This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant. It was around noon on a Tuesday and we were the only customers. This is a Spanish and Indian restaurant and they have dedicated menus for each cuisine. The prices were a lot steeper than during my last visit but they had lunch specials that were reasonably priced. There was a LOT of food. Although the bowl of chicken tikka masala was on the small side, it was plenty enough along with the other accompaniments. My dad got the picana that came with white rice and black beans and a small pile of greens dressed in a delicious balsamic vinaigrette. The beef was on the chewy side but dad said it was delicious (more than once lol). I got a side salad ($5) because the server told me the picana didn't come with salad (although it did). It was a nice lunch in a very colorfully decorated place with pretty good service. They have entertainment on weekends. My last visit was on a weekend and the woman singing was great. I went with a friend to celebrate a birthday on a Friday evening. The salmon in a cream sauce was one of the best ever and the wine, and chocolate mousse were also very good. My friend found her steak tasty but hard to chew, and she was given the wrong side which she reported being allergic to. A bit pricey,too. The server was new, seems not so well trained, sweet,but, somewhat forgetful. The ambiance was very nice, Spanish style...and the place has the potential to be greater if some aspects are a little better addressed. read more

I loved our waitress Maxie!! As soon as we came in, she greeted us with a big smile. She actually made friendly conversation that made this a special experience for both me and my dad. I have never met a waitress so extroverted. She mostly knew Spanish but she still tried to talk to us and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. My dad LOVED her humor and casualness. The place is filled with these colorful Indian lamps and the place had a cute market to get clothes, jewelry, and food. The food was perfectly seasoned and extravagantly flavored. I also had this Mango drink that you can ask for when you get there which is velvety smooth, natural, and refreshing. I also appreciated that the menu had different spice levels which you could choose based on your tolerance. Would definitely come back. read more

Amazing place for Spanish AND Indian food. Trust the friendly servers for their recommendations. We had the chicken tikka masala lunch special, the fish with black beans and rice and the lamb biryani. All delicious. We took home one of their fabulous cakes. The ambiance was sparse for lunch but quickly filled in. They also have live music on weekends. Highly recommend for lunch. We will be back for more soon! read more

My server David was nice! The restaurant was not busy at all and he did mess up on one item of our order but there's grace! The papas bravas and camarones al ají were really good. The mango curry sauce was yummy but the chicken didn't taste great. This would not be my go to Indian spot but maybe for some tapas and drinks. read more

Overall I wouldn't come back for the Indian food. The garlic naan was thin and not too much flavor. Mango curry was creamy and tasted good but honestly I've had better Indian food in other restaurants in Miami. Interesting place that has a combination of Spain and India cuisine. I tried both countries' side dishes and everything was good. The ambiance was a bit low for my taste, but then again, it was a Sunday night. The selection of dishes is quite good but then again there are some that I have not tried before. We made reservations in advance and were seated immediately upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lively. They had a live band playing a variety of Salsa, Opera, R and B, great mix of music. The band was entertaining and engaging. We were directly in front of the stage and it was very loud. We could barely hear each other talk. I would have preferred to be in the corner instead of directly in front of the stage. Just my preference. The food was decent. We drove a long way because we heard alot about the restaurant. We ordered a variety of entrees and appetizers. Chicken 65 (Tandoori nuggets), Spaag Paneer, Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Salmon, Mango Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Cheese Naan. For drinks, we had Sangria and Margaritas. The Margaritas and Sangrias were completely watered down. It had absolutely no flavor. I'm not sure if they prepare the drinks in advance and have it sitting in ice but it was terrible. I sent it back and asked for the Indian Tea instead. I noticed many patrons had buckets of beer or a bottle of Champagne. The best entrees were the Tandoori Chicken and the Saag Paneer. The Saag Paneer is cheese chuncks in a savory spinach sauce. The cheese is similar to tofu in texture and taste The Tandoori Chicken was served in a sizzling skillet, still hot and steamy. It was flavorful with all the traditional Indian spices. Everything else was average. Salmon was a little overcooked. The Chicken 65 needed more spices and flavor. Mango Chicken was ok. Valet parking only. $5 to park in the spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Lol Overall, fun spot, great entertainment. Decent food. Not good for cocktails. Maybe stick with beer. read more

It was a total disappointment. I have been eating here for years and have always been satisfied, especially with their Indian Food. But this time it has taken a downturn, the Tandoori chicken was tough as rocks and the Dahl Makhani tasted as if it was prepared using catsup--no Indian flavor whatsoever. When I complained the "manager" was not interested in what happened he just rudely said that he could not adjust the bill nor offer apologies, I will not return. read more

I've been coming here for years now and this is the only Indian cuisine restaurant I've been to. It's a fun environment when they have live music and they also have a little gift shop area. I came for lunch and they have really good lunch deals. I had the butter chicken and it was more than enough food for $15. read more

