a variety of food on a table

This is incredible food at a fantastic price! Argentinian food is very hard to find in Miami but this hidden gem was found and the story must be told. The ambience is warm and cozy, it had a lot of Argentinian art and pop culture. This is not a fancy restaurant it's an amazing food place. If you are a food fanatic you will agree with my rating. Flavors, textures and the aromas. Amazing! I am not Argentinian I couldn't say it's grandmas food. Enough of the authenticity, let's move to customer service. It was good and on point. The place was not full. There is a wine selection but sorry I can't rate it. I'm a beer guy. Overall recommend it to anyone

Sabores Argentinos is a small Argentine restaurant close to FIU. The selection includes both argentine and Italian food and the portions are on point. The staff is almost too friendly and the restaurant itself was super clean. We came here to try something new at work. Sabores Argentinos has a large selection of beef (I would later find out that this is a staple of argentine fare). I had the "sweet bread", which is cow gland, mostly fatty and something akin to a pot pie. Very good stuff! What set Sabores Argentinos apart from other restaurants was the friendliness of the staff. At first, maybe a little too talkative, the wait staff grew on you. After the meal, it was raining and the wait staff offered an umbrella. Very nice! Sabores Argentinos gets five stars because: 1: the wait staff was very friendly and personable. 2: the food was on point. 3: bathrooms were the best. Very nicely updated and very clean. 4: while the wait time to get the food could've been improved, the appetizers were more than generous. 5: large quantity of food for the price.

Sabores Argentinos is tucked away in a busy shopping center which immediately made parking a little tough especially since lunch time during the week. I was on a search for Argentinian Steak Milanesas which is how I discovered this hole in the wall restaurant. The interior is very quaint and on the small side so I can imagine they could get pretty busy for dinner over the weekends. On the board out front they listed their specials of the day which our server also graciously reminded us of who ended up being SO friendly, truly adding to the experience of our meal. So I went for a plain milanesa $11.50 though they also had napolitana and one with eggs. My boyfriend ordered the mini parrilla $9.41 that was on the specials for the day. My milanesa was pretty disappointing and left a lot to be desired...the breading had no flavor and the steak was extremely dry from being overcooked. With the choice of 2 sides, I will say that their Russian potato salad was perfect. If this review was solely based off the milanesa I would've given this place two stars and never returned BUT their saving grace was my boyfriends mini parilla which was really THAT good. The parilla included half a plate of various grilled meats: chicken, steak, and Argentinian chorizo plus hand cut fries freshly prepared that were to die for! The chimichurri sauce served with it was just okay so there ended up being a lot of hit and misses with this meal. I did leave jealous of my boyfriends platter so I would probably only return for lunch and order off their specials menu!

Small family owned business, but will guarantee you the best service by the owners and also high quality food. They have a couple of authentic Argentinian pastries and the best empanadas.

I didn't get to take a picture when served! It was sooo good we dug right in!

Don't let this one go! It is the Bomb! Excellent service, professional staff and won't break your wallet. My husband and I ordered a parilla for two and my daughter ordered a churrasco. Sides:Russian salad and mash potatoes, both were good but the side treat was the mash potatoes, natural homemade light and yummy! Everything on that parilla was served abundantly and cooked to perfection just like we ordered. The mollejas (sweet bread) were soo good, and the morzilla (blood sausage) well cooked and moist. The restaurant is literally a hole in the wall, quaint and perfectly set up, clean and welcoming. Luis the owner came at the end to ask about our experience and we ended the night with a pleasant chat. I will absolutely come back with my friends and family and I hope you do too!

Happened to be passing by and got a couple of their delicious empanadas. Took about 15 to 20 minutes because they're homemade but completely delicious and worth it. Got the spinach and a 4 cheese at $2.50 each. Both melt in your mouth. Juicy yet not greasy since they're baked. Give them a try

Great authentic Argentinean food. Family-owned restaurant. I met the waiters, chef, and the owners on my first visit. The portion sizes are huge we had "the parilla for one" with french fries and Russian salad. It was more than enough for the two kiddos and me. The restaurant is quaint, clean, friendly waitress, nice owners most importantly tasty food. You know the food is good when the kiddos say "yummy" after every bite! I highly recommend "ensalada Rusa" tastes just like the one my grandma used to make. This is a great experience would definitely be coming back. During the week they do close at 7 p.m. Friday to Sunday have extended hours.

Parilla mixta (assorted grilled meats)

As the name implies, Sabores Argentinos brings you a wide variety of typical Argentinian plates and delicacies. This family-owned restaurant makes you right at home and the staff is friendly and attentive. The owner, Luis, took the time to explain the different assortment of grilled meats offered in their signature entree, la "Parilla", which includes steak, sausage, and pinchos. That being said, everything came out to taste and temperature. Also, be sure to try the Chaja cake with a coffee for dessert! I highly recommend this restaurant, and it was truly an A+ experience! ¡Gracias, totales!

