on Friday, as in the area all weekend (oh yeah, what's up with the Wilmington / Woburn / Burlington area not having any Walmarts? Target is ok, but Walmart is less expensive, and more loyal to me), and in Woburn had a better experience: including Self-checkout (this store doesn't have), as well as a larger store with a more manageable and useful layout. I have no complaints about the AWESOME guys at the Electronics desk here... By the way, Ryan is SO friendly, helpful and caring about every customer! I also DID like that the store wasn't nearly as busy as others and seemed to have a newer look (new signs, etc, etc), as well as being just as clean (or maybe a little cleaner....) than the Woburn store. But I do have a complaint about the guy working in returns as he didn't REALLY want to allow me to do an exchange without my receipt. I don't live in the area (I'm between the south shore and metro west), and my normal store ALWAYS, consistently allows returns without receipt. Now, I am not even asking for a gift card OR cash! Simply an EVEN exchange (things break SO easily these days, guess unless it's Bloomingdale's quality I should expect it to last a day!). Anyway, he did it for me, but said it cannot happen again (yeah, whatever. I'll write down NOT to exchange or return anything at the Wilmington store, if I ever consider returning). Anyway, the store is pretty good and MOST of the staff are pretty good, just it doesn't live up to the AMAZING store in Woburn. This was my first visit to newly opened Target in Wilmington. I always shop at Woburn but this one is closer to my house. It's new, big, clean and has everything household needs. Quality at Target stores is always better than Walmart. Anyway reason to write this review was salesgirl at the electronics department. I was looking for a cable for my newly purchased HDTV on black Friday. I was not sure what cable I need. She searched for my model on the computer and gave me right cable. You hardly get this kind of help when it comes to buying cables or something electronic that you are not sure of. I wish I remember her name. Anyway it's a good place all your household needs. read more

It's Target. It's a glorious store where my wallet goes to die. I walk in for paper towels and walk out with half of the Easter decorations, new eyeshadow, 14 greeting cards, and a bottle of wine. Not too shabby...except I forgot the paper towels! This location is always clean, staff always friendly, and wine shelves always stocked. Pretty great! read more

Very disappointed lately, with the Wilmington store. The store started out well, but over the last few months it has turned into a total mess. Shelves are half empty and in prime time shopping hours every single day, all week, there are carts and racks full of cardboard boxes or junk blocking customer aisles everywhere. Last visit, I had to wait for another customer to wheel through because of this. No associates doing anything with this material either. Slow checkouts. The pharmacy staff is nice though! It's the only reason I shop there anymore. read more

This is the best Target I have ever been to! I used to go to the Woburn one but ever since this one opened, I'll never go back to Woburn. The store is always empty so you can run in and out really fast. The employees are also super nice and very helpful. There is also a liquor section in one of the aisles that is stocked with beer, wine, and vodka. They have a huge selection. The store has everything you need. Checking out goes very quickly and the parking lot is very big. The store is always very clean as well. I highly recommend for the liquor inside though. It is awesome they have it in the aisles and you don't need an ID until checkout. It isn't sold in a special section like many stores do. read more

Target is very very inexpensive and very very cool you are able to bring animals and include including cats so you can bring your dogs or cats as long as they're on a leash. The service here is very good. read more

I love the set up of the store and its selection, but maybe it was the heat outside that made the place slower and quieter than Woburn? I'm a fan of Targets, I always like checking out ones I've never been too. Driving in the freeway I spotted this location and made a mental note to go back to it. This was one nice large clean Target. Not many people, which made shopping easier. Everything was in order, prices were good, and the line for check out was great. Their bathrooms were extremely clean, this was a first time I actually went inside a Target restroom and was not grossed out by how filthy it is. They even had hot water for washing your hand. I see that this is a newer Target, I'm glad it's been kept up well. read more

