There were only two other customers receiving services, but every beautician completely ignored me. One employee was even doing her own makeup instead of acknowledging that I had walked in. After standing there for several minutes without anyone speaking to me, I decided to leave. As a returning customer, I expected at least a simple "Hello, we'll be with you shortly." Being completely ignored made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Sadly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back.
