How cute? They have an on-site cafe and offer free sandwich with service!

My review is specifically for Ford. My warranty for my Nissan is through Ford so I was referred here. Andy was helpful, accommodating and honest. He let me know what was causing my car problem and helped put it through my warranty. I highly recommend them.

Grease/Oil over the steering wheel and console, gear shift were black smear grease, oil fingerprint marks all over the inside of the car.

Zero stars if that was an option. After paying almost a 5,000 bill and shocked to say the least of the condition of my Volvo after it was serviced here which will be the last time I ever take my car back. I had my Volvo serviced and they had the car for almost 2 weeks saying they didn't have the part it needed. I doubt they are even genuine Volvo parts at this point. I was in Denver, CO for a few weeks while my car was still at this dealership because the parts still didn't come in. I returned from Colorado and I was appalled and shocked when I saw my Volvo after it was serviced and driven back to our house from my husband picking it up. I noticed right away it was filthy with oil and grease all over the entire inside of the car. It was all over the steering wheel, on the dashboard, the middle console the gear shift and their shoes also had left black grease all over my ivory covered floor mats. They even kicked and left their dirty shoes on the inside door frame to open the door while getting out. The worst damage was they scrapped the passenger inside door upper frame with what I can't even tell what they dragged across it but it took the finish right off leaving a white color scrapes. They also damaged the hood with a tool they apparently clamped probably the entire 2 weeks they had my car on while the hood was open and it actually dented the hood. It dented it in 2 different locations on the hood. I couldn't believe what I was looking at. It was also driven over 44 miles and I don't understand why it would even need to be driven so far. There were pieces of large thick broken glass on the drivers side floor mat which I was also shocked to see. Keep in mind I always keep my car pristine and it did not look like this at all when I received it back. It wasn't vacuumed and it didn't have the paper they should have put down so my mats would have been protected from the filthy mess they left with the black shoe marks and scrapes with black grease all over both floor mats. They didn't even bother to vacuum the mess they made. I didn't have any dirt on the mats when I dropped it off for the service and I certainly didn't have black shoe grease marks all over the floor mats. I wasn't even able to get the grease off some of the steering wheel and the rug part of the drivers side floor as they stepped on the rug part of the floor that wasn't covered by the mats for whatever reason. I can tell you with certainty that I will not ever be bringing my car back in for service. To charge us over 4,000 to do the service and to get it back in the condition it was is something I have no words for how angry and disgusted I was. I am also looking for a new car and I can tell you it won't be from your dealership because of how my car was damaged how it looked after it has been brought in numerous times for service and I was utterly shocked when I opened the door. I wasn't even able to touch the steering wheel because it had to be wiped down from the black grease. The entire inside of the car had black finger smears all over the inside and it took me hours to clean it. I wasn't even able to get it all off. I am so angry because I try to take such good care of my car and it shows by how clean I always have it. Now I can't even clean it because I am unable to get the scrapes and black marks off from some of the areas of the inside. They damaged the hood with the tool they clamped on and probably left on the hood clamped the entire 2 weeks they had the car. The passenger side door was completely scraped with who knows what. It almost looks like they tried to damage it on purpose. Did they have a tool in their hand when they tried to close the door?? How does that even happen?? I am the only one who drives my car and I never even have anyone in it so no one even uses the passenger side door. Who the heck even worked on my car??? I am now even skeptical they put in real Volvo parts. I will have to take it to another mechanic to see if what they fixed and the parts they needed were even real Volvo parts. I will find out. The damage to the hood and the passenger side door is so obvious. I noticed it immediately. I have always taken really great care of my car and I have never seen it look so bad from their negligence. My car is always pristine and very clean. Obviously these were not genuine Volvo employees. No paper to protect the floor mats. Damage to the hood and the passenger side panel and grease and scuff marks from oil and grease all throughout the entire inside of the car. It was so disgusting and gross when I opened the door after I got it back. I was absolutely shocked. I haven't heard back from them yet and I doubt I ever will. I took photos of all of the damage that I will post as well. Too bad for them as both my husband & I are looking to buy 2 new cars and I can tell you 100% they just lost 2 sales because I would never think of buying from this dealership.

Proof of the nest. The seller knew we had kids and lets us drive off with this, it's so wrong. It's very upsetting.

Lincoln dealership sold us a car that was certified by Lincoln. we drive from out of state to get it, opened the hood and say mice droppings and bones. They took it back for hours apparently to clean it, got home, and realized on the way the fan wasn't blowing. figured we'd have Amit addressEd with our next oil change. come to find out there was a huge mouse or rats nest blocking the fan. Now they're not returning our calls. Charlie was left many messages. Our local Lincoln has been calling them as well with no response. How was the is a certified car??? i cannot recommend this place, it's dishonest.

So. I bought a car from this dealer ship. Not bad buying the car. Chris was great. Now onto the service department. Another story. They are selling ford made cars that freeze and break during the cold months. Sounds like a manufacturing defect right but no sir. Not there problem because they are not "ford" they just sell ford. Anywho. I will have to take my business some place else for my next car for sure. Wish they had better service. Thanks for reaching out but you didn't leave any contact info for me to reach out to you. Could you please do that.

I had an issue with my windows not going down so I asked him to check it. He charged me for looking at it and told me he changed some fuses. I didn't have the money to get it fixed so he gave me a copy of what the bill was. It was almost 600 dollars. I took the car to a relative and he took the little panel off where the power buttons are and asked why is this unplugged I told him Joe must have left it like that, so he plugged them together then turned my car on and what do you know ALL the power windows went down. I had also brought my car to him with a screw in my tire and I asked him if he could plug it. Well he called me back and said that the tire was no good and of course he had one for just over 100 dollars, so I paid it. Well I recently got a flat and for the heck of it I asked the repair guy at Ryder tire in West Warwick if he would see if the tire in my trunk that Joe said was no good could be used? Well what do you know the tire was fine and I have been using it for over 2 months now. I also went back and looked at some of the bills that I have from Joe and things are not adding up!!! What a surprise. I don't know how that man sleeps at night. I left him a message but of course I got no reply. Times are tough and I have a family to support and the very last thing I needed was Joe to rob me. I absolutely believe in karma so just know it's coming Joe.

Next day the entire truck came out of alignment and checked myself to see that ALL the control bolts were loose. Called to reschedule another alignment as Joe kept complaining that my this my lift that. A week later does it again free of charge. Seems not to pull anymore but the steering was cocked. Again, as last time, the very next day I hit a bump and knocked it all out of alignment again. I'm done with this dump shop I would never go there or recommend this place to anyone
