awesome mailbox place , price is high but service is very good . Busy place but convenient

UPDATE (15-year customer) I have maintained a mailbox at this location for approximately 15 years and, until the recent ownership change, I would have recommended this business without hesitation. Unfortunately, service has declined significantly since the new owners took over. The first major issue involved the mailbox area being closed during business hours, preventing customers from accessing their mail and creating delivery problems with carriers. I raised those concerns directly with management at the time. Today I experienced another serious failure. I left a package at the store to be shipped as a Mother's Day gift. One week later, the package had never been sent. It was simply handed back to my wife when she visited the store. No notification. No follow-up. No explanation until we discovered it ourselves. What is most concerning is that these incidents appear to be symptoms of larger operational issues. On a recent visit, there were multiple customers waiting in line while an employee who appeared to be unfamiliar with the systems struggled to assist them. The owner was in the back office, and another person openly stated they did not know how to complete the transaction they were attempting to process. The only employee who consistently appears knowledgeable and capable is Jose, who was there under the previous ownership. Even basic customer convenience has suffered. The rear parking area that was previously available to customers is now frequently occupied by U-Haul trucks, reducing access and making visits more difficult. I understand that taking over a business is challenging. However, after nearly a year under the new ownership, these are no longer growing pains. Customers depend on this business for secure mail handling, package acceptance, and timely shipping. Those services must be reliable. I sincerely hope the owners invest more time in training, staffing, and day-to-day operations because this location was once an excellent neighborhood business. As a long-time customer, it is disappointing to see the decline. read more

I have been to many mailing businesses in the past, including UPS. Not all of my experiences were good. The people here however, were incredibly helpful and pleasant. They solved my problem in no time at all. It was smooth and organized. I will make this a DESTINATION stop the next time I require any of their services. This facility is the best. You can print paperwork. Send items through fed ex ups, etc. The people are amazing Aliyah and Jose are the best not only are the nice, patient and helpful they have the best customer service. I love this place. Way better than going to a ups or usps. The people working here, maybe the owners, are super helpful and knowledgeable about their craft. Usually when I go to another Amazon locker. The people don't know anything about it and if there is a problem. Their only solution is to call Amazon. Not encino mail and more, they know how to operate those like their phones. This is also my go to spot for printing, low cost and they have many methods for transferring data to be printing. Such as email, I know I know email is one of many dinosaur of tech. But by this is the only place in the area I trust emailing sensitive information. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. If you are constantly doing Amazon or online returns this is the place for you. They offer every service... Amazon returns ups usps FedEx and I'm sure others that I have yet to use. The people who work there are so nice and beyond helpful and to be honest this place has been such a god send! I literally never go anywhere else anymore because I can do EVERY SINGLE THING HERE!! They also have stamps and I found out today they also now do key copying!! (I wish I knew that last week ) they also have a few spots in the back which is nice because parking on Ventura is not ideal. So happy I found this place!! read more
