When reaching out via email to the company the response time was unbelievably quick and they were so kind and happy to change the delivery time without extra charge or any hiccups. They delivered right on time while my mom waited for us to get there and were very kind to her. When we go back I will definitely be renting again. The only thing I wish we had (which isn't a complaint on the company by no means bc they have in depth details on guidelines and regulations on the website) is a map on where we could drive and cross over to get to the car show from where we were staying.