This place has been on my list for years! Indian and Spanish cuisine in one place? Sign me up ;) When you walk in the vibe is so cool, hanging lights, a stage for live music and even a cool shop to buy some Indian inspired accessories or Spanish ham. So we grabbed a menu and decided to start with some wine. Next we got Papadum to start with some amazing dipping sauces. Next we got some small plates to share: fried fish, croquettes and garlic naan. I love the naan bread, super fresh and had tons of garlic on top! Next we ordered the Grilled Octopus and Chicken Biryani! Wow so delicious and fresh! The Chicken Biryani was my favorite with tons of flavored Basmati rice and big pieces of chicken. The lady was super nice, her name is Lisa Spanish food is not good at all, I tied the Calamari, they were crispy but salty, portion is over small size. Chistorra on wine was garlic and bad chistorra. This was my first time coming to this establishment. I came here on a Friday night. The place has a really cute look very authentic and fun. They have valet parking I guess on Friday and Saturday nights we had to pay $5.00 and our cars were right in the front. It actually took longer to get our keys than to find our cars. In any case lets talk food. The Indian food was food was tasty. I had the Nan and the sag paneer which was good. I recommend only getting beers and sodas as the drinks was not to my liking. They are busy on a Friday night so be prepared to wait. They had live entertainment on Friday which was very good and entertaining. Be prepared because it is very loud. Don't sleep on Tasca! I just moved back to Miami and hadn't been here in years. Can't tell you how surprised I was- I did not remember the food this delish. The garbanzo frito was on the salty side, but the butter chicken was the best I've had! Seriously, wow! The unique kitchen combination may seem strange, but works at Tasca! Food was just ok the naan could've been better at my house with less effort and the mixed seafood grill was terrible. The clams were very very well done and stuck to the shell and some were even crispy cause they were cooked way too long. When we told the waitress about this issue, she said that's how clams were supposed to be, completely dismissive with our concerns as if we didn't matter. Then when the check comes they add the tip in already even though the waitress did t even earn it with her effort, she was not great at all. And also they charge you an extra 4% for paying with a card and we told them we had cash but they still charged us the extra 4%. The service was ok, the patatas bra as were alright nothing spectacular, the garlic shrimp was very good but the Indian food- not good. The naan had like a curry flavor to it with lingering after taste and the tikka masala was flavorless and the chicken was dry. I have been here a few times and I always order from the indian food menu. The food is fresh and the sauces are on point. Service is friendly and the ambience of the restaurant is very casual. I'm not sure when but they do have live music and a show. On this occasion I ordered the bacalao croquettes which were creamy and nicely fried. Also the samosas... had lots of meat and the chutneys were very flavorful. As main course ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was perfectly cooked. Creamy and delicious sauce with all the usual spices. On point. It may not be the best Indian restaurant in Miami but its food is very consistent and it is very authentic. Made a reservation this weekend for a family of 12 and while the live entertainment and decor was amazing, the food was decent and the drinks were bleh. While the food is okay, I have to mention that I have an Indian background, and a lot of the flavors didn't taste authentic at all. More like attempting to cook Indian food from Youtube videos. The Spanish food on the other hand, smelled amazing on the other tables, but I hadn't ordered from that area of the menu to know for sure. I started with a Margarita and Red Sangria which were both really bad, especially when drinks are almost $20 each. The Margarita tasted like flavored water and the sangria was juice with floating fruit. Drinks were a definite no. The food on the other hand was decent, I ordered the Chicken 65, Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Salmon, and some Garlic Naan. The Tandoori Chicken was the best of the bunch, which came out steaming. It also went perfectly with the Garlic Naan. I will say you'd be better off getting regular Naan rather than the Garlic, due to there not being much garlic flavor in the first place. The Naan is still a really good option, with the dough being soft and airy. The Tandoori Salmon was overcooked and dry, so I honestly wouldn't recommend. The Chicken 65 was very citrusy, but worked pretty well as a shareable appetizer. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for authentic Indian cuisine, but if you're driving by, having lunch here wouldn't be a bad stop. read more

I didn't want to believe the reviews that were posted.. and I fought myself when I was already in the Uber reading them not to change my location to dine at. Ugh... sad to say I agree with the negative reviews. I called to see if we needed reservations since there would be a band at 8pm on a Saturday night. We were greeted by a server/hostess/busgirl- God Bless her for wearing all the HATS while the managers dictate the staff and do not help them out. She sat us down and I could already tell the service was going to be SLOW.. it was only her an 1 other waitress. The manager was helping out and then there were two older people who appeared to be the owners- I male an 1 female. We prepared ourselves and placed an order for all the apps and drinks during the first order which took forever, once we placed the order for sangria, wine and apps. The waitress brought he apps about 15 minutes later but forgot the drinks! We had to remind her we ordered a jar of sangria and bottle of wine (which is super over priced and unnecessary as its on the cheap side). I really do not know how they maintain business. I was excited to order Indian food but I only got as far as ordering the nan. Our patience had worn out. I thought the live music would calm us down but it didn't, the service was unbearable. The concept sounds great- Spanish tapas/Indian food but then you throw a "boutique" inside the restaurants that sells Indian inspired item such as earrings, sandals and and nick knacks- I am lost on what their concept is. My opinion is based on an experience that is a mockery for customers who celebrate the Kings' Day! I always buy the Roscon de Reyes at Brisas de España or Delicias de Espana, but yesterday I could not get there. Since this restaurant calls itself "Tasca de España", I went yesterday, January 6, Kings' Day, to buy a Roscon de Reyes to celebrate the tradition with the children as every year and to our surprise and disappointment, there was no King in the roscon! I called today to express my disappointment and the person who answered the phone, who by the way, when I asked her name mockingly told me that her name was the same as mine, simply told me that "they sell the roscon without the King inside!" That is a huge lack of respect, because everyone knows that the point of the roscon is to find the king hidden inside. Not only is the cost extremely expensive but they charged me 4% because I paid with a credit card and on top of that they tell you that the roscon de Reyes comes without the King! This is a scam and the worst thing is that the children were not able to celebrate the tradition this year. It is a shame that they bear the name of España! read more

You get 2 menus to chose from, even stranger the decoration inside the restaurant including the Christmas teddy bears and decorations still lingering in April. And all this could be overlooked if the food was any good. it was terrible, overpriced and to add insult to injury they charge you extra for paying with credit card and an 8% tax rate.
