One Samosa from an order of two.

Had dinner with friends. The place was nice and the server was friendly. Food came out quickly. I had the Tandoori Chicken, Samosas, Naan and Gulab Jamun (Deep Fried Milk Balls in a sweet syrup). Everything tasted great. We will definately be going there again, maybe even for their buffet.

Decent Indian buffet. Seems a little less well known compared to Amherst Buffet, so if you're looking for buffet but want Indian food instead, then here is the place. For $20 a person, you get unlimited garlic naan made to order and 2 buffet bars full of food along with drinks like chai and desserts like gublab jamun. The interior is very clean and pretty quiet, a more rustic vibe. Our waiter was also very attentive and made sure to get us more water and naan as soon as we were done. The food is also very good for buffet food. No complaints with the food at all, everything was great. Everything was also fresh, but maybe because we also came in shortly after opening time. So that's a tip.

Yeah, we liked this place. We got the chicken curry and a lamb Marsala. That along with Naan and all was great! The spices were perfect. The dishes just delicious. I'll be back! The menu had some great options and will want to explore more.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the Buffalo area. Best service, best food, best vibe. I recommend everything but particularly the tandoori chicken, chicken makhani, and saag alu. Been going here for years and have never had a bad experience.

In my opinion this is a very nice restaurant The food was superb Well prepared well presented the bread was just out of this world the goat was so tender juicy just delicious I had the appetizer sample , everything on the platter was different and had a unique taste I was there for a late lunch it was a very quiet I was the only one in the restaurant just before they closed they close for a few hours in the afternoon getting ready for the dinner menu The server was very nice and polite and helped me food menu they played very quiet easygoing music which helped with the meal very relaxing I will definitely go back

Looks good but it's lacking in flavor

I have a love hate relationship with this place. I dont know what happened a few years ago but I had several bad experiences and I swore it off completely. It was inedible honestly. However, because of COViD-19, they have a bit of a discount on a particular deal website (hint hint), so I figured I'd give it another shot since the prices would be much more reasonable and I wouldn't be too upset if the food didn't live up to my expectations. I have to say they easily get 5/5. This rating pertains to each time I've gone in the last 4 months which has been 4x. The chicken pakora is lightly battered which I appreciate and full of flavor and served with a side of the classic red and green chutneys that is so ubiquitous with Indian snacks and appetizers. The picture shows the chicken makhani dish which is an easy 5/5 but ive also gotten the chicken korma which is more of a 4/5. Id def recommend the chicken makhani without hesitation. When you open the container, the aroma makes your mouth water and creates the illusion you're still enjoying the in-dining restaurant experience. The main dishes are always served with rice so there is no need necessarily for naan which is nice since there are places out there that don't provide this basic necessity.

Really really loved this place! Came here for the Wednesday dinner buffet (a must). Cute/small place, but there's everything you need (they even had Chai and a mango drink). Everything was made so well and was so tasty (especially enjoyed the goat dish, the chicken tikka masala, naan of course, and the paneer). Very surprised that the ratings aren't higher, but what a gem. Will definitely be back!

Went here for a brunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was moderately busy but we were seated promptly. We both had the buffet which was well stocked and clean. I particularly enjoyed the goat curry and rice pudding. Service was very good and the price is very reasonable for the offering provided. The atmosphere is casual yet slightly elegant. We will certainly return.

We stopped in for dinner on summer Friday evening. We ordered Samosa Chat as an appetizer. We shared Baingan Bhartha, Malai Kofta and Lamb Vindaloo with Naan bread. The restaurant was quiet and not busy. The service was prompt and professional. The food was tasty. We will be back.

Always a good meal at Taste of India. I've been going here for years, surprised I haven't done a review until now. Good seated in the restaurant and also for takeout. I would recommend a little spice, even if you're not a huge spice person, just to add some flavor. I love their chicken makhani, great naan, great service, great appetizers, sometimes they'll give you an extra sauce too. I'm craving it right now as I write this review!

    Paneer pakora

I normally dislike Indian food, but the interior of this restaurant was clean and very aesthetically pleasing, the paneer pakora was delightful, and the prices were EXCELLENT! I think I shall very likely be coming back again!

If anyone knows what Nihari and korma taste like should not order these from here. Service was good but food was below average

I went here for a birthday and the food was set up buffet style in a banquet room. I loved the chicken dishes, rice and naan bread.

I saw a buffet set up, which I assume they do for dinner The service was great. Very friendly and helpful when asking for suggestions. They had some naan that I had never tried before. Went with this chili naan, and it was so good! The food was very good. Fresh and seasoned very well. True to the spice level. I went with a medium spice, which was the perfect spice level for me. The other dish we went with spicy, and it was spicy but not to the point of uneditable. I loved how my dish came on a clay sizzle plate So my paneer and veggies kept cooking while at the table. The prices were very reasonable, 60 bucks with tip and I got a beer. Can't wait to go back and do the buffet and try other options.

We enjoyed the restaurant's eclectic music throughout the meal, and it had a cool beer menu as well (with some beers imported directly from India). This is a strong family-owned business, and you can tell they truly care and are proud of what they serve to you. I will say, walking in on a Saturday night, the place was dead. But as we sat, loads of people stopped in to grab take out. I encourage those who read this to dine in! Not only will you avoid a delivery fee, but you'll get a chance to take in one of the more unique and chill vibes of a restaurant I've been in around Buffalo.
