That's me right after my procedure :)
    Serge K.

Read my post before you read any other review. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled. (I read all the reviews and still decided to go through with my procedure). The front desk is super helpful and fully aware of what their work consists of and how to make all their clients feel welcome and informed on as much as they would like to know from start to finish. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, I actually was welcomed again and again for a span of 4+ weeks. Unfortunately I had got 2 dry sockets after my surgery but no worries, both Irmas and Elena took very well care of managing to lower the pain I was having as much as they could! They literally took care of me making sure I was feeling the best I could DAILY! The surgery was done very professionally and quick. Although I didn't speak with the doctor much he was very professional and clean. The customer service was amazing. The staff is amazing and they care for all your questions or problems before and after the procedure. I'm contemplating getting my other 2 wisdom teeth pulled although they aren't out. My experience here was 5 stars and I highly recommend everyone to come and get your consultation done where it matters and in a great environment. Ask for Irma or Elena and you'll have nothing to worry about... seriously!

As I am escorted to the dental chair it only gets better by the welcoming smile and words of ease by Dr. Ramakumar. She is Absolutely Fantastic! It brings sadness that I found Accudental at a late stage when I'm moving to Las Vegas I wish I would have found them sooner. Thank you Accudental for taking good care of me and giving me a happy smile. Cassandra Peppers .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE…read more I am beyond frustrated and honestly furious with how this dental office has treated me and completely disregarded my time. I was originally scheduled for a cleaning back in March 2026. Literally ONE DAY before my appointment, I was called and told it had to be canceled. I was then rescheduled all the way out to September. After waiting MONTHS, I finally show up for my scheduled appointment, only to find that THE OFFICE IS CLOSED.And the worst part? NO ONE CONTACTED ME. No phone call, no text, no email -- absolutely NOTHING. I had to stand outside the closed office and look around to figure out what was going on. I eventually saw a sign saying to contact the Gilroy office because of office maintenance. I tried calling, and THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. So now I'm standing outside a closed dental office, trying to figure out why my appointment isn't happening, and I can't even get someone on the phone. When I finally got through to someone at the Gilroy office, I was told they don't have enough dental hygienists to perform cleanings. I explained that I was never contacted or given any notification about this, and all I was told was that the next time a hygienist would be in the office was September 17. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I waited from March until September, only to show up for an appointment that wasn't going to happen in the first place. How difficult is it to pick up a phone and notify your patients? And here's the part that really makes me angry: Every time you call this office, their automated recording says, "Patient satisfaction is our main priority." WHAT A JOKE. Patient satisfaction clearly is NOT the priority when patients aren't even given the basic courtesy of being notified that their appointment has been canceled or that the office is closed. Don't put "patient satisfaction is our main priority" in your recording when your actions show the complete opposite. Your patients' time should matter just as much as yours. I shouldn't have to drive to an appointment, find a CLOSED OFFICE, search for a sign, struggle to get someone on the phone, and then find out that the office doesn't even have enough hygienists to provide the service I was scheduled for. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE SCHEDULING HERE. If you have a busy schedule, have to take time off work, arrange transportation, or simply value your time, DO NOT ASSUME THIS OFFICE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dental office after this experience. Patients deserve better than being left in the dark and expected to figure things out themselves. If patient satisfaction really is your "main priority," then start by actually communicating with your patients.

Less than a year after getting a dental bridge, my mom began experiencing persistent pain and sensitivity. Despite multiple visits to Dr. San Juan, the source of the pain was not identified. Instead, it was attributed to gum recession, and she was advised to consider a root canal, which later turned out to be unnecessary. Two independent dentists confirmed that the bridge was not properly cemented, and even a colleague of Dr. San Juan reached out to inform her of the defect, yet it has still not been addressed. Because of this lack of cooperation, the issue remains unresolved, and my mom is still experiencing pain. The bridge may look fine cosmetically, but proper placement and functionality are essential. My mom had to go through additional appointments, imaging, and consultations to try to determine the cause of her pain--visits that could have been avoided if the original work had been done correctly. We hope sharing this story encourages patients to ask questions, advocate for themselves, and pay attention to clinical detail. I am posting this now because the issue is ongoing, and transparency is important for patient safety.

Several years ago I had Dr Vanderbilt as my dentist and Dr San Juan took over the practice. One of…read moremy teeth broke so I went to IJS on an emergency appointment. The advice I was given was that she could save the tooth by crowning it after I got it root canaled by a specialist. I feel like she was less than honest about the tooth also having a deep pocket and that it would probably need to be extracted in the next few years. It lasted exactly 5 years before I had to have it extracted and an implant performed. In retrospect my opinion is that I should have just had the broken tooth extracted and replaced with an implant and not wasted almost $1500 on the root canal and crown that only lasted 5 years. And the worst part of it is that the dentist who did the implant total fee was only $200 more than the attempt to "save" my natural tooth that was something that Dr San Juan could make money on... since she doesn't do implants. Thanks for costing me $1500 for postponing the inevitable implant that my current dentist would have recommended had he looked at my cracked tooth with a "9" pocket like you looked at. Not laughing.
