We explained our wants and needs for this hot tub and he listened intently to all of our concerns and we finally narrowed it down to a single unit. Spending a lifetime in sales and service i'm fairly critical when it comes to dealing with other companies and John was the consummate professional. I highly value the fact that he spent his first years in the service department, in my experience there is no better salesperson than someone who was raised in the back end of the business and knows what happens on site when customers aren't given the correct information. Fast forward three months and they delivered our spa today and the delivery crew was fast and efficient and took the time to explain all of the opening procedures as well as the procedures to keep the spa running in excellent condition. Up to this point I would say that we are completely satisfied with no reservations. I noticed there's a lot of negative reviews here but it's been my experience that satisfied customers rarely take the time out to leave a positive review so, here we are. I would highly recommend anyone to seek out John as their sales representative and I promise you, you'll not be disappointed.

The worst part is the check out registers. Now, there is usually only one register open (instead of two or three), and a line of 6 or more customers waiting in line to pay for their merchandise. Most of the employees have been there for a long time, and all but one exibit the "I hate my job" vibe. The one that doesn't (yet) is the one that is the newest member of their staff. I used to shop there at least once a week, or at least every other week. Now I go a month or two between visits, and absolutely dread it when I have to check out.

I had John from Tarson Pools replace an intake line from the skimmer to the pump. It is a 30 year…read moreold pool. He replaced with minimal disturbance to the concrete around the pool. He communicated everything he was doing throughout the job. He also replaced all the sand in my filter. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Tarson for any pool repairs big or small.

This was in October 2023 the guy that contracted from them first ordered a wrong liner size it was to small then he ordered another one that was a little to big but as he knew time was running out do to high tablet water and they were very well aware of the issue.. so he finally finished installing it even the liner was a little big, he clamped a side of the liner. We opened it in may of 2024 tried to contact the installer and got no return call and also when he got done repairing the pool he said he will never do this pool ever again because of the complication he well I guess he really wasnt gonna back if anything was wrong.. so in 2024 I contacted tarpons pool a couple of times that summer and never got a call back: the issue was when we opened it w024 there was a lot of crinkles in the bottom of the pool and the liner stated to come over the side of the . I tried the installer again and tarpons pools and got no responds. It was time to close the pool for the summer of 2024 and remind you it wasn't even a year. in the june of 2025 opened the pool and more wrinkles and still coming apart meaning the liner. I finally,y got a hold of somebody at the pool place and the manager called me back a few times and he said he will get ahold of the contractor that did the work and still no return call from the contractor so I called again and I was told that somebody from tarpons will come out and look at the issues well they never did called again the answer I got well there is only 1 year warranty even thought he liner has a 10 year warranty on it. So the question was what do u mean 1 year warranty when the liner has a 10 year warranty and why wasn't this explained to me. Yes I know it's 2025 before someone finally reached out if someone would of called me back within the 1 year which again I tried June w024 to get this straightened around. The new liner cost $10,000 with no warranty for this issue. Again remind you the contractor said he would never work on this pool again. So if you get any work and no liner makes sure they explain what's warranty or not. i got a estimate from them in the mail for around 1,800 dollars to try to fix the issues very disappointed with this company. the installer did a fantastic job job repairing the bottom of the pool this was the first liner that was to small.. I went during their Fall Festival/ Clayscapes Pottery Market and both events were run well and laid out wonderfully. One side of the garden center hosted the Fall Festival, which had lots of family friendly activities, a Birds of Prey demonstration, and cute photo ops for kids (and adults). The other side had rows and rows of talented artists with their works of art on display. I thought the greenhouse was a lovely setting for this beautiful market.

I had been to LL Bean the chairs were $300, I decided to try Adirondack Furniture. When I walked in my 2 little girls needed to use the bathroom. I asked a sales associate if they could use the bathroom and the response was "are you going to buy something here?". My response was, I didn't come here to use your bathroom. The sales associate then continued to talk about me with the customer they were with. When the girls were done, we continued to look at the chairs, they were $400. When I mentioned the chairs were overpriced and I could get them cheaper, the response was, "I'm sorry you can't afford them". I've never met a more rude sales associate in my life. I realize it's hard to find good people, but if I was the owner of this store, I'd be there working the sales floor myself; however, after reading the reviews, sounds like my experience wouldn't have been much better.

We decided to replace our wood burning stove fireplace insert with a gas burning fireplace insert…read more We went to three different retailers and ended up buying from Heath & Home because they seemed the most knowledgeable and because a good friend purchased two gas burning inserts from H&H a few years ago and was very happy with the results. When we ordered the insert on September 13, the owner (Brian) told us that he had just purchased the store (he previously was a rep for Regency Stoves and had operated a smaller retail fireplace store in another location, where he had good reviews). Brian was very knowledge about all brands of inserts (not just the ones he currently sells) and was able to answer all of our questions. Installation was scheduled October 9. On October 8 H&H called us to say that they had received the wrong surround and trim (i.e. not the one we ordered) and offered the option of rescheduling the install (several weeks out) or installing the insert and then coming back to install the correct surround when they received it from the manufacturer. Since they said we could use the stove without the surround (it just isn't pretty). we decided to keep the original install date. The installers arrived on time and did a good job with the installation. Less than a week later H&H called and said they had the correct surround and would install it two days later. Again, they arrived when expected, installed the surround and trim piece and were on their way. The new H&H owner seems a little overwhelmed with taking over a larger business but he is very knowledgeable about the products and they followed through on all of the commitments they made to us. The gas fireplace insert is working well and is a delight!