The Wilmington Target has gone way down hill in the past 6 months. They are always restocking items with tons of cardboard boxes in the middle of aisles during regular store hours. Very few registers ever open and the ones that are open are staffed by very slow employees. Self check outs are desperately needed. This NEW target sucks. This Target is where the senior citizens that are employed there go to die while ringing up a single mom with a screaming child, and the woman in front of me desperately tries to hide the fact that she's buying tampons, oh and a diet coke. The woman Laurie did not even know how properly tender the sale, or make it pop up on the little credit card slider screen. The child is happy now because Laurie took an ungodly 4 minutes to find a crappy target sticker to give to the kid. Did I mention that the mom didn't have a carriage? JUST a stroller for this little snotty terror. Wherever will they put the 15 pairs of ugly drink cups (omg so good for hosting Xmas at our house this year!!!) ON TOP OF THE SNOT MONSTER. Crying + sticker = not crying. Crying + sticker + all the shit you bought stacked on head = crying and screaming. Holy hell, that's just today. I go here often as I work practically on top of this dumpster fire. This is only one of my many horrible experiences at this place. I'll tell you what else sucks about this Target. #1. As you walk in, notice the TINY security "guard" aka 18 year old high school girl who looks like she might blow away when the doors open on a windy day. Who the hell is she gonna secure? Right. #2. This place has a Pizza Hut/other crappy food spot in it. Up until recently, they would always have 0 pizzas/breadsticks/other stuff ready for 12:00 (lunch time, duh). Typically would have to wait 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. GET A CLUE. #3. Again, the senior citizens that are working the registers don't know how to work the registers quickly and efficiently. It's December. STOP TALKING TO THE CRYING CHILD. STOP TRYING TO MAKE SMALL TALK ABOUT THE CHILD AFTER THEY ARE GONE. STOP IT. LAURIE. #4. Isaiah. I know you're not from here but please train Isaiah how to work the register. He couldn't even figure out how to slide a credit card the other day FOR a customer in the line. Granted it was one of those microchip cards, but still. Train your people correctly. #5. This target's stop signs are all in the wrong place/facing the wrong direction. Whichever asshat was the foreman for the traffic signs failed. Terrible. Are there any good things about this Target? -The weird kid with the bowl cut only stares at me until I'm out of eyeshot. He doesn't follow me. Although I must admit when he's standing behind customer service over the little red fence is kind of creepy. -the chick that works the Pizza Hut with the terrible glasses doesn't ignore you while you stand there with your food ready to eat. Really. She doesn't. Actual complaint: selling Lego mini figures series 13 for 4.89. They are usually 3.99. I would buy them at 3.99. In conclusion: This target sucks and it's the only one close to me. Phooey. EDIT #1 STARTING WITH A BANG. HOLY CRAP. PUT AWAY THE STUFF THATS ON PALLETS IN A TIMELY FASHION. I go in and expect to see the new year's lego releases, nerf releases, and other assorted things. STILL ON A PALLET IN BACK OF A STORE IN AN AISLE. You burying bowl cut kid back there? The Target store is great. The crowds are generally small. The selection is good. Took one star off because the Cafe does not have any power outlets for people who want to plugin. Seems to me these days that there is an unwritten rule that cafes should have at least power outlets for people who want to work. read more

For your own safety do not shop at the Wilmington Target under any circumstances during the coronavirus outbreak. Twice now I have gone to the store and walked away. In both cases there was only one cashier working and they were desperately trying to push people into the self checkout lanes. I had no desire to handle a scanner handled by hundreds of potentially infected individuals and asked why there was only one cashier on duty. I specifically asked why they were making us linger in lines more than a dozen deep while we should be distancing. The worker indicated that he agreed it was unsafe and that I should complain to management because until they hear enough people complain they weren't going to do anything. In one case when I got to a cashier he told me the same thing, please complain to management because they don't want to pay another person to work. He did not feel safe at work. This location is unsafe for the employees and the customers. I urge everyone to shop elsewhere during these trying times. read more

The is Target in Wilmington is located just off Rt. 93, it is brand new(opened in October) and very clean and organized. They also have a large food selection with many brand names and fresh products. They even have a Starbucks to top it off! read more
