This place is very convenient for me. I've been going here for the past 10 years. Usually around tax time I use their computers and printers. There used to be a husband working with his wife but he's sick and she's handling the business herself . I still go there and get the same service and thankful that it's still open and able to service the community. I don't know where I would get my services done if they weren't open. Walked in here as a new potential customer. I needed a passport and so I figured they could help since their description in Google says they provide this service. However upon my arrival, woman in back yelled "what do you need?" In a non helpful attitude. I immediately lied and said I needed a label printed and she said, "we don't do that here. No!" When I started my Signing agent business, I did not have a printer for the first few weeks, and therefore, I sent them the order and asked them to print the documents for me. Lady who works here was not paying attention to her job, she was even on her private phone call while she was doing my copy on special paper I bought from specialty store. The worst place and people here . Every time they ask different amount of money for the same thing. They printed my sons pictures wrong and sold them to me with money even though it was their fault , I had to pay twice for the wrong ones not to let the babies pictures there and the ones I actually wanted . When I went back for printing the lady next to me asked for 3 pages to print was charged 1.50 and from me this cunning lady charged 3.50 even though she stated that a print is 25 cents . I don't see myself going back there again. Seriously, the people who work there are just dumb. You ask them to do something and it either takes them forever to figure it out, or they say they can't do it. And it always ends up costing more than anticipated, like they just charge on the fly. They should have a price list on display as well. This place is literally in the corner of my house but i was avoiding to do any business with them, since I know they are not that great, but this time i had to go there to print something urgent. There is a couple there who run the shop for more than 20 years and the lady had no idea how their machines work! She doesn't know what is RGB or CMYK! Since she didn't know how to print double sided i had to print single side and she charged me freaking $2 per page! I have no idea how they are still in business, i am not going back there at all and i don't recommend them to anyone to take their business there! This is my 'go to' place for any printing services - large or small. I've been a customer here since 1990 and I get the same top-notch customer service today as I did the first time I visited back then. Kudos to the owner; he's hardworking, dedicated to wowing each customer's experience and just the salt of the earth. The store's location is just off the 101 and Reseda. Free parking available in front and behind the store. Hours are accommodating to business hours. Prices are much more reasonable than FedEx for copies B/W or color. I've actually did a cost analysis with my own cartridges - and it came out cheaper to utilize his copier than my own. The store offers other services as well. His website provides all the details - or call if you have questions. He genuinely cares about his customers' experience. What a rip off! I live down the street and thought it would be such a convenience to just walk over here to print 1 shipping label in black and white. When it was printed the lady decides to charge me $2.00. Are you kidding me? For one sheet on paper with only black ink!?! Still can't rate negative stars, and they just keep coming. Talk about over priced. What do business take advantage of? The fact that it's not a ghetto...it's not a low class area..... I know the bills are higher, but you can't be that much of an a-hole to actually take it out on the customers. Here is my story: I needed to send a fax. It was urgent, plus I needed to get to work in 30 mins. I was going to go to corporate Kinkos, but I remembered the little guy around the corner. There seemed to be 2 customers at the store, the lady helping out pretty much ignored the fact that I was there. After 2 mins, I got another person's attention, and he said "She will help you out". Again I waited, now for another 5 mins, as she picked up other items which where just laying on a printer, and went back to talk to someone else. Finally she got to me, and she sent my fax. It took her 5 minutes to get it done, and still 2 pages did not go thru ok. "My Fault". I did not ask how much it was before, but as she told me once it was done......"$8.00!!!! I said, what is it, $1.00 per page?, she said yes, "why so much", I asked, and she ignored me again. Straight out the freaking worst place to go for. I wanted to leave a nice review for this business because the last one was SO negative that it didn't seem completely representative. As far as their prices go, I found them to be the MOST reasonable printers (by half!) in the area for a larger printing job (150 copies double-sided)--and I called four places. Also, I asked if they would take on a job of stamping, labeling, and stuffing some envelopes for a mailing I'm doing, and they agreed (even though I don't think this is their regular M.O.). At first the price they gave for this job was high, but after some spirited bartering they came down on the price by HALF! I love someone who's willing to barter. You both come away feeling like you've won. Nice. Keep in mind that there are only two of them (at least when I was there), so I wouldn't stop in if you're in a rush. But be honest, do you think you're going to get faster service at Kinkos or Office Depot? I doubt it. Overall I found them to be very kind and accommodating, and appreciated the personalized attention. read more

