Ordered with beef and chicken the giant chunks of Tofu overpowered the rest of the dish. I mean, McDonalds nuggets are a close reference for size. I'd go with thin strips that mimic the width of the noodle instead of chunks. I bet 90 percent of your diners wouldn't even know it was actually Tofu. Good drinks; gift card destroyed easily.
