Cold brew is a nitro so it was light and strong at first then got bitter as it sat. Ham and cheese was stellar. Very flaky pastry on the outside and cheesy with enough ham inside. Perfect start to the morning!

I do a daily pour over at home and plan to come back for some beans they sell- it's hard to find a great light roast coffee at other shops in the city. The space is a bit weird- industrial and not very cozy. I wouldn't come here to get some work done or a first date, but it's fine as a coffee shop to sit down, has plenty of seating spaces inside. Kind of like a food court if that makes sense. Barista was very nice and knew her coffees very well.

I didn't pay attention to the "roastery" portion of the name so I walked in expecting to buy a cup of coffee and use the wifi to work for a few hours. Everyone greeted me so kindly even though I had obviously NOT stumbled into a coffee shop, but a warehouse. Chris also made me a coffee in his office, answered all my questions about the different machines in the warehouse and told me multiple times to "make myself at home" until I could get into the wedding venue I was supposed to be at. Absolutely blown away by the customer service and so thankful to the team for turning a stressful few hours into a very pleasant afternoon!

They are trying and the events seem to be improving with each one. It is in a warehouse and the ambiance is what it is. A lot depends on the event and the vendors that attend. One thing is for sure, they usually have DMC available for purchase. I have attended the El Barrio event for Hispanic Month and the Naked Raygun event before Riot Fest. These events were okay but, parking could be challenging.
