This location is in a busy strip mall with plenty of free parking. You order through a kiosk inside and pick up the drink outside through the pick up window. The price is very reasonable for a large cup which was huge! I got the new seasonal drink summer peach tea and it was very delicious and I also got the bootea shaker tea which had grass jelly, it was refreshing. It has been years since I went to Tastea and I was walking at the park nearby so I decided to grab a drink. Ordering at this Tastea is a breeze with the tablet. It's a very small store and when I entered in there was a sign emphasizing for all guests to wait outside after placing the order. Since it is located in shopping center, it seems parking is easy, but given that I was walking from the nearby park to here, I noticed there was short 10-30 minute reserved parking spots for those planning to park in the front and wait it out. I ordered the Strawberry Sensation Smoothie and wow, it is top tier good quality! It's not like the all-rounder Strawberry Banana Smoothie you might find at Costco, but this Tastea Strawberry Sensation Smoothie, while a tad more pricier, hits all the right marks for a relaxing treat after a long walk. Service is extremely quick - from ordering to getting my drink from the small takeout window was 4 minutes. Outside there a few tables for customers to sit around. I've always been a fan of Tastea and happy to see its expanded locations. The selections are plentiful and ingredients are fresh. We arrived with a large group and had a few special requests with some of the drinks, and the staff came through. They even split a strawberry drink into 2 cups for our younger ones. Needed a boba place right off of the 5 north freeway, and sure enough, Tastea popped right up. And I'm so glad it did! It was a few lights away from the freeway, and it's located in a shopping center, which means...parking was available! There are a few 10 minute parking spots right in front of the business, so if you're looking to stay for just a short bit, that's a convenient spot for you! There's a pick up window too, which means right after you place your order, you can just go outside, sit at one of the tables outside and wait for your drink. I ordered the Lychee Peachee and it was DELICIOUS. I got less ice and less sweet and sure enough, it was still sweet. Love when that happens! Service was fast, the ambiance was super cute inside with holiday decor, and I can't wait to go back to try their many food items. It took me a lot to hold back. Service: There was no wait during the time I went, was promptly welcomed by the employees & had my order taken by one of the managers (John) I'm assuming. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba as well as a custom made winter melon milk tea smoothie with boba. He also offered me a small sample of my drink in case it needed adjustments. Ambience: Great, clean shop, no complaints. Ordering tablet located at the door but I ordered at the counter. There is a window to pickup drinks outside. Located in a plaza near the 405, right across the street from Sam's Club. Drink: The winter melon smoothie itself was refreshing especially on this hot day, just the way it was ordered. We went here twice. The first time we got the regular size with boba on the side. The second time we got the 32 OZ with boba on the side. However the boba to drink ratio was dismal.
