Was around the corner to buy foods and stopped by Sharetea for my boba fix. I ordered the wintermelon with milk and boba and a side of boba. Everything came out quick. I was a bit disappointed with the wintermelon tea because it didn't really have any flavors at all. Just tasted like a sugary drink with milk and boba inside. Consistent with their other locations! Being one of our mom's favorite boba franchises, we're glad to see that this location is consistent with all of the other ones. Their menu is just as wide and they offer all the other specialty drinks as well! One of our favorite things about the franchise is that they're quite accommodating with substituting any toppings. Funnily called, Sharetea but I probably WON'T be sharing my Sharetea lol, get your own! After coming a few times, I have found my hyper-fixation drink at Sharetea and it is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea ($7.07). It is a black milk tea with boba, mini boba, herbal jelly, caramel pudding, lychee jelly and red beans. When I first heard about all the toppings in one drink, I thought it would be overwhelming. Paired with the ever so slightly sweetened brown sugar black milk tea, it is actually perfect. I don't have a super sweet tooth and I grab this without any adjustments. I also think it's fun to drink with the all the different flavors and textures. I'm kinda obsessed. I also wanted to mention from my experience, their fruit teas/drinks are a little bit on the sweeter side. With that being said, the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea has never failed me ;) Ice and sweetness levels are adjustable on most drinks. Pricing is average to local competitors. Parking is great. A lot of seating, I think it is a great place to catch up with friends and hang out. Too loud to be a work/study spot. Service is very quick and staff is very friendly. read more

I've only been here once and honestly i loved it! I walked in there and honestly did not know what type of matcha to get. The worker recommend me the milk tea matcha pearl, and it was delicious. rich and sweet matcha flavor, and they literally got it out in less than a minute. I'll most definitely come again! read more

I fell in love with Sharetea since I used to frequent their spot across from UCI all the time - almost a few times a week. Decided to get some work done and the Starbucks next door was super crowded. Didn't realize Sharetea had indoor tables/seats at this location (during the pandemic, understandably, there was no indoor seating). I ordered the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee and Ice Cream. Super yummy, super refreshing on a hot day. Parking is a bit tight if you opt to park in the tiny rectangular lot adjacent to this store - but if you are fine walking just a bit more, park anywhere else in this giant shopping center - plenty of spots. Wifi situation - a bit ghetto - but you're close enough to "hitchhike" off Starbucks's wifi, since its next door. That's literally what one of the workers told me to do. While I could see the Starbucks network on my computer, they probably geo fenced it, since I couldn't log on. I ended up just using my phone as a mobile hotspot. Music is a bit loud - so you can do work here - just be aware that you'll probably want headphones and will not be able to take Zoom calls. read more

I have had Sharetea before, but not this location. Upon entering the store, I immediately felt claustrophobic. The layout is very cramped at the front door because they put up the rope divider and intended for you to enter through the left door and exit via the right. Several people came in after us and crowded forward...very uncomfortable. I tried their golden retriever with half sugar, which is a classic milk tea with 5 different toppings including boba, mini boba, grass jelly, lychee jelly, and pudding. my friend and I came to Sharetea to rehash memories of the times we came here years ago. We got the oolong milk tea and the black milk tea with mini pearls and regular pearls. The boba was great, however both teas were terrible. Both tasted too bitter and burnt, especially the black milk tea. It tasted so bad to the point where I had to question what it really tasted like and i suddenly couldn't remember what black milk tea tastes like anymore. My friend and I wanted to mention this to the staff and get a refund or get a new drink, but we didn't want to bother them. It seemed like they were all chit chatting and having fun, so we didn't want to ruin their mood. For context, I come here MULTIPLE times since 2019 so what I am writing in this review has been observations over the years. The drinks pre-Covid were actually SUPER good and I was pretty much a regular, coming every 2 weeks to coming once a week 1-2 times. It was actually my favorite spot for a while but something happened during peak Covid times and the quality shifted. The dog drinks addition was my favorite but as time passes on, the quality of drinks declined to the point where this place is no longer my favorite anymore... which is sad because it brought me so much comfort . I came back this year to try their matcha series and was sadly heartbroken that it isn't as good anymore. My mom and I were craving boba and this is our fave place to go. The line at Sharetea is usually pretty long so I try to order online before going. Since my son was with us, it was even more convenient for me to order online. I walked inside and straight to the pick up counter. It was busy, but not really busy. It wasn't loud. I was able to hear people talk haha! My mom and I order the same drink, Okinawa Milk Tea with mini pearls, but my mom will add red bean in hers. She says it freshly made. I never asked to try it but she love this add-on in her milk tea. We'll order our milk tea with less ice and 80% less sweet. I used to add egg pudding in mine but it's pretty filling. So I would do it every now and then. Any who, I ordered the drinks online. We used DoorDash .. the cost was $6.50/drink + $0.75/add-on. I paid close to $17 for two drinks. I thought to myself.. man this is pretty steep for my pocket but it's not like I do this all the time ... I guess. So it was a treat myself situation. I liked it. It's my mom and I go-to. This boba place is next to Shabuya and TJ Max. So expect parking to be limited during their peak times. My workplace always order from this place so this how I was expose to it. It's like any typical boba shop so it's hit a miss or miss on what you expect from a boba shop. Very disappointed visit. Wanted a strawberry matcha fresh milk. Was told they didn't have it. No mango matcha either. Then proceeded to order strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly & ice cream. Was told out of lychee jelly. My nephew wanted the strawberry coconut ice blended was told out of coconut. I'm sorry but how can you run out of a lot of the key ingredients to make your drinks?