Empanada and cerveza

With the empanadas we also had the homemade pollo and lentil soup which everything was amazing! For dessert had the Alfajoles with a coffee...perfect lunch and great atmosphere. Hope to come back soon maybe to try dinner...

Deliciously fluffy and great with butter but they are still just dinner rolls. Hokkaido scallops (5/5): honestly one of the best bites of food I've had in years. The sweetness of the scallops, slight spice from the sauce, and balanced with pickled ginger...perfection. No words after bite 1, near tears after bite 2. Agnolotti (5/5): get this. The corn, crab, sauce...everything about this worked. This is like a healthy work environment where everyone lifts each other up. You'll get the sweet, the chew, the softness, the salty. Just get it. 26 oz ribeye (4.5/5) with peppercorn sauce (4/5) and bone marrow vinaigrette (5/5): okay so this dish was our main and it did not disappoint. You can definitely taste the beefiness from the dry aging and that alone was enough. With the peppercorn sauce it was great. BUT with the bone marrow vinaigrette, that took this steak from "really good" to life changing experience. Kouign amann ice cream sandwich (5/5): if you've never had a kouign amann, it's like if a croissant and a cake had a baby. Add in some ice cream and this dessert would've had to choke me to death on the way down to not get a 5/5. I'm alive and arguably more than ever after eating this platonic concept of dessert perfection. Get this! The restaurant was beautiful, interior looks like an NYC steakhouse while the exterior outdoor seating is very Miami. The service was some of the best I've ever had. The staff make you feel at home the moment you walk onto the property. I say property because it is much more than a restaurant. It is a gorgeous courtyard, multiple bars, a huge dining room. It's one of the most unique layouts I've seen and it creates the foundation for an incredible experience. Our reservation was 8:30pm on a Sunday and it was packed. There was not a single open table. We left around 11pm and still, totally packed. Sunny's is a hot restaurant - anytime, any day they are booked solid. The food is incredible. We started with the raw bar and had oysters, scallops, hamachi, and razor clams. The raw razor clams were the best I've ever had. The scallop with the salsa verde.... Wow. Amazing bites. We got the sausage filled with Comte cheese. This is one of the best items on the menu. Must order. We ordered the agnolotti and cavatelli. The duck cavatelli is an excellent pasta dish. The crab agnolotti is one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had, if not the best (contenders are Torrisi and Lilia so you know I know). When you bite into the agnolotti, it bursts like a soup dumpling filled with rich corn butter and cream. It's quite literally magical. You have to appreciate the genius and talent that went into this dish. We finished with the hanger steak - perfectly cooked and seasoned. We enjoyed it with potato butter and green peppercorn sauce. We also got the fries. A perfect, golden, crispy fry dipped into the potato butter as an experience on its own. Our dinner ended with the kouign Amann ice cream sandwich. A must order if your second stomach can handle it. Not sure if I've used the work "spectacular" in any of my Yelp reviews to date, but Sunny's deserves it. A night to remember!

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable--attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. You can immediately tell this is a place that takes hospitality seriously. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was beautifully presented and delicately seasoned--light, flavorful, and the perfect way to begin the meal. The wedge salad followed, crisp and refreshing with just the right balance of richness and acidity. For the mains, the experience really elevated. I had the tomahawk steak, and it was outstanding--perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and easily one of the better steaks I've had in Miami. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli, and this dish deserves special mention: it wasn't just ravioli with a hint of lobster--it actually featured generous, large pieces of lobster, which made it feel both indulgent and well worth ordering. The ambiance strikes a great balance between upscale and lively, making it ideal for both a special occasion or an elevated night out in Brickell. Now, to be clear--prices are definitely on the higher side. But in this case, you truly get what you pay for. Between the quality of the food, the execution, and the level of service, it feels justified. Service was warm and friendly overall but not always as attentive. Small lapses stood out (most notably, red wine being poured into my champagne glass) but those things happen and were apologized. Food-wise, everything we ordered was good but some dishes felt overpriced for what they were. The beef carpaccio,l was overwhelmed by oil which dulled the delicacy of the meat. The wedge salad was similarly heavy-handed: fully tossed and drenched in dressing losing the crisp that makes a wedge shine. That said, the filet mignon was excellent: well-cooked, properly seasoned, and easily the standout of the meal. It was the dish that felt most worth its price. Overall, Miami's Dirty French is a great choice for a sexy steakhouse night out with a lively atmosphere and solid food.