Despite the negative reviews, I figured the worst that could happen is I lose a few bucks. I do have to agree with some of the comments about their prices being high, but they were willing to barter, which was great. The store is large, which I think could explain their pricing. Owning a business on this corner can't be cheap. So if you're looking for somewhere cheap, this probably isn't the place to go. I personally value good service a lot. And the vibe I got when coming here wasn't like what I would expect from the reviews. Perhaps the owners actually read these reviews and are trying to make the place better. It was peaceful and quiet when I walked in, the place was being run by two people who seem to own it. The male didn't come across as witty, I couldn't say he was mean either though; maybe he just doesn't come across as a friendly character. The lady was very kind, she was extremely patient with me, and cut me a deal. My experience here was calm and leisurely. This place is walking distance from me, I can see myself visiting again. Got charged 3 dollars for 5 pages black and white. $2 min for 2 minutes of computer time which I've never been charged for elsewhere. He Wouldve charged me $5 because I only had card so bring cash fyi. He brought it down to $3 "generously" so I gave an extra star. I thought he was gonna charge me to borrow a pen as well. read more

Maybe it was my misunderstanding. BUT, I went to print 70 pages of color. I noticed that there was a sign that said $1 for color copies. I asked if it would be $1 per page to print color. She asked how many pages it was, I said 7 (it was 8, but the last page had 1 black paragraph and there was a hefty amount of dead space on the other pages), so I said "7 pages, 10 copies." She said "10 copies? I'll charge $.65 each". To me, that means 65 cents per copy, not per page. I paid $49.60 for 70 pages. Will find somewhere else to print my stuff. read more

I had a large marketing print job for my small business to do and being 'white' and 'non-middle-eastern' and 'American'; I would not recommend using this business. I had a 'black' friend and a friend of 'middle eastern' origins both as for similar quotes. Only my friend Amed got a realistic quote(still above local competition). When we went to Office Depot around the corner and did the same thing we all got the same quote and at about 40% the price. I do not recommend using this business. This type of ethnically/racially charged business needs to end in the US. read more

I originally was going to print them at Office Depot but because the images were Trade Marked they were not allowed to print them out. They recommended this place. Was a customer of this business for 4 years they did all my printing. Flyers, business cards and others. I called and ask them if they could send me a digital copy of mr business card for my website and Fred the owner refused to and said he owned the copyright to my business. I have been a regular customer of theirs, despite the $1 per page FAX rate and the other high rates. The breaking point is when I went to their place to get 2 photos printed out on glossy photo paper (regular 4x6 photos which other places charge approximately 25 cents). The guy spent 30 minutes experimenting with the copy machine and the lady told me to come back later and they would have it done. I came back and the guy told me that he was sooo busy that he couldn't print them (even though when I came there was no customer in sight). The guy spent another 30 minutes experimenting. He finally got it done, if you can call printing a photo halfway and then yanking it out from the copy machine when it got stuck there resulting in a crumpled paper getting the job done. The photos we're not correct size, he decided to fix it by crookedly cutting them with a paper cutter. Then charged me over $5.40 for two photos because they we're on some kind of magical paper (regular, cardboard, non glossy paper). Then when I asked him why so much, he looked at me annoyed and grunted while saying "Just give me $5". In the end I was extremely disappointed since those photos we're for a gift and felt cheated out of my money. I felt like I paid for all the times that he printed the photos and got them wrong. Sorry, but it's not my responsibility to pay for the supplies that you damaged due to you not understanding of how the copy machine works. read more

I wanted to help a local business so I went to them to print 1 document. Here is my story. We walked in the owner was printing a large job so he asked what I needed and told me I need one color page printed thats all, he said I could use a pc station to print but don't print yet, I have to wait until he's done. After waiting a few minutes his wife came up to me asked me what i needed printed I told her he told me not to print. She then asks me again a few minutes later, their lack of communication and customer service skills are apparent. After waiting for the owner to complete his job (which he did NOT apologize for the wait or taking up the time) he gave me my print on the paper he was using which was a glossy photo finish. After he printed my page, he asked if that was ok, I agreed as I did not want to wait any longer on a simple task, folks it was once document, one page. It was a color page so it was $1 which is steep for one page plus the 15 minutes it took to print it. I gave him my card for payment and he was so rude and condescending as he starts to raise his voice, he points to the sign, No card for under $5 Cash only, as If I was suppose to know this prior and he is scolding me for asking. I didn't have cash, so i was thinking of a solution, I was about to pop next door to the gas station to get some cash back when a KIND customer who was printing, You can tell he was a repeat customer as the owners treated him VERY kindly and gave him lots of attention. This gentlemen placed a $1 on the counter and said "Pay it forward, let me take it care of it" the owner snatched it up and said NO! Don't give it to them, they can bring me money and tried to give the dollar back to the gentleman. The gentleman refused and said he wanted to do it. The owner threw his hands up and walked away like a child who didn't get his way. That was how our transaction went down. The owners are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and I WILL NEVER recommend anyone do business with them. Clearly they don't know what they're doing and wasted my time. The quality wasn't even good.
