This is the best steak and Argentinian restaurant in Miami hands down. Definitely 6 out of 5 STARS. I have been going to Graziano's for several years now and I cannot tell you how underappreciated this place is. If you go to the Bird Road location, ask for Gaby Pigni. The service and ambiance are fantastic with great people who take the time to ensure your dining experience is gourmet. I ate at Grazianos with 5 family member last night July 23rd. The good: Atmosphere: sophisticated, intimate, and very beautifully laid out. The venue is a great place for an intimate dinner for 2 or family celebration for 8+. Service: Smart, friendly, attentive, and professional. Food: We had appetizers empanadas, meatballs, and sausage. Which were fine. We all ate different main entrees from filet mignon to flank and sirloin steaks. The sirloin was under cooked and had to be sent back but otherwise everyone loves their food. Dessert was a bit disappointing. The crème brûlée was apparently Argentinian style, more heavy and thick, with a heavy egg flavor and not sweet. The almond ice cream was good but again nothing to write home about. Overall a solid 4 The Bad: This is not a $$ restaurant. It is a solid $$$ and frankly arguably $$$$. When ur entrees average between $49-$75ur not a $$. I paid for dinner and picked Graciano's based on Yelp's recommendation and that it was a $$ restaurant. About $600 for six people when we shared 3 appetizers and 3 family member did't eat dessert is not $$. So if u come here know that u will spend some significant money. Is it worth it? I came here as part of a big group on Friday night to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. I loved how we were seated for hours and not once were we rushed. The service was great despite us having to remind the waiter once of our request. To eat, we tried some empanadas which were delicious. The waiter suggested the corn empanadas and that one was our favorite. One of our friends arrived later and I absolutely loved how the waiter took the empanadas that we were saving for her and reheated them for when she returned. This small gesture makes a big difference. As the main entree, I tried the churrasco with mushroom risotto. The risotto was delicious. The churrasco was good but it came a bit cold. I did not say anything as I did not want the meat cooked anymore. Every dish at this restaurant is delicious. The chimichurri they even add with the bread when we first sat down was tasty and pairs well with many things. To drink, we tried a red wine that the waitress recommended and it was amazing. They also sang happy birthday to the birthday girl with a big group of staff. This gesture made it more special. This is a great place to celebrate special occasions. Shame on me for not dining at Graziano's earlier in my life. Better late than never. I heard the daughter of owners on "A Day In Miami" podcast and her families story raised my curiosity. The restaurant is alive with action especially during World Cup games. Walking in and seeing the roasting of meats and chicken with lump wood coal being used told me I had found a special place. Lyannie the lovely server took the time to explain portion sizes and common pairings. It was five of us. We ordered the pichaña, they took the time to cook a couple pieces more than the others per our request. Who does this?? Ribeye, polenta fries, mushroom risotto and tiramisu. 5/5 flavor, portion sizes and presentation. Over the top wine menu with something for everyone and all price ranges. Came for the first time with my job for a company lunch and it did not disappoint! The service was fantastic from the hostess to our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about the meats and the menu in general. The restaurant was clean and very classy. They have quite a large dining area, and the bathrooms were spotless. The meats were delicious, you really cant go wrong here. It is a bit expensive but the portions are quite large. I had the skirt steak and it was delicious and huge, which mean i was able to take some home and enjoy a second time! I definitely recommend coming to eat here if youre looking for some authentic argentiniean meat. What a great experience in such a local central location. I had never been to this location and it was right across the street from home. It was perfect for a date night and I was able to get a reservation fairly quickly. It is a bit of $$$, but it is WORTH IT. We had the Entraña for two that includes 2 sides. We chose grilled vegetables, the zucchini was to die for, and gratin potatoes. I'm drooling. We also had the Caio Pepe, which unfortunately came out cold and we didn't like too much. The wine list was huge, we needed at least 20mins to look over it to get through the number of pages. The food was good! Most of our meat had a lot of fat. I'm not a fan of a lot of fat. All steaks are butchers cut, lightly seasoned (like good steak should be) and cooked perfection. We had vacío steak and it was mouthwatering as usual. The butchers chopped salad was fresh, delectable. The reason for 4 stars instead if 5 is our appetizer, Meatballs with ricotta, had no ricotta and i was told that that appetizer had been changed, however, menu is not yet corrected. Graziano's is a cute Argentinian Italian fusion restaurant. It is ideal for date night. From the dim lighting to the intimate table setting, it is a wonderful choice. The steak was cooked with precision for the perfect temperature. Chimichurri and a mushroom au jus were the only available steak sauces. I deducted a star because I love a well seasoned steak so either the steak needs more seasoning or there needs to be more variety of sauces. My fiancé thought his steak was perfect. They use Cokes in the old fashioned bottle which was a touch of vintage. The dirt is in the details. We were quite pleased. The service was great until the last 15min when the server became distracted. However, the overall experience was great. We started with an assortment of their famous baked empanadas, don't worry you can order them fried too! My personal favorite was their jamon y queso (ham and cheese) and carne (beef). I highly recommend trying their mussels, which comes in a leek and Marsala wine sauce!! For entrees we ordered their 24 oz Entraña de Novillo Angus (skirt steak) and the Branzino Al Asador ( whole Mediterranean Sea Bass). Both plates individually were more than enough food to share amongst 2 people! I order from this restaurant through Postmates because I have a disability and cannot easily go in person. Delivery is not a convenience for me, it's an accessibility need. Multiple times now, my orders have arrived with noticeably smaller portions and/or missing items compared to what is advertised in the app. This doesn't feel like a one-off mistake. When it happens consistently, it starts to feel like customers who order delivery are being shorted because the restaurant assumes they won't advocate for themselves in person. If you're advertising a specific meal and portion, that's what should be provided, regardless of whether someone is dining in or ordering delivery. Shorting delivery orders is still false advertising. I'm sharing this so other people who rely on delivery, including disabled customers, are aware. I hope the restaurant takes accountability and improves consistency for all orders. read more
